简洁高效的建筑构造：项目的另一大亮点在于其简洁高效的建筑构造。采用承重砖墙、混凝土楼板和拱形天花板的设计，体现了对材料的真实表达和对建筑本身的尊重。这种朴素的构造方式不仅降低了建筑成本，还赋予了建筑一种质朴而优雅的气质。同时，结合冬季的太阳能得热和夏季的自然通风，确保了建筑的高热舒适度，体现了建筑师对居住者生活品质的关注。建筑师的目标是打造一座具有高热质量的建筑，并且实现了这一目标，同时建筑也与周围的花园完美融合。

Our client is a young couple who want to build their first residence on a piece of land that used to be the site of their family mansion. Our design scheme is based on modular layout, tailored to local conditions, ensuring residential privacy, excellent climate control capabilities, and vibrant living spaces.
我们的委托方是一对年轻夫妇，他么想在一块曾属于家族大宅旧址的土地上建造他们的首座住宅。我们的设计方案基于模块化布局，因地制宜，确保居住私密性、出色的气候调控能力以及充满活力的生活空间。

Matadepera is a quiet town located at the foot of the Catalan mountains. This 600 square meter street corner plot has a flat terrain facing south, dotted with several trees, and has independent residential buildings on each side. The owner hopes that the new home can have shared space without losing privacy, while also having enough flexibility to adapt to changes in future needs.
马塔德佩拉（Matadepera）是加泰罗尼亚山区脚下的一座静谧小镇。这块 600 平方米的街角地块地势平坦，朝南，点缀着几棵树木，两侧各有一栋独立住宅。业主希望新家既能拥有共享空间，又不失私密性，同时具备足够的灵活性，以适应未来需求的变化。

In view of this, we have designed the residence as nine identical structural modules arranged in a staggered manner along the east-west axis, while preserving the existing trees. This strategy allows us to maximize the number of rooms facing south and ensure privacy with neighboring buildings.
有鉴于此，我们将住宅设计为九个相同的结构模块，沿东西轴线错落排列，同时保留了现有树木。这一策略使我们能够最大化南向房间的数量，并确保与邻近建筑之间的私密性。

The flexibility of the module and the design of multiple connections enable the residence to be used as a whole open space or divided into independent areas. The staggered layout enhances the visual connection in all directions, creates a sense of openness, and establishes a close connection with the garden. The central module of the residence is higher than other modules to increase solar heating in winter and improve ventilation in summer.

The building structure is simple, using load-bearing brick walls, concrete floor slabs, and arched ceilings. Our goal is to create a building with high thermal quality, combined with ample solar energy in winter and effective ventilation in summer, to ensure optimal thermal comfort throughout the year.
