如是海·尚空间 / TAOA 陶磊建筑

项目核心设计理念: 改造的核心在于打破原有建筑的封闭性,并最大程度地引入自然元素。设计师巧妙地利用了混凝土框架结构的优势,拆除一层外墙,打造出一个贯穿建筑的水平雨棚,从而模糊了室内外空间的界限。 上部的石材外墙则营造出一种坚固、厚重的体量感,与下部的通透空间形成鲜明对比。这种设计手法既保留了北方建筑的特质,又实现了与周围环境的和谐共生,为建筑注入了新的生命力。设计师还通过内院设计和院墙的设置,将自然引入室内,模糊了建筑的边界,将建筑与环境融为一体。

空间布局与功能组织: 设计师对原有建筑的内部空间进行了重新组织,以适应度假的需求。通过保留原始柱网,重新定义空间,赋予了建筑足够的灵活性。 建筑被分为公共客房区和私密居住区两个部分,中间布置了露天羽毛球场,丰富了空间的功能性和体验感。室外楼梯和坡道的设置,不仅满足了消防需求,也为人们提供了在建筑中穿梭、感受自然的路径。 屋顶的设计更提供了多样的景观视角和空间体验,提升了建筑的整体品质。这种内外空间的互动,使建筑本身不再是简单的功能载体,而是成为一种生活方式的体现。

材料选择与地域特征: 米黄色石材外墙的选择是项目的又一亮点,它不仅呼应了北方寒冷气候下的温暖需求,也体现了业主对建筑的期待。这种材料的运用,赋予了建筑沉稳、内敛的气质,与周围的自然环境相得益彰。设计师在设计中充分考虑了地域性,将建筑的厚重感与北方建筑的特质完美结合,展现出对当地文化和自然环境的尊重。 通过建筑与周围环境的对话,展现了建筑师对环境的深刻理解和对建筑与自然和谐共生的追求。 整个设计方案体现了对旧建筑的尊重,以及对未来生活方式的思考,赋予了建筑全新的生命力。

This is a renovation of an old building, which will be used as a space for vacation purposes. The original building was a concrete frame structure, located deep in a dense forest on the northern coast. The surrounding natural landscape was independent and quiet, with a wide sea just a few hundred meters away from the dense forest.

The original buildings are linearly distributed along the edge of the locust forest, with the main body stretched to a hundred meters, and high-quality water features on both the south and east sides of the building. But the interior layout of the original building was a single-sided corridor, with a large amount of lengthy corridor space. The facade treatment is also very enclosed and cramped, with the gently sloping landscape around the building being fragmented by the Tuscan style fine vertical window openings. The unique natural landscape is generously rejected.
这是一个旧建筑的改造,改造后作为一处以度假为目的建筑空间。原有的建筑是一个混凝土的框架结构,坐落在北方海边的一片密林深处,周围的自然景观独立且安静,几百米的密林之外便是宽阔的大海。

原有建筑沿着刺槐密林边缘线性分布,主体被拉长至百米,且建筑的南侧和东侧均伴有优质水景。但原有建筑的室内布局为单侧走廊,存在大量冗长的过道空间。立面处理也十分封闭局促,建筑周边低缓延绵的微坡景观被托斯卡纳风情的细碎竖条开窗切分得支离破碎。得天独厚的原生景观被毫不吝惜地拒之门外。

The purpose of the renovation is to break the isolated and closed building facade, establish a close connection between the internal space of the building and the beautiful natural environment outside, reorganize the internal usage relationship, create a new vacation lifestyle, and introduce nature into the interior as much as possible.

In order to ensure the flexibility of the space, the original column grid is regarded as an ordered grid, and the space is redefined in the original grid. Some structural columns are deliberately hidden within the partition walls or deliberately exposed, making the new space have sufficient flexibility and new order.
改造的目的是打破孤立且封闭的建筑立面,使得建筑的内部空间与外部优美的自然环境建立密切的联系,同时重新组织内部的使用关系,创造一个全新的度假生活方式,并且尽可能的将自然引入室内。

为了确保空间的灵活性,原始的柱网被视为有秩序的网格,在原始的网格中重新定义空间,部分结构柱或被刻意消隐在隔间墙内,或被刻意暴露,使得新空间具有足够的灵活性和新秩序。

In order to establish a more comprehensive connection between the building and its surroundings, three strategies are adopted for renovation. One is to take advantage of the characteristics of the concrete frame structure, remove the original filled exterior wall on the first floor, adjust the height of the internal ceiling to a uniform elevation, and extend it outwards as an external canopy, establishing a horizontal line that spans the entire building.
为了使建筑能更充分的和周围建立联系,改建采用三种策略。一是利用混凝土框架结构的特点,将一层原有的填充外墙拆除,将内部吊顶高度调整为统一的标高,并向四周延伸出挑为外部的雨棚,建立了一条横贯整个建筑的水平线。

The stone exterior wall above this abstract horizontal line creates a sturdy and heavy volume, highlighting the emptiness and transparency of the lower part. Looking through the long eaves, the loose nature in the distance has established a certain order, abstracted it, and formed a concentrated landscape belt, collecting the surrounding wild landscapes into one combination.
这条抽象的水平线之上的石头外墙塑造了坚固且沉重的体量,更反衬下部的空与透。透过长长的挑檐看出去,远处松散的自然建立了一定的秩序,使其抽象化,形成一线浓缩的景观带,将周围环绕的野性景观收集到同一组合之中。

Secondly, in order to better integrate with nature, local usable areas were removed from the original building and turned into an inner courtyard, directing nature from the outside towards the interior. The third strategy is to design a courtyard wall for the new building that can loosely connect the original form into a whole, wrapping the natural surroundings inside the building. The boundaries of the building are deliberately blurred in the newly renovated space.
二来为了更好的与自然的融合,在原始建筑中剔除了局部使用面积,使其成为内院,将自然由外部引向室内。第三种策略是给新建筑设计了一部分可以使原建筑松散的形态联系为一个整体的院墙,将外部的自然包裹进建筑的内部,建筑的边界在新改造的空间中是刻意被模糊的。

The upper part of the building conforms to the characteristics of the original building form and is divided into two independent parts, one is the public guest room area, and the other is a relatively private residence, with an outdoor badminton court arranged in the middle. The roof of a building is valuable in such an environment, as it provides diverse landscape perspectives and spatial experiences. A prominent outdoor staircase and ramp were designed in the middle of the building, which is not only necessary for fire evacuation. More importantly, it establishes an intuitive connection between the space above the second floor and the ground, allowing one to move around and explore nature in daily traffic.

The exterior walls of the building are designed with beige stone. As in the north, beige stone is more likely to evoke a hint of warmth in the cold winter. This choice is also a beautiful expectation of the owners, which reflects the common character of northerners and this land, with solid exterior walls and heavy volume.
建筑的上部顺应原始建筑体型特性,分为两个独立的部分,一部分是公共的客房区,另一部分作为相对私密的私人居所,中间布置了一个露天羽毛球场。建筑的屋顶在这样的环境中是可贵的,它提供了多样的景观视角和空间体验。在建筑的中段设计了一个醒目的室外楼梯和坡道,这不仅是消防疏散的需要。更重要的是将二层以上的空间和地面建立了一个直观的联系,可以在上下的日常交通中移步换景,游走于自然之中。

建筑外墙被设计成米黄色石材,作为北方,米黄色的石头更容易让人在寒冷的冬季联想到一丝暖意,这样的选择同时也是业主的美好期待,这也正反映了北方人和这片土地的共同性格,坚实的外墙,厚重的体量。

The design team combined the original outline in the design to transform it into a more sculptural form. In this wild forest, the stone buildings are particularly quiet and powerful. The design process is the confrontation between idealized vision and reality. The resistance in this process has enabled the design team to avoid a simple internal determinism or a simple external form, hoping to break free from the previous barren functionalism of the original building through the intervention of nature.
设计团队在设计中结合原有轮廓将其转变为更具有雕塑般的形体,在这片充满野性的密林中,石头的建筑格外安静且有力量。设计过程,即是理想化的愿景与现实之间的对峙过程。这种过程中的抗争使设计团队避免了一种简单的内在决定论或是简单的外在形式,希望通过自然的介入,使原有的建筑摆脱过去贫瘠的功能主义。

The renovation of an old building is also a transformation of a partial old world, preserving and reorganizing its internal structure to make it more logically cohesive. The superposition of more logical dimensions has formed the richness and distinct personality of architecture, hoping to bring a new architectural experience, completely change the closed and rigid impression of the original architecture, open to nature while still retaining the weight and strength of northern architecture, consistent with the region and personality of the north, and finally integrate it into nature, return to nature, and become nature.
一个旧建筑的改造也是对一个局部旧世界的改造,内部的结构保留与重新组织,使其更有内在的逻辑。更多逻辑维度的叠加,形成了建筑的丰富性以及鲜明的个性,希望能带来全新的建筑体验,彻底改变原有建筑封闭且刻板的印象,向自然开放的同时,仍可以保有北方建筑的厚重与力量,与北方的地域、性格相一致,最后再将其融于自然,归于自然,成为自然。
