设计理念与地域融合:MUWA 二世谷项目最引人注目的亮点在于其对地域文化的深刻理解与巧妙融入。建筑师并未简单地复制,而是深入研究了二世谷地区的建筑特色和北海道传统景观,特别是双坡屋顶这一标志性元素。通过对双坡屋顶的创新性组合,项目在满足功能需求和经济效益的同时,最大程度地保留了二世谷的自然景观,并与周围环境和谐共生。这种设计理念不仅体现在建筑外观,更贯穿于室内设计,如客房与景观的无缝衔接、大堂对二世谷四季美景的框景等等,都体现了设计者对地域文脉的尊重和对使用者体验的极致追求。
空间创新与功能布局:该项目在空间设计上展现出卓越的创新能力。通过将“缘侧”这一传统日式建筑中的缓冲空间进行现代化演绎,以圆柱形阳台的形式融入客房,在保证私密性的同时,营造出开放通透的居住体验。这种设计不仅丰富了空间层次,也巧妙地呼应了“独立产权公寓”的理念。此外,项目对空间布局的精细考量也值得称赞。底层客房围绕中央庭院的布局,为地下公共区域引入自然光线,提升了整体的舒适度。而建筑师在有限的场地条件下,最大限度地利用空间,为住户提供了多样化的生活体验,充分体现了对功能性和舒适性的极致追求。
结构设计与技术细节:项目的结构设计堪称典范,充分考虑了北海道严酷的雪环境。通过对承重墙分布的精确控制、3.6米的基本跨度配置,以及SRC空腹桁架结构的应用,项目在确保抗震性能的同时,实现了大跨度的空间设计,为大堂等公共区域提供了开阔的视野。此外,六层露天温泉的悬臂结构设计,以及顶层混凝土折板屋顶的运用,都体现了设计团队在结构技术上的深厚功底。这些技术细节的精细处理,不仅保障了建筑的安全性,也为建筑的独特外观和空间体验提供了坚实的技术支撑,最终成就了这座独一无二的建筑杰作。

This apartment hotel is located in a prime location next to Hirafu Ski Resort in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan, seamlessly connecting with the ski slopes. Its architectural style not only reflects the topographical features of small-scale buildings scattered in the Niseko area, but also incorporates the iconic double pitched roof elements of traditional landscapes in Hokkaido and even wider regions, while also taking into account the "apartment style development" model - where each household has its own independent owner. By cleverly combining the elements of the double pitched roof, the design achieves a balance between economic benefits and rationality while maintaining the landscape of Ershi Valley. The hotel offers a diverse and unique experience, including guest rooms that blend seamlessly with the landscape, a lobby with framed views of the natural beauty of Niseko, and an outdoor hot spring overlooking Mt. Y ō tei. This is a unique building that can only be seen here.
这座公寓酒店坐落于日本北海道二世谷(Niseko)希拉夫(Hirafu)滑雪场旁的黄金地段,与雪道无缝衔接。其建筑风格既体现了二世谷地区散布着小规模建筑的地貌特征,又融入了北海道乃至更广泛地区传统景观中标志性的双坡屋顶元素,同时兼顾了“公寓式开发”模式 —— 每户皆有独立业主的特色。通过将双坡屋顶元素巧妙组合,设计在保持二世谷景观的同时,实现了经济效益与合理性的平衡。酒店提供多样化独特体验,包括与景观融为一体的客房、框景二世谷自然美景的大堂,以及可远眺羊蹄山(Mt. Yōtei)的露天温泉。这是一座仅在此地可见、独一无二的建筑。

"Apartment style" exterior design creates a new landmark for Niseko
This apartment hotel is located in the Niseko area of Hokkaido, and as a world-renowned ski resort, it attracts overseas ski enthusiasts and investors.. The hotel is directly connected to the ski resort, with excellent views of Mount Yang Ti and the iconic birch forest. The project is located within a national park and must strictly comply with the regulations of the Natural Park Law, including building height, building setback, plot ratio, roof design, exterior material and color matching. To this end, the project delves into the landscape features of the Ershi Valley area - scattered small-scale buildings, double pitched roofs reminiscent of traditional Hokkaido landscapes, and local historical and cultural heritage. By balancing economic principles and rationality, design and create a building that preserves the beauty of Hokkaido and Niseko while showcasing its unique charm.
“公寓式”外观设计打造二世谷新地标
这座公寓酒店位于北海道二世谷地区,作为世界闻名的滑雪胜地,吸引着海外滑雪爱好者与投资者纷至沓来。酒店与滑雪场直接相连,坐拥羊蹄山与标志性白桦林的绝佳视野。项目选址于国家公园内,需严格遵循《自然公园法》的各项规定,包括建筑高度、建筑退界、容积率、屋顶造型、外立面材质及色彩搭配等。为此,项目深入挖掘二世谷地区景观特色 —— 散落的小规模建筑、令人联想起北海道传统景观的双坡屋顶,以及当地历史文化底蕴。通过平衡经济原则与合理性,设计打造出一座既保留北海道与二世谷美景,又彰显独特魅力的建筑。

The "edge side" (buffer space) in traditional Japanese residences cleverly connects indoor and outdoor spaces, a wisdom derived from our ancestors' adaptation to harsh natural environments, and also serves as a delicate device for separating public and private spaces. In this project, we will modernize the 'edge side' by incorporating cylindrical balconies into each room, creating a sense of openness while protecting privacy. This design also concretizes the concept of "independent property rights apartments", reflected in the unit collection form of the building facade. The top "edge side" adopts a double sloping roof design - the basic form of Japanese architecture. The exterior facade is designed with double pitched roofs of different slopes based on the internal layout, echoing the magnificent mountain landscape around, creating a new landscape of Niseko that embodies Japanese aesthetic significance.
日本传统住宅中的“缘侧”(缓冲空间)巧妙衔接室内外,这一智慧源自祖先对严酷自然环境的适应之道,同时也作为分隔公共与私人空间的精致装置。在此项目中,我们将“缘侧”现代化,以圆柱形阳台的形式融入每间客房,在保护隐私的同时营造开放感。这一设计亦将“独立产权公寓”的理念具象化,体现在建筑外立面的单元集合形态上。顶层“缘侧”采用双坡屋顶造型 —— 日本建筑的基本形式。外立面根据内部布局设计不同坡度的双坡屋顶,与周边壮丽山脉景观相呼应,创造出蕴含日本美学意蕴的二世谷新景观。

The "non daily" space that echoes the scenery of Ershi Valley - the building maximizes the use of space while complying with the building setback line and adjacent cliff site restrictions stipulated in the Natural Park Law. The ground floor guest rooms and the open-air hot springs overlooking Yangti Mountain are arranged in a square shape around the central courtyard, introducing natural light to the public areas of the basement.
呼应二世谷景致的“非日常”空间 —— 建筑在遵循《自然公园法》规定的建筑退界线及邻近悬崖等场地限制条件下,最大化利用空间。底层客房与可远眺羊蹄山的露天温泉围绕中央庭院呈方形布局,为地下层的公共区域引入自然光线。

The entrance is located on the basement level, and public areas such as the reception area, restaurant, spa center, and hot springs revolve around the "Shiki no niwa" - a courtyard located in the center of the building. There are local Japanese maple trees planted in the courtyard, and rocks excavated from the site are laid on the ground. The courtyard captures the natural beauty of Ershi Valley and welcomes guests with the changing scenery of the four seasons.
入口位于地下层,接待区、餐厅、水疗中心、温泉等公共区域围绕“四季花园”(shiki-no-niwa) —— 一座位于建筑中央的庭院展开。庭院内种植有当地日本枫树,地面铺设从场地内挖掘的岩石。庭院捕捉二世谷的自然之美,以四季更迭的景致迎接宾客。

By flexibly adapting to the irregular shape of the venue, the project has created 34 unique guest room units. Each room adopts a three color color scheme that coordinates with the exterior facade, while the top floor apartment integrates the roof shape into the interior space to create a diverse experience that echoes the external landscape, creating an open and transparent atmosphere in the rooms. This building is unique: the guest rooms are seamlessly integrated with the landscape, the lobby showcases the seasonal changes of Niseko, the interior decoration incorporates Japanese elements such as grilles and earthen walls, and the outdoor hot springs offer panoramic views of Mount Yotei.
通过灵活应对场地的不规则形状,项目创造出 34 间各具特色的客房单元。每间客房均采用与外立面相协调的三色配色方案,而顶层公寓则通过将屋顶造型融入室内空间,打造出与外部景观相呼应的多样化体验,营造出开放通透的客房氛围。这座建筑独树一帜:客房与景观浑然一体,大堂尽展二世谷四季变换,室内装饰融入格栅、土墙等日本元素,露天温泉则可饱览羊蹄山全景。

Tailored structural design to cope with harsh snow environments, creating a unique experience
To ensure seismic performance and flexibly arrange diverse guest room units, the design carefully balances the distribution of load-bearing walls in the floor plan layout.. Adopting a basic span configuration of 3.6 meters, minimizing the height of peripheral beams, and maximizing the height of window openings within a limited height of 3.1 meters. In addition, by eliminating beams that span across guest rooms in the structural design, restrictions on room layout have been lifted, creating open style guest rooms with the highest ceiling height. At the same time, the interior adopts SRC (steel reinforced concrete) hollow truss structure to ensure seismic performance while achieving a span of 10.8 meters on the B1 floor, creating a captivating lobby space.
量身定制的结构设计应对严酷雪环境,缔造独特体验
为确保抗震性能,同时灵活布置多样化的客房单元,设计在平面布局上精心平衡承重墙的分布。采用 3.6 米的基本跨度配置,最小化外围梁高,在 3.1 米的有限层高中最大化开窗高度。此外,通过在结构设计中消除横跨客房的梁,解除了对客房布局的限制,打造出拥有最大天花板高度的开放式客房。同时,内围采用 SRC(钢骨混凝土)空腹桁架结构,确保抗震性能的同时,在 B1 层实现 10.8 米的跨度,营造出引人入胜的大堂空间。

The outdoor hot spring facing Yangti Mountain on the sixth floor adopts a cantilever structure about 6 meters long, supported by wall beams on the sixth and seventh floors. Although these wall beams form different plane stiffness balances compared to the lower level, the eccentricity effect is fully considered by adjusting the position of the load-bearing walls in the plane layout.
六层面向羊蹄山的露天温泉采用约 6 米长的悬臂结构,由六、七层的墙梁支撑。尽管这些墙梁与下层相比形成了不同的平面刚度平衡,但通过在平面布局上调整承重墙的位置,充分考虑了偏心影响。

The top floor adopts a concrete folded plate roof structure, creating an open living space by eliminating some columns. Due to the fact that folded panel roofs mainly bear vertical loads, load-bearing walls are arranged along door openings and corridors to ensure sufficient seismic performance.
顶层采用混凝土折板屋顶结构,通过消除部分柱子打造出开放的生活空间。由于折板屋顶主要承受垂直荷载,承重墙沿门洞和走廊布置,以确保足够的抗震性能。
