Appropriate construction "is a method of adapting to the site, using design to create a scene and emotion that reunites people with the land and the village in the original wilderness. The design introduces the building into the site in a "low" posture that takes advantage of every opportunity, without "snatching" the original mountainous atmosphere. By adjusting the height difference, building form, flow lines, and landscape alignment of the site, intimate contact between people and the countryside is achieved. The newly built house serves as an outsider in the site, a medium for viewing and a scenery to be seen.

The organization principle of space is linked to human visual perception, based on the scale and experience of the body, making functional rooms geometric cloze to ensure the economic usability of the space. Then, through the combination of triangular or trapezoidal shaped spaces, freely growing trees on the site are joined to form an experiential effect of combining movement and stillness, and crossing inside and outside, attempting to organize diverse settlement forms with restrained basic units.

The newly built front hall is located on a terrace, continuing the original layout of the courtyard with two levels of roofs, one high and one low, and one front and one back leading to the central water play pool. The gentle slope once again enhances the sense of enclosure in the inner courtyard. A series of frames are linked to people's walking paths, and the limited indoor space is released due to the presence of frames.

The treehouse is located at the intersection of two paths leading into the valley, and the land needs to avoid the roots of ancient trees and accommodate two standard guest rooms and equipment storage rooms. Elevating the entire building to a high and elevated height, the lush ginkgo tree canopy on one side provides a private barrier for guest rooms while also offering a view from the windows. The released ground level naturally becomes a semi outdoor activity area: dining, baking ginkgo fruits, and swinging.

The value provided by homestays begins with residence and becomes a comprehensive experience of the site, environment, and services. Designers shape the dual relationship between houses and trees in the behavior of the human body, creating a scene where the six sites are both independent and interconnected.
