琶洲雅诗阁酒店 / 都设设计

设计理念与形态:项目的核心在于“珠江之帆”的设计理念,这是一种在有限条件下实现建筑意图的巧妙方式。由于场地限制,设计团队选择了方正的体量,并通过建筑手法赋予其独特的魅力。形体的错位处理,不仅呼应了周边的城市景观,也增加了转角客房的数量,提升了酒店的实用性。横向抽槽的运用,使建筑立面在视觉上更具层次感。竖向切削和幕墙飞片的细节处理,将简单的体量转化为富有动态感的“面、体”结合,最终呼应了“珠江之帆”的意境,也使得建筑在周边高楼林立的环境中,保持了自己的辨识度。

空间体验与细节:项目在有限的空间内,着重打造了卓越的入住体验。顶层泳池的设计,虽因安全因素未能实现玻璃悬挑,但整体设计理念仍体现了对空间感的极致追求。落客区的打造是另一个亮点,设计师通过悬挑的幕墙和鱼腹梁的巧妙运用,解决了结构和视觉的双重挑战,也赋予了空间独特的视觉元素。龙鳞吊顶的引入,更是提升了空间的品质感,外高内低的设计,在营造舒适尺度的同时,也巧妙地完成了从外部到内部的空间过渡,使得整个酒店的入口空间都充满了仪式感和艺术性。

技术创新与实现:在造价可控的前提下,该项目积极探索幕墙设计的新技术,例如鱼腹梁系统的应用,这在国内项目中尚属首次。这种创新不仅提升了建筑的结构性能,也赋予了其独特的视觉效果。建筑团队在塔楼标准段的设计中,通过上悬外开窗和穿孔板装饰条的结合,兼顾了自然通风需求和立面效果,展现了对细节的精准把控。幕墙的安装方式,以及鱼腹梁与主体结构的连接方式,都体现了设计师对施工工艺的深入理解。这种对技术创新的积极尝试,使得该项目在有限的条件下,实现了建筑效果和工程质量的完美统一。

The base is located in the western district of Pazhou, which is a key urban core area that Guangzhou has been focusing on developing in recent years. The project has a height limit of only 100m and a capacity area of approximately 30000 cubic meters. Such height and volume seem difficult to avoid becoming the backdrop for the 200m or even 300m high-rise buildings in Paxi.
基地位于琶洲西区,这一广州近年重点打造的城市核心板块。项目限高仅 100m,计容面积约 3 万方。这样的高度和体量,似乎很难避免成为琶西 200m 甚至 300m 高楼群的背景板。

The urban team is mainly responsible for architectural design, and has already taken over the preliminary volume and plan direction. The first step for the team to do is to 'measure the body'. Under the strict urban design guidelines in Paxi, there is not much room for architectural movement. The total land area of the hotel is only 4000 square meters, and an 8.5 plot ratio almost occupies the entire venue. Since you can't be charming and versatile, then don't have a hard style. The square size can also maintain its original form, using architectural techniques to create a "small yet beautiful" hotel.
都设团队主要承担建筑造型设计,接手时已有初步的体量和平面方向。团队做的第一步工作是是“量体”。在琶西严格的城市设计导则控制下,建筑并无过多的腾挪空间。酒店总用地面积仅 4000 方,8.5 的容积率几乎将整个场地占满。既然无法妖娆多变,那就不要硬坳造型。方正的体量也可以守正出奇,用建筑学手法去创造一个“小而美”的酒店。

The design concept of the scheme is "Sail of the the Pearl River". Through simple architectural techniques, the architectural intention of flying against the wind is abstractly expressed. On the basis of continuing the original square layout, the design creates more corner rooms by rearranging the form and echoing the northwest urban landscape. The tower and podium use a unified technique, with horizontal grooves forming a rich volume relationship. Vertical cutting and facade curtain wall flyer processing transform the simple volume into a combination of surface and body, and echo the architectural intention of "Sail of the Pearl River".
方案以“珠江之帆”为设计理念,通过简洁的建筑手法,抽象表达迎风飞扬的建筑意向。在延续原有平面方正布局基础上,设计通过形体错位,呼应西北侧城市景观面,产生更多的转角客房。塔楼与裙房统一手法,横向抽槽形成丰富的体量关系。竖向切削及正立面幕墙飞片处理,将单纯的体量变成面、体结合,并呼应“珠江之帆”的建筑意向。

The northwest side of the base has an invincible urban landscape with a panoramic view of Guangzhou Tower, the Pearl River New Town and Haixinsha. For hotel guests, an extraordinary stay experience is far more impressive than the cool architectural design. On the basis of unifying the standard floor height to meet the occupancy rate requirements, the design team will focus on shaping the hotel drop off area and the tower crown public area.
基地西北侧拥有无敌城市景观,广州塔、珠江新城、海心沙尽收眼底。对于酒店住客来说,非凡的入住体验远比酷炫的建筑造型更加印象深刻。在标准层高度统一以满足得房率要求的基础上,设计团队将酒店落客区与塔冠公区作为重点塑造区域。

The design team arranged a 25m indoor swimming pool on the top floor, and suspended the pool outside the main building with glass boxes. Connect two swimming pools with frameless high transparency glass to create a visual effect of an infinity pool. During the implementation process, considering the local wind pressure and high-rise safety issues, the glass cantilever scheme was ultimately optimized into a solid form, which is also a major regret of this project.
设计团队在顶层布置一个 25m 室内泳池,将泡池用玻璃盒子悬挑在建筑主体之外。两个泳池之间用无框高透玻璃联系,营造无边泳池的视觉效果。实施过程中,考虑到当地风压及高层安全性问题,最终玻璃悬挑方案优化成实体,这也是本项目的一大遗憾。

Due to the limited land conditions, the drop off area is set within the outline of the podium, and it is also impossible to create a prominent and far-reaching canopy. The design team will suspend the curtain wall of the second floor podium in the drop off area, and suspend the upper main structural beams to solve the vertical load of the curtain wall. Creatively using fish belly beams at the bottom of the curtain wall to solve the lateral wind pressure load on the curtain wall. The fish belly beam components generated by the force demand become the main visual elements of the drop off area, achieving the structure, curtain wall, and installation of the drop off area. Another major element is the "dragon scale" ceiling. The spatial form of high outside and low inside creates a suitable human scale while cleverly completing the spatial transition from the external venue to the hotel lobby. The suspended ceiling is made of imitation copper stainless steel plate, and the components are made of flat plates with uniform dimensions. The floodlight design is closely integrated with the curtain wall, with hidden lighting fixtures between adjacent ceilings, illuminating the panels from back to front, enhancing the spatial experience of "rippling waves".
囿于逼仄的用地条件,落客区设置在裙房轮廓以内,也无法做出出挑深远的大雨棚。设计团队将落客区二层裙房幕墙悬空处理,上部主体结构梁悬挂解决幕墙竖向荷载。幕墙底部创造性的使用鱼腹梁,解决幕墙横向风压荷载。由受力需求产生的鱼腹梁构件,成为落客区的主要视觉元素,达到了结构、幕墙、装落客区另一个主要元素是“龙鳞”吊顶。外高内低的空间形态在营造适宜的近人尺度的同时,巧妙完成从外部场地到酒店大堂的空间过渡。吊顶选用仿铜不锈钢板,构件采用平面板块,且尺度统一。泛光设计与幕墙紧密结合,在相临吊顶之间暗藏灯具,从后往前打亮板块,强化“波光潋滟”的空间体验。

落客区另一个主要元素是“龙鳞”吊顶。外高内低的空间形态在营造适宜的近人尺度的同时,巧妙完成从外部场地到酒店大堂的空间过渡。吊顶选用仿铜不锈钢板,构件采用平面板块,且尺度统一。泛光设计与幕墙紧密结合,在相临吊顶之间暗藏灯具,从后往前打亮板块,强化“波光潋滟”的空间体验。

The overall cost control of the building is relatively strict, and the standard section of the tower is a key control area. After the epidemic, the demand for natural ventilation in buildings has been increasing day by day. The design team chose to hang external windows to meet 4% of the opening area while avoiding obstructing the view of residents. Set a 600mm perforated decorative strip at the bottom of the fan to block the uncontrollable facade effect after random opening.
建筑整体造价控制较为严格,塔楼标准段是重点控制区域。疫情后建筑自然通风需求日益提升,设计团队选择上悬外开窗,在满足 4% 开启面积的同时,避免对住客视野产生遮挡。开启扇下部设置 600mm 穿孔板装饰条,遮挡随机开启后不可控的立面效果。

The facade curtain wall is constructed with simple and safe variable cross-section stainless steel ribs to support the overall laminated glass overhanging components. During construction, it is necessary to first install corner unit panels, then install stainless steel ribs and glass panels, and finally seal the panels with aluminum plates.
正立面幕墙选择构造较为简洁且安全的变截面不锈钢肋,支撑整体夹胶玻璃悬挑件。在施工中需先安装转角单元板块,再安装不锈钢肋及玻璃板块,最后用铝板封板。

The fish belly beam system is another research focus. The structure between the members is mainly hinged to ensure the precision of the components. The handover position between steel components and the main body is a design difficulty, and the design team does not want the handover to damage the overall surface of the glass. Ultimately, the connection with the main beam is achieved at the groove position of the horizontal frame to avoid glass openings.
鱼腹梁系统是另一个研究重点。杆件之间构造以铰接为主,确保构件精细。钢构件与主体交接位置是设计难点,设计团队不希望交接破坏玻璃整体表面,最终在横框凹槽位置实现与主体梁的连接,避免玻璃开口。

This project is subject to restrictions in terms of land use, height, volume, cost, and other aspects. The architect chose a surprisingly conservative strategy, with a low-key yet detailed exterior and hidden secrets inside, with the intention of creating a small yet beautiful and highly experiential urban hotel. Another meaning of "tailor-made" is that curtain wall design needs to be based on China's current level of industrialization. On the basis of controllable cost, this project has conducted several explorations such as fish belly beams, many of which are the first to appear in domestic projects. A consistent design system has played an important role in it. Architects, curtain wall designers, and structural engineers work together to create architectural effects that are both in line with domestic industrialization levels and refreshing.
本项目用地、高度、体量、造价等各方面均受到限制。建筑师选择了守正出奇的策略,外表低调而富有细节,内里则暗藏乾坤,意图创造一个小而美且极具体验感的城市酒店。“量体裁衣”的另一重含义是幕墙设计需基于中国当前的工业化水平。在造价可控的基础上,本项目进行了诸如鱼腹梁等的若干探索,许多做法是第一次在国内项目中出现。都设一以贯之的设计体系在其中发挥了重要的作用。建筑师、幕墙设计师,结构工程师齐心协力,才能创造出既符合国内工业化水平,同时令人耳目一新的建筑效果。
