The design concept of M Hotel originates from the murmuring streams on the surface of rocky mountain ranges. The use of plain concrete material creates a sturdy structural image, resembling majestic mountains in nature. At the same time, the winding green lines symbolize the flowing stream, perfectly integrated with the architecture, creating a seamless whole. This design technique creates a harmonious architectural complex that blends seamlessly with the natural environment in the urban coastal landscape, creating a breathtaking sight.

Building a hotel covered in lush greenery conveys the concept of connecting high-rise buildings with the coastal urban landscape. In today's era, this is particularly important because many high-rise buildings are being constructed in a rapid and repetitive, rigid form, failing to form a harmonious connection with the coastline. This design paves the way for the "green" trend in high-rise building projects, reshapes investors' concepts, and also incorporates rooftop gardens, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh and charming scenery while enjoying vacation services.

The green garden area on the hotel's exterior is interwoven with various spaces in each room. The room facing the ocean features a large glass wall design to fully utilize the breathtaking scenery. At the same time, the west facing rooms towards the city center are located further back, freeing up space for the green garden. This not only adds a pleasant green corner to the urban environment, but also provides shade for the rooms, making the entire indoor environment cooler and saving heating and cooling costs.

The building is connected to the remaining facades of adjacent hotels, limiting the visibility of each other's rooms. To address this issue, four large and well planned sky gardens were incorporated into the design, providing unique landscape spaces for the rooms while optimizing public areas on each floor, such as elevator lobbies. In addition, this solution also introduces a striking vertical garden that leaves a deep impression at first glance, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the hotel.
