设计理念的精妙之处：项目最引人入胜之处在于其对场地历史文脉的深刻解读与巧妙运用。设计并非简单地将新建筑堆砌于旧建筑旁，而是以紧邻的廖维公馆作为“起点”，从空间布局和功能定位上与其建立紧密联系。这种策略有效地化解了新旧建筑之间的轴线差异，避免了生硬的割裂感。设计借鉴了川西聚落的传统，将林盘、场镇等不同类型的聚落形态融入社区，创造了多样化的建筑类型和开放空间，并将当代居住和商业方式巧妙地融入其中，最终呈现出一个既具有历史文化底蕴又充满现代活力的商住市镇。这种设计策略不仅尊重了历史，更赋予了社区独特的文化内涵，使其成为连接过去与未来的纽带。

空间布局与社区营造：该项目在社区内部的空间布局上展现出极高的专业水准。设计师精心安排独栋住宅、联排住宅、集合住宅和商街办公综合体，不仅延续了地方建筑的特色，更通过建筑之间的精巧布局，营造出多层次、相互渗透的公共空间。这种设计鼓励长期居住的本地居民与外来游客之间的互动交流，从而增强了社区的凝聚力和归属感。这种空间策略超越了单纯的建筑设计，更注重社区生活的营造。开放空间的合理分布，公共层级的多样化，使得居民可以在不同的场景中进行交流，从而提升了社区的文化认同感，也体现了设计师对社会责任的深刻理解。

材料与构造的创新：在材料和构造方面，该项目同样展现出卓越的创新精神。砖、水泥板、金属面板的组合运用，赋予了建筑现代感与地域特色并存的独特魅力。这种材料的巧妙搭配，是对传统建筑材料的创新性诠释，同时又与当地的文化和环境相协调。社区的建设更是以廖维公馆为物质和精神的起点，突显了其在社区中的核心地位。公馆如同安仁古镇的祠堂，是社区精神的象征，也是居民情感的寄托。通过建筑，街道，广场与景观的有机结合，项目不仅创造了宜居的居住环境，更营造了一个充满活力和归属感的社区，彰显了设计师对建筑与文化、历史的深刻理解和高度融合。

Anrenli Community is located on the outskirts of Anren Ancient Town in the suburbs of Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It is adjacent to Anren 5A Tourist Center (which was renovated and expanded from Liao Wei Mansion, a cultural heritage building from the Republican era), Anren Bus Station, and the main urban road. The land area is 64265.24 square meters, with a total construction area of 69873.57 square meters and a capacity rate of 1.09. It is a mixed use commercial and residential area.
安仁里社区位于四川成都近郊安仁古镇的外围，比邻安仁5A级游客中心（由遗存民国时期文保建筑廖维公馆改扩建而成）、安仁客运站、城镇主干道，用地面积64265.24㎡，总建筑面积69873.57㎡，容积率1.09，为商住混合功能。

The project is located at the junction of urban expansion and natural farmland. The Liao Wei Mansion adjacent to the community has been transformed and utilized as a historical relic, serving as a tourist center to provide reception and supporting services for foreign tourists, and inspiring the construction of emerging communities in the surrounding area, including this project. However, there are axial differences between historical buildings and newly planned urban roads, reflecting the distant relationship between top-down urban planning and historical relics. The design chooses the mansion as the starting point in terms of spatial layout and functional positioning, which gives rise to buildings, streets, squares, and landscapes, forming a community that is connected to the historical genes of the site.
项目所处的位置是城镇扩张和自然农田的交接处。社区比邻的廖维公馆被作为历史遗存改造利用，作为游客中心为外来游客提供接待和配套服务，并激发了包括本项目在内的周边新兴社区建设。但历史建筑的轴向与新规划城镇道路存在轴向差异，反映出自上而下的城镇规划与历史遗存之间疏离的关系。设计选择在空间格局和功能定位上将公馆作为起点，由此生发出建筑、街道、广场与景观，形成与场地历史基因联结的社区。

During the evolution of settlements in Anren Ancient Town and even in western Sichuan, various types of settlements closely related to local climate and culture have emerged, including Linpan, which is linked to agriculture and nature, and Changzhen, which is linked to commerce and urbanization. The design takes these settlement types as historical references, shaping different types of suite buildings and open spaces in the community, and matching them with contemporary residential and commercial methods, shaping a miniature contemporary commercial and residential town with historical and cultural context.
在安仁古镇乃至川西聚落演变的过程中，产生了多种与地方气候人文联系密切的聚落类型，包括与农业和自然联系的林盘、与商业和城镇化联系的场镇等。设计将这些聚落类型作为历史参照，塑造了社区中不同的套型建筑、开敞空间类型，并与当代的居住和商业方式匹配，塑造了缩微的、具有历史文化文脉的当代商住市镇。

The standalone houses, row houses, collective houses, and commercial street office complexes in the community not only continue the local characteristics in their own architectural space types, but also shape a community environment with multiple public levels permeating each other through careful layout between buildings, encouraging local residents who live in the community for a long time to interact with residents who are vacationing or operating outside, and enhancing the cultural identity of neighbors.
社区中的独栋住宅、联排住宅、集合住宅以及商街办公综合体不仅在自身的建筑空间类型上延续了地方特征，更通过建筑之间的精心布局，塑造了多公共层级相互渗透的社区环境，鼓励社区中长期生活的本地居民与外来度假或经营的居民进行邻里交往，提升邻里的文化认同感。

The construction design presents a modern and regional experience through the combination of bricks, cement boards, and metal panels. The construction of the community takes Liao Wei Mansion as the material starting point, and after construction, it becomes the core of the community spirit.
构造设计通过砖、水泥板与金属面板的搭配呈现现代性与地域性兼具的体验。社区的建设以廖维公馆为物质的起点，建设后更以这里作为社区精神的核心。

A variety of organized or spontaneous community public activities take place here, and the mansion is to the community what the ancestral hall of Anren Ancient Town is to the entire family community. The roots and bloodline of development start from here, and the spirit of returning home after the branches and leaves bloom eventually returns here.
多种多样有组织的亦或自发的社区公共活动在这里发生，公馆之于社区，如同安仁古镇的祠堂之于整个家族群落，发展的根源和血脉从这里出发，开枝散叶后的归家精神又最终回到此处。
