总体规划与空间营造：友谊湾社区项目在规划层面展现出对公共空间与社区活力的深刻理解。项目打破了周边网格化的建筑布局，转而采用更为自由和开放的策略，通过U型酒店和L型公寓的错位布置，围合出不同尺度的广场和庭院。这种空间组织方式不仅丰富了社区的视觉层次，也创造了更多互动和交流的可能性。各个空间相互渗透，鼓励了居民和游客的自由流动，提升了社区的活力和凝聚力，营造了宜人的尺度和亲密的氛围，也体现了建筑师对于场所精神的尊重和再创造。

酒店设计：友谊之家俱乐部酒店的设计体现了建筑师对于功能复合和共享空间的创新思考。酒店一层和二层主要面向公共功能，将零售、画廊等多样化功能与酒店大堂有机结合，形成一个开放的共享客厅，促进了酒店与外部广场的自然过渡。客房设计则别具一格，通过“大小两跨”的平面布局，在有限空间内营造出宽敞舒适的居住体验，并通过阳台和转角窗的设计，为住客提供了丰富的景观选择。酒店立面采用粗犷的清水混凝土框架，搭配水泥砖的质感，赋予了建筑一种独特的表现力，也与周围环境融为一体。

公寓设计：卷宗公寓的设计则关注了居住者的多样化需求，以“工作室”大客厅为核心，搭配开放式厨房、阳台，为住户提供了灵活多变的生活空间。公寓内部通过错层设计，实现了空间层次的变化，增强了居住的趣味性。外立面采用淡绿色水磨石板，既体现了现代感，又与周边环境相协调。设计师还注重了细节处理，如每户独立的入户体验，以及公寓底层多样化的商业业态，都体现了对社区整体功能的考虑。整个设计体现了对居住体验的深入思考，以及对材料和细节的精湛把握，为社区增添了温馨和活力。

Friendship Bay is a small community consisting of a group of buildings and several squares, located at the southern entrance of the "Anaya North Bank Community" in Qinhuangdao. Its area is the public activity center of the entire southern part of the North Bank Community. As the closest coastal resort to Beijing, Qinhuangdao is a popular tourist destination, and the Anaya community has long been known for hosting various cultural and artistic activities, attracting many families, freelancers, and artists to reside and create here. Friendship Bay aims to create a vibrant composite block that serves the community and tourists, with pleasant scale and intimate atmosphere, through the mixing of functions and spatial planning.

While continuing the planning model of the North Bank enclosed block, we are also exploring a community space with a more public atmosphere. The Friendship Bay architectural complex breaks the grid order of the surrounding area, reduces the building volume, and diagonally arranges the U-shaped hotel and L-shaped apartment corners, enclosing two trapezoidal squares and a triangular courtyard together with the surrounding buildings, and setting up colonnades and shops on the ground floor of the apartments. The squares and courtyards of different scales enrich the hierarchy of outdoor public space in Friendship Bay, and the orientation of hotels and apartment rooms is divided into inside and outside, allowing residents to have more choices. The diagonally connected square connects the pedestrian paths of the north and south districts, and people can also enter the triangular courtyard from various directions by passing through the building. The square enclosed by hotels, apartments, and the North Shore Auditorium is the core of public life in the southern district. The hotel's facade facing the square is concave, increasing the sense of surrounding the square and hoping to leave a friendly impression on people.
在延续北岸围合式街区的规划模式的同时，我们也在探索一种更具公共氛围的社区空间。友谊湾建筑群打破了周边的网格秩序，降低了建筑体量，将 U 型平面的酒店和L型平面的公寓角对角布置，与周边建筑共同围合出两个梯形广场和一个三角院落，并在公寓底层设置柱廊和店铺。不同尺度的广场和院落，丰富了友谊湾室外空间公共性的层级，酒店和公寓房间的朝向都有了内外之分，让入居者可以有更多的选择。对角连接的广场沟通南北区的步行道路，人们也可以从各个方向穿过建筑进入三角院落。酒店、公寓和北岸礼堂共同围合的广场是南区公共生活的核心，酒店朝向广场的立面内凹，增加了对广场的包围感，希望能给人们留下亲切的印象。

Friendship House Club Hotel

We hope to make Friendship House Club Hotel a shared living room for the community through the combination of functions and the openness of the floor plan layout.. The entrance and lobby of the hotel are located in the southeast corner of the first floor of the building. The main spaces on both the first and second floors are reserved for public functions, with the Forum Space on the second floor opening towards the south courtyard. Retail and gallery spaces are distributed on the other three sides, accommodating events such as gatherings, cultural lectures, commercial activities, concerts, and exhibitions. This is also a natural transition between hotel functions and external plazas, giving the ground floor of the building multiple facing publicness, allowing people to enter the building from all around and freely pass through this space.

我们希望通过功能的复合和平面布局的开放，让友谊之家俱乐部酒店成为社区的共享客厅。酒店的入口和大堂位于建筑一层东南角。一层和二层的主要空间都保留给了公共功能，两层通高的集会大厅（Forum Space）向南侧的庭院打开，其余三面分布着零售空间和画廊空间，将聚会、文化讲座、商业活动、音乐会和展览等活动容纳在一起。这里也是酒店功能和外部广场的自然过渡，使建筑的底层具有多个面向的公共性，人们可以从四周进入建筑，自由地穿过这个空间。

As a hotel with the theme of travel innovation, we hope that the guest rooms here have an atmosphere of a study at home, with spacious desks in front of the windows, bookshelves, sofas, and coffee tables creating a simple reading space. The bed is in the other corner of the room, near the small balcony. When resting, you can look at the people on the square from the small balcony. In order to achieve these functions within a limited area and have a comfortable spatial ratio, we did not use the conventional narrow and long guest room floor plan. Instead, we used a square floor plan as the basis and first divided it into "large and small spans" in the width direction, and then shifted the "two spans" back and forth in the depth direction. Large span placement includes a desk and bathroom, while small span placement includes a bed and balcony. The desk faces the corner window, sitting in front of it, completely undisturbed by other parts. This layout avoids dividing the space, and the 6-meter width makes the entire room appear spacious. The planar movement pushes the outline of the bathroom into the corridor, forming a foyer at the entrance of the guest room and bringing spatial rhythm to the corridor.
作为一个以旅居创作为主题的酒店，我们希望这里的客房有一种家中书房的氛围，窗前有宽敞的书桌，书架、沙发、茶几塑造出一处简单的阅读空间。床在房间的另一角，靠近小小的阳台，休息的时候，可以在小阳台上看看广场上的人们。为了在有限的面积里实现这些功能，并有一种舒适的空间比例，我们没有采用常规的窄长型客房平面，而是以正方形平面为基础，先在宽度方向上划分出“大小两跨”，然后在进深方向上将“两跨”前后错动。大跨摆放是书桌和卫生间，小跨摆放床和阳台。书桌面对转角窗，坐在桌前，完全不会被其他部分干扰。这样的布局避免了对空间的划分，6 米的面宽让整个房间显得宽敞。平面错动把卫生间的轮廓推入走廊，形成客房入口的玄关，也为走廊带来空间上的节奏。

Surrounded into a U-shape of 36 guest rooms, some facing the inner courtyard and some facing the square. According to the different locations and orientations, the room types are slightly different. The rooms that can see the sea are equipped with balcony that can be viewed from afar, and the inward quiet rooms are equipped with french window that can be opened. The two corners on the top floor are two special rooms with a 4.5-meter-high loft living room and windows in two directions, providing a wide view. Looking from the square, the guest rooms standing high at the corner resemble the tower of a castle.
围合成U型的 36 间客房，一部分面对内庭，一部分朝向广场。根据位置和朝向各不相同，房型略有差异，能看到海的房间布置了可以远眺的阳台，内向安静的房间设有可以打开的落地窗。顶层两个转角是两个特别的房间，有 4.5 米高的 loft 起居室和两个方向的开窗，视野开阔。从广场望去，转角高起的客房像是城堡的塔楼。

As the front of the core square, the hotel presents a rough texture. The unevenness of cement bricks can present subtle color tones. By adjusting the size of the bricks and adjusting the composition and size of the mortar joints, we aim to blend the two materials as much as possible, resembling a whole piece of limestone. 1、 The lobby on the second floor adopts an exposed plain concrete frame, which emits a warm feeling of wooden architecture through mineral colorants and wooden templates. This fully exposed structure requires precise integration of civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, decoration, and curtain wall. The exposed one-way ribbed beams connect the gallery and the hall as a whole. In the middle of the hall, the sky shines through the ribbed beams, making the entire space bright.
酒店作为核心广场的正面，呈现一种粗朴的质感。水泥砖的不均匀性能够呈现出微妙的色调，我们通过调整砖的尺寸，调试灰缝的成分和尺寸，使这两种材料尽量融合，仿佛一整块石灰岩。一、二层的大厅采用了裸露的清水混凝土框架，通过矿物色剂和木模板，让大厅散发出木构建筑温暖的感觉。这种完全暴露结构的方式，需要土建、机电、精装和幕墙的精确整合。裸露的单向密肋梁将画廊与大厅连成一个整体，在大厅中间，天光透过密肋梁洒落，让整个空间明亮起来。

File Apartment

As a coastal resort community, many residents here come together with relatives, friends, and several families, and a considerable number are freelancers who want to work and live in the beautiful seaside community for a period of time.. The ground floor of the File Apartment is reserved for diverse formats, including restaurants, bakeries, buyers' shops, shoe stores, handmade fabric stores, tea houses, and children's bookstores, as well as a pop-up store located on the corner. This pop-up store is similar to a small exhibition hall, which can be rented to different vendors based on different festivals and community activities. The triangular backyard features a raised swimming pool area, which can be used as an outdoor stage during winter to host various events and gatherings.
卷宗公寓

作为滨海度假社区，这里的居民很多是亲戚朋友几个家庭结伴而来，还有相当一部分是自由职业者，想在风景优美的海边社区工作和生活一段时间。卷宗公寓的底层留给了多样化的业态，包括餐厅、烘焙店、买手店、鞋店、手工织物店、茶馆和儿童书店，以及一个位于转角的快闪店。这个快闪店类似于一间小展厅，可以根据不同的节日和社区活动租给不同的店家。三角形的后院设有抬起的泳池区，在冬季可用作室外舞台，举办各种活动和集会。

The apartment has a large living room that can be defined as a 'studio', with a width of 8 meters and a height of 4.5 meters. It is equipped with a balcony, an open kitchen, and a dining table. The sofa and bookshelf enclose the resting area, and there is an extra long corner workbench by the window. This place is not only suitable for artistic creation activities such as literature, painting, music, etc. on weekdays, but also can accommodate salons on weekends and holidays. The ceiling of the living room is made of exposed plain concrete. We applied a thin layer of white topcoat on top without applying putty, which preserved the hard texture of the concrete. The concrete slab extends to the outside to form a balcony, presenting the order of the indoor space on the facade.

The living room of each household faces the square, and the bedroom faces the inner courtyard, with different views on both sides. There is a 2.4-meter-wide foyer between the living room and bedroom, which serves as both an entrance space and a transition between the activity and rest areas. The bedroom of each household has a height of 3 meters, which is 1.5 meters higher than the living room. Using this height difference, the three units of the apartment are integrated together to create a one staircase, one household entry experience.
每户的客厅朝向广场，卧室朝向内院，两边有不同的风景。客厅和卧室之间是 2.4 米宽的前厅，既是入口空间，也是活动与休息区之间的过渡。每户的卧室 3 米层高，与客厅相差 1.5 米，利用这个高差将三个户型单元嵌合在一起，创造出一梯一户的入户体验。

We hope to give the apartment a simple and modern image, and have chosen light green prefabricated water milled stone slabs with green ore as the main aggregate as the exterior material. Water polished slate is a rich and versatile material that requires repeated testing of the size, type, and color combination of the stones in order to present good visual effects at various viewing distances.
