自然与文化的完美融合：该项目最突出的亮点在于其对自然环境和当地文化的深度融合。建筑师巧妙地利用了场地周围的自然景观，将建筑融入山水之中，打造出一种与环境和谐共生的氛围。设计中大量运用当地的石材、竹子、藤编、草编等天然材料，不仅赋予了建筑独特的地域特色，也营造出一种质朴、自然的感受。更重要的是，项目深入挖掘了当地的文化底蕴，通过对传统材料和工艺的创新运用，以及对旧物件的巧妙回收利用，使得建筑在现代设计语言的表达下，依然保留了浓厚的历史文化气息，营造出一种诗意栖居的意境，而非简单的堆砌。

空间与功能的设计巧思：项目的空间设计体现了建筑师对使用者体验的极致关注。客房的布局充分考虑了观景需求，一字排开的设计确保了每个房间都能欣赏到溪流和山景。公区的设计则巧妙地运用了不同尺度的空间，以错落组合的方式，满足了人们多样化的社交和休闲需求。弧顶大厅作为核心区域，集酒吧、咖啡吧、休闲书吧于一体，为使用者提供了丰富的活动选择。此外，客房内部的设计也颇具匠心，通过园林半墙的方式组织衣柜、洗手台和浴室等功能区域，既节约了空间，又营造出开阔的视觉效果。总而言之，空间布局的精心设计，使建筑的功能性和美观性得到了完美的统一。

材料与细节的精湛运用：建筑对材料和细节的精湛运用，是该项目成功的关键。设计者不仅选择了在地环保材料，更将其巧妙地融入到建筑的各个部分，展现出对材料特性的深刻理解。例如，晾晒的细竹被串联成屋顶的装饰表皮，劈开的毛竹片材被用作楼梯栏杆和空间隔断，当地竹子则被制成竹筒壁灯，这些细节无不体现了建筑师对材料的尊重和创新。此外，宣纸、藤编、草编等手工编织材料的运用，更增加了空间的肌理感和温度。回收的旧物件，如民宿大门、台阶石块等，则为建筑注入了历史感和文化内涵。这些细节的精心雕琢，使得建筑在整体风格上更加统一，更具吸引力，也更符合“回归自然、诗意栖居”的设计理念。

The project is located in a valley near Siming Lake in Yuyao, northern Zhejiang, adjacent to the millennium old village of Luoguanpei. Its long history can be traced back to the Xining period of the Northern Song Dynasty. Yuyao has produced many talented people since ancient times and has a profound cultural heritage. The project site is surrounded by mountains and rivers, bamboo forests, and ancient villages built against the mountains. The natural landscape and cultural atmosphere complement each other. The design aims to create a mountain wilderness where one can escape from the city, return to nature, and reside in poetry.
项目位于浙北余姚四明湖附近的山谷，毗邻千年古村落冠珮村，其历史悠久可追溯至北宋熙宁年间。余姚自古人才辈出，文化底蕴深厚。项目场地山水相依，竹林环绕，古村落依山而建，自然景观与人文气息交相辉映。设计旨在打造一处逃离都市、回归自然、诗意栖居的山野之地。

The project innovatively adopts local environmentally friendly materials and old objects, emphasizing regional characteristics and integrating the long-standing cultural atmosphere of the area, reflecting respect and inheritance of traditional culture. The extensive use of local stone materials has added a natural feel to the project. The fine bamboo that has been dried is connected in series to form the decorative surface under the roof; Split bamboo sheet used as stair railing and spatial partition element. Local bamboo has also been made into bamboo tube wall lamps, injecting natural atmosphere into the space. Hand woven materials such as rattan and woven grass are used on roofs, furniture, lighting fixtures, and partitions, adding texture to the space.
项目创新地采用了在地环保材料和老物件，既强调了地域特色，又融合了当地悠久的人文气息，体现了对传统文化的尊重和传承。当地石材的大量使用，增添了项目的自然之感。晾晒的细竹串联起来，形成了屋顶下方的装饰表皮；劈开的毛竹片材，用作楼梯栏杆和空间隔断元素。当地竹子还被制作成了竹筒壁灯，为空间注入自然气息。手工编织材料如藤编、草编被运用在屋顶、家具、灯具和隔断等位置，增加了空间的肌理感。

The tea room and guest rooms are decorated with wavy rice paper hanging from the top, creating a layered and mountainous atmosphere. The staircase space is decorated with handmade rice paper lamps, combining the ancient charm of lanterns and books with the form of modern sculptures. The suspended ceiling of Xuan paper and handmade lamps echo the long-standing cultural and historical context of Confucianism and Taoism in the local area. The recycling of old items such as homestay gates, stone steps, headboard pillars, long tables, and decorative bamboo fans not only adds cultural atmosphere, but also reflects respect and protection for nature and history.
茶室和客房顶部采用了波浪形宣纸垂挂，形成层层叠叠山峦之意境。楼梯空间，宣纸手工扎成灯具，兼具灯笼书香古意与现代雕塑的形态。宣纸的吊顶和手工灯呼应了当地悠久的儒道家的文脉历史。民宿大门、台阶石块、床头柱础、长桌、装饰竹编扇等回收老物件不仅增添了文化气息，也反映了对自然和历史的尊重与保护。

The building is located in the mountains and forests, extending along the stream. The guest rooms are arranged in a straight line, and each room can enjoy both stream and mountain views. The public area combines various scales of space in a staggered manner to fully meet people's diverse needs. As the center of the space, the Arc Top Hall integrates various functions such as a bar, coffee bar, and leisure book bar, meeting social needs. The introduction of skylight light allows people to experience the changes in light and shadow at different times in the bamboo forest by the creek.
建筑依托山林、沿溪流展开，客房布局一字排开，每个房间都能享有溪景与山景。公区将各种不同尺度的空间错落组合，充分满足人们的多样化需求。弧顶大厅作为空间中心，集合了酒吧、咖啡吧、休闲书吧等多种功能，满足了社交需求。而天窗光线的引入，让置身其中的人能于溪畔竹林间感受不同时刻光影之变化。

The guest room is located near the entrance, and the wardrobe, washbasin, bathroom, etc. are organized in a garden half wall manner to create a spacious view and save service space area. The project relies on local natural materials and innovatively utilizes local characteristic materials and old objects to create a unique mountain habitat, providing a space for urbanites to return to nature and relax their minds.
客房在入口附近，将衣柜、洗手台、浴室等以园林半墙的方式组织起来，形成开阔的空间视野，同时节省服务类空间面积。项目依托在地自然材料，通过对地方特色材料和老物件的创新运用，打造了一个与众不同的山野栖居之地，为城市人提供了一处回归自然、放松心灵的空间。
