空间布局与氛围营造: 埠舍民宿最令人印象深刻的亮点在于其对空间布局和氛围营造的巧妙掌控。项目没有采用传统的海岛“白房子”风格,而是选择打造一个内敛而静谧的“方院子”。这种设计策略与场地周边的自然环境完美融合,西侧的树林、远处的山景都成为了建筑的一部分。通过灰瓦、石墙和石头地面等本土材料,营造出一种返璞归真的质感,使居住者在喧嚣的都市之外,找到一份内心的宁静。这种设计理念体现了对场地文脉的深刻理解,并成功地将建筑融入自然,创造出独特的空间体验。
材料运用与细节处理: 在材料运用上,埠舍民宿展现了卓越的设计功底。建筑师选用了花岗岩片石和质感涂料作为主要材料,呼应了海岛礁石的色彩,赋予建筑独特的地域特色。暖色调的运用也营造了舒适的居住氛围。更值得称道的是细节处理,深灰色的廊子顶部和地面,巧妙地柔化了海边的强烈阳光,营造出室内空间的油润光感,同时也增强了室内外空间的过渡层次。此外,钢结构的运用,特别是变截面挑梁的设计,既满足了结构需求,又提升了檐口的细节美感,体现了建筑师对材料和工艺的精准把握。
结构创新与功能融合: 埠舍民宿的结构设计极具创新性,它将不同截面的钢结构整合在一起,形成一个连续而整体的结构体系。通过方形梁柱的运用,以及外露的变截面挑梁,实现了建筑的稳定性和美观性的统一。此外,外廊的设计不仅提供了交通空间,还作为客房与公共内院之间的缓冲,增强了空间的层次感和私密性。这种结构设计与功能需求完美融合,既保证了建筑的实用性,又提升了整体的艺术性。更重要的是,这种设计也为居住者提供了多样化的活动空间,满足了他们对度假生活的不同需求。

Yangma Island is located in Muping District, Yantai City, backed by Kunyu Mountain and facing the North Yellow Sea. It is said that Emperor Qin Shi Huang raised horses here during his eastern tour and was named after it; Also known as Elephant Island, there is a small island to the east of the island that resembles a giant elephant bathing in water. Since its development in the 1980s, Yangma Island has been a local public health and leisure resort in Yantai due to its facilities such as a beach and racetrack. With the increasing popularity of coastal leisure vacations in recent years, Yangma Island has gradually become a suburban tourist hotspot in Yantai. The Jelly Sea at the eastern end of the island and the beach activities during the afternoon ebb tide are both great places to check in.
养马岛位于烟台市牟平区,背靠昆嵛山,面临北黄海,相传秦始皇东巡时曾在此养马而得名;又因岛东有一小岛,状若巨象浴水,亦称象岛。自八十年代开发以来,养马岛因其海水浴场、赛马场等设施,一直作为烟台的一个本地的公共疗养和休闲娱乐胜地。随着近年来滨海休闲度假的升温,养马岛也渐渐成为烟台的一个近郊旅游热点,岛东端的果冻海和下午落潮时的赶海活动都是竞相打卡的好去处。

Bushe Homestay emerged in this context. The site is located in Mabuya Village on the island, which is a square courtyard surrounded by tile houses and board houses, originally used by the village collective. The terrain of the site is lower than the road but located at the high point of Mabuya Village. The west and north sides are windproof forests facing the sea, and the east side is open space and a sports field. From the courtyard, one can overlook Mouping and Kunyu Mountain in the distance.
埠舍民宿就是在这样的背景下萌发出来。场地位于岛内马埠崖村,是一个由瓦房和板房围合而成的方形大院,原为村集体使用。场地地势低于道路但又位于马埠崖村的高点,西侧和北侧是面对大海防风的树林,东侧为空地和球场。从院子里可以眺望牟平以及更远处的昆嵛山。
In such a site, we did not choose the common form of "white houses" on islands for our design concept, but hoped to create a way to bring inner peace. With the help of the "wildness" under the surrounding forests and the distant mountain scenery, we formed a natural and natural square courtyard through the common gray tiles, stone walls, and stone floors on the island.
在这样一个场地中,我们没有选择海岛上常见的“白房子”形式来进行设计构思,而是希望能够塑造一种让内心安宁的方式,借助场地周围树林之下的“野趣”和远处的山景,通过海岛上常见的灰瓦、石墙和石头地面形成一个自然而然、返璞归真的方院子。

The renovation design started with the replacement of light steel slab houses. After preserving and repairing the tile houses on the north side of the site, we replaced the slab houses on the west and south sides with single slope steel structure buildings, starting from the outside to the inside and forming a higher eaves in the yard; Secondly, an external corridor has been added to the inner courtyard interface, and the space under the corridor serves as both the main transportation route and a buffer between the guest rooms and the public inner courtyard. The dramatic framing effect brought by the continuous curved outer corridor also complements the courtyard landscape.
改造设计从置换轻钢板房开始,在保留修复了场地北侧的瓦房之后,我们将西侧和南侧的板房置换成单坡的钢结构建筑,从外往内起坡,在院子里形成较高的檐口;其次,在内院界面上增加了外廊,廊下空间既作为主要交通路径,也是客房和公共内院之间的缓冲。连续反弧形的外廊带来的戏剧性景框效果也和庭院景观相得益彰。

The living room and reception area are elevated by a double eaved roof, and the transparent floor to ceiling glass in the lower part creates a visual and spatial connection between the western forest and the inner courtyard landscape; Between the double eaved roofs, one side is built with glass bricks on beams, bringing more soft natural light to the public area. At the same time, the long and high windows on the other side also allow indoor people to see the greenery of the treetops through between the two layers of roofs. The curved ceiling and conical fireplace hanging below the hall also enhance the "wild fun" experience of the prototype of the mountain architecture space. The coffee shop connected to the reception hall has been transformed from an original tile house, and we have preserved the sloping roof and simple truss of the tile house, making the historical construction traces a unique memory in the indoor space.
客厅和接待区通过重檐屋顶形成了挑高空间,下部分通透的落地玻璃让西侧树林和内院景观产生视线贯通和空间连接;重檐屋顶之间,一侧采用梁上玻璃砖砌筑,给公共区带来更多柔和的自然光线,同时,另一侧的长向高窗也让室内的人可以透过两层屋面之间看到树梢的绿意。大厅里下挂的弧形吊顶和锥体的壁炉,也增加了山野建筑空间原型的“野趣”体验。与接待大厅相连的咖啡厅由原有瓦房改造而成,我们保留了瓦房的坡顶和简易桁架,让历史建造痕迹成为室内空间中的一个独特记忆。

In terms of architectural language, there are different treatment methods for the facades of buildings on the east and west sides. The east facade is located on a high platform in front of the open space, with a connecting corridor that runs through the entire area and enlarges to form the main entrance on the east side. It also arches on the axis facing the distant mountain, creating a "ceremonial" viewing window and giving the exterior facade an iconic symbolic language. The west facade is lower than the forest, and from the road inside the island, the single sloping roof and low eaves behind the forest are unique and powerful; The coffee shop and reception hall, with their double sloping triangular mountain walls and double eaved curved roofs, have also become the main visual symbols of the finishing touch on the long facade.
建筑语言上,东西两侧建筑立面有不同的处理方式。东侧立面位于空地前的高台上,贯穿整体的连廊在东侧放大形成主入口,并在面对远山的轴线上上翻起拱,形成一个具有“仪式感”的观景窗口,也赋予外立面一个标志性符号语言。西侧立面低于树林,从岛内道路上看,树林后方长向展开的单坡屋面和压低的檐口,独特又有力量;咖啡厅和接待厅,其双坡顶三角形的山墙和重檐的弧顶也成为长向立面上点睛的主要视觉符号。

In terms of building materials and color tones, we have chosen granite slabs and textured coatings that symbolize the colors of island reefs as the main materials for the exterior corridors and indoor and outdoor walls. While fully responding to the local language of the materials, the warm tone treatment also provides a comfortable living space atmosphere. The top and floor of the corridor are made of dark gray, which is used to soften the glaring sunlight by the seaside, creating a glossy interior space, while also enhancing the level of transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
建筑材料和色调上,我们选择了花岗岩片石、以及象征着海岛礁石色彩的质感涂料作为外廊和室内外墙面的主要材料,在充分回应材料语言的在地性同时,暖色调的处理也提供了舒适的居住空间氛围。廊子顶部和地面采用深灰色,用来柔化海边刺眼的阳光,形成室内空间的油润光感,同时,也加强了室内外过渡空间的层次。

In terms of building structure, except for the preserved tile house on the north side, the new building is constructed using steel structure. We have established a structural system that integrates steel structures of different cross-sections, such as the main building, exterior corridors, and eaves, from large to small. The main structure adopts square beams and columns to form a continuous overall structure, and the eaves at the top of the high and low slopes are supported by exposed variable cross-section cantilever beams; The outer corridor is connected to the main structure using columns and side beams, forming a spacious traffic space below the corridor; The eaves of the outer corridor are curved, with a larger overhang towards the middle. The design uses steel plate ribs spaced 600mm apart to hang from above, which not only meets the structural logic but also enhances the aesthetic details of the eaves.
建筑结构上,除了保留的北侧瓦房之外,新建建筑采用钢结构建造。我们建立了一个结构体系,将主体建筑、外廊和挑檐等不同截面的钢构从大到小整合在一起。主体结构采用方形梁柱形成连续的整体结构,高低坡顶的挑檐通过外露的变截面挑梁支撑;外廊采用圆柱和边梁与主体结构拉结,形成下方宽敞的廊下交通空间;外廊的挑檐平面为弧形,越往中间出挑越大,设计采用了间隔600mm的钢板肋从上方吊挂,在满足结构逻辑的同时也增加了檐口的细节美感。

On the specific site of the Port House Homestay, we reinterpreted the original rural texture and understood the "locality" of northern islands, without being confined to the conventional interpretation and popular labels of "seaside homestays", allowing such a "square courtyard" to grow in the midst of mountains, seas, and forests. Under the light filtering of the semi transparent high window, the guest room with a light like oil painting can face the forest for contemplation and relaxation; Boiling tea around the stove and overlooking Kunyu in the tall and spacious living room; Or wander and play in the corridor and yard; The small buildings under this forest and between mountains and seas provide a comfortable vacation experience in the outskirts of the city. They can serve as a perfect resting place for island tourism, as well as a peaceful and secluded place for self-improvement.
在埠舍民宿这个具体的场地上,我们通过对原有乡村肌理的重新演绎和对北方海岛“在地性”理解,不拘泥于对“海边民宿”的常规解读和大众标签,让这样一个“方院子”在生长在山海树林之间。在半透明高窗的光线过滤下,油画一般光感的客房里可以面对树林静思休憩;在高大宽敞的客厅里围炉煮茶、远眺昆嵛;或是在廊下和院子里游走玩耍;这个树林之下、山海之间的小建筑提供了城市近郊的舒适度假体验,既可以作为海岛旅游的一个完美休憩地,也可以成为宁静致远、自我升华的避世之所。
