亮点一：在地性与资源再生：该项目最突出的亮点在于对乡村废弃资源的巧妙再利用，赋予了它们新的生命。设计师并没有简单地推倒重建，而是深入挖掘了原有建筑的价值，例如将红砖老宅改造成骑行驿站，保留了原有轮廓；将旧礼堂改造为非遗博物馆，承载了当地的文化记忆。这种“修旧如旧”的设计理念，不仅节约了资源，降低了成本，更重要的是保留了乡村的历史文脉和场所精神。通过这种方式，建筑成为了连接过去与未来的桥梁，也为乡村注入了新的活力。

亮点二：设计策略的多元融合：项目采用了多学科协作的策略，在空间重构、适宜建造和轻介入三个方面都展现了独特的创造力。空间重构方面，设计延续了场所记忆，例如保留了传统院落格局，并在此基础上进行创新。适宜建造方面，设计师巧妙地结合了当地材料和低技工法，如红砖复合墙和夯土墙的应用，既考虑了建筑的保温性能，又体现了地域特色。轻介入方面，则通过最小的干预实现了建筑的弹性生长，保留了原生植物，实现了建筑与自然的和谐共生，体现了可持续发展的理念。

亮点三：社区参与与可持续运营：该项目最引人注目之处在于其社区共建的模式，村民全程参与功能定位与运营，例如“合伙人”机制吸引青年返乡创业。建筑不再仅仅是静态的物体，而是成为了社区发展的催化剂。项目通过专业的运营，将建筑转化为城乡互动的载体，例如博物馆举办非遗文创活动，咖啡厅成为交流平台。这种模式不仅促进了乡村经济的发展，也增强了村民的归属感和自豪感，为乡村振兴提供了可复制的经验。项目体现了建筑在推动社会公平方面的深层价值，具有重要的社会意义。

Suixian Hemei Center is a rural revitalization demonstration project jointly implemented by China Rural Development Foundation and three towns and five villages in Suixian, Hubei. In order to promote the development of Dahongshan Scenic Area and activate the county's tourism economy, the project takes "Beautiful Countryside" as its core concept. Through the rural greenway loop, it connects five villages and transforms abandoned residential buildings, auditoriums and other idle resources into cycling stations, free courtyards, rural museums, cafes and art restaurants, building a complementary and interconnected rural cluster and stimulating regional development vitality.
随县和美中心是中国乡村发展基金会与湖北随县三镇五村联合实施的乡村振兴示范项目。为联动大洪山风景区发展、激活县域旅游经济，项目以“和美乡村”为核心理念，通过乡村绿道环线串联五村，将废弃民居、礼堂等闲置资源改造为骑行驿站、自在小院、乡村博物馆、咖啡厅与艺术餐厅，构建互补联动的乡村集群，激发区域发展活力。

Space Catalyst and Local Construction

The project takes resource regeneration as the starting point to give new life to abandoned spaces: Yujiawan's red brick old house is transformed into a cycling station, providing recreational services for the greenway;; The old auditorium of Pearl Spring Village has been transformed into an intangible cultural heritage museum, carrying the memories of local culture; The former site of a Qing Dynasty temple in Chang'an has been transformed into a coffee shop, featuring rammed earth walls and modern wooden structures; The collapsed residential buildings are reborn as art restaurants, with steel structures coexisting with native green plants.
空间触媒与在地建造

项目以资源再生为切入点，赋予废弃空间新生命：喻家湾红砖老宅蜕变为骑行驿站，为绿道提供休憩服务；珍珠泉村旧礼堂转型为非遗博物馆，承载乡土文化记忆；常安店清代寺庙旧址改造为咖啡厅，以夯土墙对话现代木构；坍塌民居重生为艺术餐厅，钢结构与原生绿植共生。

五处改造建筑通过绿道串联成网，形成城乡互动节点，带动农产品销售与村民就业，促进资源公平流动。

Space Catalyst and Local Construction

The design team intervened from an anthropological perspective and collaborated with multidisciplinary forces to develop three major strategies:
Space Reconstruction - Continuing Place Memory and Activating Functional Value.. The cycling station follows the original L-shaped outline of the residential building, enclosing a ginkgo courtyard; The Ziroom Courtyard retains the traditional courtyard layout, with the addition of a rooftop terrace and a separate guest courtyard, catering to both vacation and public activities.
Suitable for construction - innovative integration of local materials and low tech construction methods. The Ziroom Courtyard adopts 300mm red brick composite walls to enhance insulation performance; The coffee shop is built with laminated wood frame and rammed earth wall, balancing protection and functionality in the coexistence of old and new.
Light intervention - achieving elastic growth with minimal intervention. The art restaurant spans the collapsed stone wall with a steel structure, preserving the native plants on the wall; The steel structure enclosed by sunlight panels is embedded inside the museum, forming a spatiotemporal dialogue with historical wooden trusses.

设计团队以人类学视角介入，联合多学科力量制定三大策略：
空间重构——延续场所记忆，激活功能价值。骑行驿站沿用原民居 L 型轮廓，围合出银杏庭院；自在小院保留传统院落格局，新增屋顶露台与独立客院，兼顾度假与公共活动。
适宜建造——本土材料与低技工法融合创新。自在小院采用 300mm 红砖复合墙体提升保温性；咖啡厅以胶合木构架与夯土墙并置，新旧共生中平衡保护与功能。
轻介入——最小干预实现弹性生长。艺术餐厅以钢结构跨接坍塌石墙，保留墙体原生植物；博物馆内部嵌入阳光板围合的钢结构体量，与历史木桁架形成时空对话。

Villagers are fully involved in the functional positioning and operation, such as the "partner" mechanism of Ziroom Courtyard attracting young people to return home and start businesses, forming a "design build operation" closed loop. Architecture serves as a catalyst node, triggering greenway economy, intangible cultural heritage inheritance, and urban-rural cultural integration.
村民全程参与功能定位与运营，如自在小院“合伙人”机制吸引青年返乡创业，形成“设计-建造-运营”闭环。建筑作为触媒节点，触发绿道经济、非遗传承与城乡文化共融。

Sustainable Practice

The project transforms architecture into an interactive carrier between urban and rural areas through professional operation - museums hold non heritage cultural and creative events, cafes become communication platforms, and art restaurants explore the integration of culture and tourism.. Currently, the "idle resource activation+community co construction" model has formed a demonstration effect in Suixian County, and plans to expand to multiple villages around Dahongshan, providing a replicable and fair sample for rural revitalization nationwide.
可持续实践

项目通过专业运营，将建筑转化为城乡互动载体——博物馆举办非遗文创，咖啡厅成为交流平台，艺术餐厅探索文旅融合。当前，“闲置资源活化+社区共建”模式已在随县形成示范效应，计划扩展至大洪山周边多个村落，为全国乡村振兴提供可复制的公平样本。

Suixian Hemei Center uses architecture as a medium to explore an innovative path of urban-rural coordinated development through resource regeneration, cultural empowerment, and community linkage, interpreting the deep value of architecture in promoting social equity.
