场地与环境的巧妙融合:该项目最突出的亮点在于其对场地环境的深刻理解和巧妙回应。设计团队并没有简单地将建筑孤立于周边环境之外,而是着眼于优化区域环境整体质量。通过半围合式的布局,建筑巧妙地融入了周边已建成的建筑群,同时利用对角线布置的两栋塔楼,最大程度地保证了视野的开阔性。地面广场的设计更是点睛之笔,形成了一个从地铁站延伸至北侧智慧河景带的步行空间,有效地串联了周边环境,增强了项目的公共性和开放性。这种设计理念体现了设计师对城市文脉的尊重和对使用者体验的关注。

空间布局与形态的创新:项目在空间布局和形态上展现了创新性。通过两栋塔楼的高度差和错落布局,以及对角线广场的设计,打破了传统办公楼的单调和封闭,营造出一种富有层次感和动态感的空间体验。退台的设计更是巧妙地模拟了山景,将自然景观引入建筑内部,为使用者提供了独特的工作和休闲环境。这种设计不仅提升了建筑的美观性,也丰富了空间的多样性,使建筑更具活力。这种“城市山谷”的空间模式,为张江科学城带来了全新的研发办公楼设计思路,值得肯定和学习。

材料与细节的精湛运用:在材料和细节的处理上,该项目展现了建筑师对品质的极致追求。外立面采用玻璃幕墙和浅色花岗石材格构幕墙的组合,营造出“内”与“外”两种不同的界面感,前者鼓励交流,后者典雅稳重。石材格构的细节处理更是匠心独运,三角形壁柱和窗楣的缓斜边、上下错位的锐角设计,使得立面在光线下呈现出丰富的韵律变化,平衡了石材的厚重感。此外,1.4mx1.4m的矩阵网格的运用,将不同维度的变化统一起来,展现了设计的整体性和协调性,体现了设计团队对细节的精准把控。

The Zhangjiang Artificial Intelligence Industry Innovation and Service Platform project is located in the Zhangjiang Science City area, occupying a complete neighborhood. The adjacent buildings around the project have been completed, and the southwest side is adjacent to the exit of Zhongke Road Station on Metro Line 13. The group layout of architecture focuses on how to optimize the overall quality of the regional environment, dissolve the form of the building itself, make it conform to the environment, and be appropriate.
张江人工智能产业创新与服务平台项目位于张江科学城中区,占据一个完整街坊。项目周边相邻地块建筑均已建成,西南侧临近地铁13号线中科路站出站口。建筑的群体布局着眼于如何优化区域环境整体质量,将建筑自身的形式溶解,使其顺应环境,又恰如其分。

The architectural complex adopts a semi enclosed layout, with two towers, one high and one low, arranged diagonally to the northwest and southeast of the site, ensuring that both towers have a wide spatial view; In the relationship between the ground and the site, two squares are formed, one large and one small diagonally arranged in the southwest and northeast.
建筑群体采取半围合式的布局,两栋塔楼,一高一低,于场地的西北和东南呈对角布置,保证两栋塔楼都拥有开阔的空间视野;在地面的场地关系中,又形成西南和东北一大一小对角布置的两个广场。

The two squares are relatively independent yet interconnected, forming a pedestrian space that connects from the subway station to the north side of the Smart River Scenic Belt. Each tower is vertically grounded in two directions facing the city road, while forming a staggered setback in two directions facing the square. The two sides of the platform echo diagonally, like stacking rocks and mountains. From the indoor space to the terrace, create an image of mountain scenery and replicate a staggered natural landscape with the volume of contemporary architecture.
两个广场相对独立又相互连通,由此形成一条链接从地铁站到北侧智慧河景带的步行空间。每栋塔楼对外面向城市道路的两个方向垂直落地,而对内面向广场的两个方向则形成交错退台。两侧退台对角呼应,如垒石堆山一般。从室内空间走到露台,营造一种山景对望的意象,用当代建筑的体量复刻一种参差错落的的自然景观。

The two interfaces of "inside" and "outside" generated by the overall layout are responded to with two material senses. We encourage activities and communication within the platform interface, and the entire building adopts a glass curtain wall. We hope for an elegant and stable vertical exterior interface, with a light colored granite lattice curtain wall throughout; At the same time, the convex cross-section of the stone lattice is processed into triangular pilasters and window lintels with gentle oblique edges facing outward and downward on the same side. The sharp angles of the stone pilasters are staggered vertically every two layers, forming a rhythmic facade that balances the heaviness of the stone itself.
由总体布局产生的“内”和“外”两种界面用两种材质感予以回应。退台内界面,我们鼓励活动、交流,通体采用玻璃幕墙。直立外界面,我们希望典雅、稳重,通体采用浅色花岗石材格构幕墙;同时将石材格构的外凸断面处理成缓斜边同侧向外和向下的三角形壁柱和窗楣,并在垂直方向每隔两层让石材璧柱锐角上下错位对缝,形成具有韵律变化的立面,平衡了石材本身的厚重感。

In order to unify the changes in different dimensions, we set up a set of 1.4mX1.4m matrix grids, and used modular methods to place everything from volume bumps, curtain wall grids, balcony handrails, to structural column grids, ceilings, and suspended ceilings on top of this matrix.
为了把不同维度的变化统一起来,我们设定了一套1.4mX1.4m的矩阵网格,用模数化的办法,从体量凹凸、幕墙分格、楼台扶手,到结构柱网、天花吊顶,都落位在这套矩阵之上。

We hope to provide a new research and development office building model for Zhangjiang Science City using the spatial model of "urban valley", extending the macro humanized urban design strategy to each individual building and user space, and contributing humanized, natural, and ecological work and living scenes to homogeneous office spaces.
我们希望用“城市山谷”的空间模式,为张江科学城提供一种新的研发办公楼模型,将宏观的人性化的城市设计策略,延展到每个建筑单体,延展到每个使用空间的个体,为同质化的办公空间,贡献人性化、自然化、生态化的工作栖居场景。
