自然环境的和谐共生: 项目的精髓在于建筑与自然环境的完美融合。建筑师在设计中巧妙地保留了现有的植被,特别是那些古老的树木,并将它们融入到建筑的结构之中。树木穿过建筑,与开放的露台相连,创造了一种室内外空间相互渗透的奇妙体验。这种设计不仅最大程度地保留了原有景观,更使建筑与自然融为一体,赋予了建筑生机与活力。有机形态的平面设计围绕树木展开,更是对自然环境的尊重和回应。这种设计理念展现了建筑师对可持续设计的深刻理解,以及对人与自然和谐共生的美好愿景,为人们提供了一个与自然亲密接触的场所。
室内外空间的精心营造: 除了外观设计,项目在室内空间的设计上也颇具匠心。陶土色调在室内得到了延续,营造出温暖舒适的氛围。定制的家具和照明设备与建筑风格相得益彰,体现了设计师对细节的极致追求。特别是那些由当地艺术家手工打造的物件,如吊灯和壁灯,更增添了空间的独特性和艺术气息。回收材料的应用和传统元素的融入,也体现了设计师对可持续性和地域文化的关注。整体而言,项目通过对材料、色彩、光线和细节的精心设计,创造了一个引人入胜的用餐环境,为人们带来了独特的感官体验。

In the city center of Salatiga, Selojene designed the Nusa Kitchen - a semi open pavilion that reinterprets traditional clay tiles in a bold and innovative way. This type of tile is commonly used as a roofing material in high humidity tropical climate areas, but in this project it was creatively used as a building facade, wrapping the entire first floor space of the dining area. The building covers an area of 1100 square meters and consists of two floors. It is part of the first avant-garde modern dining complex in Saratoga, "Bumi Kayom". This boldly designed building blends Eastern and Western culinary traditions, bringing a unique dining atmosphere to this town of 200000 people.
在萨拉提加(Salatiga)市中心,Selojene 设计了努萨厨房(Nusa Kitchen)—— 一座半开放式亭阁,以大胆新颖的方式重新诠释了传统陶土瓦片。这种瓦片通常用作高湿度热带气候地区的屋顶材料,而在此项目中却被创造性地用作建筑立面,包裹了整个餐饮区一层的空间。该建筑占地 1100 平方米,共两层,是萨拉提加首个先锋式现代餐饮综合体“布米·卡约姆”(Bumi Kayom)的一部分。这座造型大胆的建筑融合了东西方烹饪传统,为这座拥有 20 万人口的小镇带来别具一格的用餐氛围。

Surrounded by lush and mature gardens, the architect deliberately preserved these natural wonders, including towering durian trees, rambutan trees, and teak trees, some of which are decades old. These trees are not only cleverly integrated into the architectural layout, but the organic form of the floor plan is also carefully built around the trees. Trees have become an inseparable part of architecture - some branches penetrate the walls of the building and are accompanied by an open terrace. Above the terrace, the lush surrounding scenery is breathtaking.
建筑四周环绕着郁郁葱葱的成熟园林,建筑师特意保留了这些自然奇观,其中包括巍峨的榴莲树、红毛丹树和柚木树,其中一些树龄已达数十年之久。这些树木不仅被巧妙地融入建筑布局之中,而且有机形态的楼层平面还精心绕树而建。树木更成为建筑不可分割的一部分 —— 部分树枝穿透建筑墙体,与开放式露台相依相伴,露台之上,满目皆是葱茏繁茂的周边景致,令人叹为观止。

The exterior walls of buildings are widely made of clay tiles (totaling approximately 10000 pieces), which are supported by steel structures and give the building a new aesthetic style. The second floor features a deep blue wall, adding a touch of exquisite style to the exterior facade dominated by clay, creating a captivating color contrast. Although the architecture is still deeply rooted in local characteristics, its modern appearance, when juxtaposed with some early buildings within the complex, still makes some local tourists feel unfamiliar and novel.
建筑外墙广泛采用陶土瓦片(总数约达 1 万片),这些瓦片由钢结构支撑,为建筑赋予了全新的美学风格。二层采用湛蓝色墙面,为以陶土色为主的外立面增添了一抹精致格调,形成了引人入胜的色彩对比。尽管建筑仍深深植根于地方特色,但其现代外观与综合体内部分早期建筑并置时,仍令一些当地游客感到陌生新奇。

Ceramic tiles are known for their thermal properties, which allow them to slowly absorb and release heat, effectively reducing the temperature inside buildings during hot weather. The gaps between tiles can promote air circulation, further optimizing the natural ventilation system of the building. This design decision not only reduces the carbon footprint of the building (all tiles are sourced locally), but also minimizes the demand for air conditioning, creating a more sustainable, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly environment.
陶土瓦片以其热质量特性而闻名,这种特性使它们能够缓慢吸收和释放热量,从而在炎热天气下有效降低建筑内部的温度。瓦片之间的缝隙可促进空气流通,进一步优化了建筑的自然通风系统。这一设计决策不仅降低了建筑的碳足迹(所有瓦片均采自当地),还最大程度地减少了空调使用需求,营造出更可持续、更节能环保的环境。

The clay tone has been carefully continued in interior design. Many movable objects are custom designed to match the architectural style, and are all handmade by members of the Selojene design team - a team that brings together artists, steelmakers, graphic designers, and architects. Concrete paintings depicting building components, pendant lights made of local clay products, and hand forged steel products complement each other. The customized wall lamps use recycled frying pans as reflective surfaces, creating soft indirect lighting and adding a warm atmosphere to the space; All elements collectively reinforce the overall theme. The mixed style wooden furniture, refurbished from another project by Bumi Kayom, is combined with "jodog" (a small clay object commonly used in traditional Javanese rituals) to project patterns and light and shadow on textured walls, showcasing a harmonious blend of old materials and new craftsmanship.
