设计理念与创意：“长颈鹿之家”项目最令人印象深刻的是其设计理念的独特性和对儿童想象力的尊重。设计师从孩子们对长颈鹿的喜爱以及渴望俯瞰树梢风景的童真幻想中汲取灵感，创造出垂直向上的“空中”木屋。这种设计不仅满足了孩子们对居住空间的新奇想象，更将建筑与自然、儿童的感知巧妙地结合在一起。建筑师通过对“高处而居”的诗意表达，赋予了建筑独特的叙事性，使其不再仅仅是一个居住空间，更是一个充满想象力和探索乐趣的场所，体现了设计师对建筑与环境、建筑与人之间关系的深刻理解。

材料选择与建造工艺：项目在材料选择和建造工艺上展现了对可持续发展和自然环境的尊重。采用胶合木结构和反射金属板，既保证了建筑的结构稳定性，又最大程度地减少了对环境的视觉干扰。反射金属板的使用，使得建筑在不同光照条件下呈现出与环境融为一体的视觉效果，实现了“隐于自然”的设计目标。此外，全装配建造工艺的采用，体现了对数字化技术的运用，并降低了现场施工对环境的影响。这种对原始、野生的木构技术的坚持，以及可重复拼装的金属连接方式，更是对可持续性和环保理念的完美诠释。

空间设计与用户体验：“长颈鹿之家”在空间设计上，通过垂直向上的多层布局，创造了独特的空间体验。狭窄的楼梯、带有天窗的主卧和宽敞的露台，都为居住者带来了丰富的感官体验。设计师将内部空间设计成“爬山”的体验，这种设计语言与“高处而居”的主题相呼应，让使用者在攀爬的过程中不断感受到探索的乐趣和到达顶峰后的成就感。露台的设计更是将建筑与自然紧密联系，让居住者可以伸手触及树叶，感受自然的美好。整体设计注重用户体验，将建筑变成一个充满乐趣和探索的空间，这体现了设计师对人居环境的深刻理解。

The project is located in Huanggang City, Hubei Province, in a forest area adjacent to the water, covering an area of about 10 acres, and serving as a weekend vacation cabin. The two wooden houses are also part of the World Wide Nature Building Project, which aims to construct a series of uniquely designed nature homes within nature.
该项目位于湖北省黄冈市，一片邻水的树林，占地面积约10亩，功能为周末度假木屋。两栋木屋也是个个世界自然共建计划的一部分，该计划将在自然里建造一些列设计独特的自然之家。

Living on a high place

In many past construction festivals around the world, what we love most to listen to is children imagining their favorite houses.. Children always have some interesting fantasies, such as admiring giraffes and being able to see the scenery of treetops. This is also the inspiration for two wooden houses, wanting to build a slender house that can live high in the sky.

The towering wooden house, even at home, requires climbing mountains. It is closest to the trees, and its slender facade is like a giraffe in nature. The house is made of reflective materials because we have always hoped to reduce the interference of the building on the environment. So, giraffes are faintly visible. We have controlled the proportion of the house, with a slender floor plan and a width of only 2.5 meters, which allows us to better focus on the horizontal experience on each floor. The house only presents a wooden structure and metal facade material, allowing users to focus more on the three-dimensional sense of scenery and space.
高处而居

在个个世界过往的许多建造节中，我们最爱聆听的是孩子们畅想自己喜欢的房子。孩子们总有些有趣的幻想，比如孩子们说好羡慕长颈鹿，可以看到树梢的风景，这也是两栋木屋的灵感来源，想建造一栋修长的房子，可以高高地住在天上。

高高在上的木屋，在家里也要爬山，离树最近，修长的立面，在自然里俨然长颈鹿一样的存在。房子采用了反射材质，因为我们一贯希望降低建筑对环境的干扰。所以，长颈鹿若隐若现。我们控制了房子的比例，平面修长，只有2.5米宽，这样可以更好地专注在每一层的水平体验，房子仅呈现原木结构和金属立面材质，让用户可以更专注于风景和空间的立体感。

Hidden in Nature

We always don't want houses to appear abrupt in nature, so we choose to wrap the building with reflective metal panels. The house is hidden in nature, and the wooden core and metal shell are simple construction logic.. Arriving from a distance, the house will constantly change its appearance due to the environment, and arriving at the house will not feel oppressive. This hidden impression will enhance the sense of security in living, and users will focus on the experience of indoor space.
隐于自然

我们总是不希望房子在自然里显得突兀，所以我们选择用反光金属板包裹建筑，房子隐藏在自然里，木头内核和金属外壳是简单的建造逻辑。从远处抵达，房子会因为环境不断变换外观，抵达房子也不会觉得压抑。这种隐藏的印象会强化居住其中的安全感，用户会专注在室内空间的体验。

The interior space of a giraffe is like the experience of climbing a mountain. We designed winding and narrow climbing stairs on the third floor, and the vertical orientation is a unique experience: the first floor is the living room, bathroom, and terrace, the second floor is the bathroom and second bedroom, and climbing up is the master bedroom and terrace on the third floor. The master bedroom is equipped with a skylight, and lying in bed can see the stars. The terrace is very large and is a reward after climbing the mountain. You can reach out and touch the leaves, perhaps this is the perspective of a giraffe in the eyes of children.
长颈鹿的内部空间像爬山的经验，我们在三层空间设计了曲折狭窄的爬梯，垂直向度是独特的体验：一楼是起居室、卫生间和露台，二楼是卫生间和次卧，再向上攀爬是三楼的主卧和露台，主卧设置了天窗，躺在床上可以看星星，露台很大，是爬山之后的奖励，伸手可以碰触树叶，也许这就是孩子们眼中的长颈鹿视角吧。

Natural Construction

The overall structure of the building is made of glued laminated wood, and each irregular component and node is designed and customized through digital technology, achieving 100% fully assembled construction.. There is no standard answer about living, and everyone hopes that their residence can convey their understanding of life, so there is a setting like "living under the color palette".

The world continues the traditional concept of natural construction. We preserve every tree and bamboo on the site, continuing the original forest and path texture. The houses are completely elevated on the ground, and all the buildings are independently developed prefabricated wooden structures, built by the team and users together.
自然建造

建筑的整体采用胶合木结构，通过数字化技术对每一根异形构件和节点进行设计定制，实现了百分之百的全装配建造。关于居住，一定没有标准答案，每个人都希望居所能够传达自身对于生活的理解，于是有了“住在调色盘下”这样的设定。

个个世界延续了一直以来的自然建造理念，我们保留场地内的每一棵树和竹子，延续了原有林地和小径肌理，房子完全架空于地面，全部的建筑均为自主研发的装配式木结构，由团队和用户一起建造完成。

Natural architecture can be built like Lego. The small house is placed in the forest like building blocks. We adhere to primitive and wild wooden construction techniques, personally firing carbonized wooden boards for the exterior facade. The connection method of the wooden house is all small metal components that can be repeatedly assembled.

We try to manage the precise relationship between the house and the environment in nature. Each wooden house is an elevated structure, and the house does not touch the ground, nor does it have walls or artificial landscapes. Nature is the best wrapping.
自然的建筑，可以像乐高一样被建造。小小的房子，像积木一样被放置在森林里。我们坚持原始野生的木构技术，亲手烧制外立面的碳化木板。木屋的连接方式全部是小巧的金属构件，可以反复拼装。

我们尝试在自然里经营出房子的和环境的精准关系，每个木屋都是架空结构，房子不接触地面，也不设置围墙和人工景观，自然是最好的包裹物。
