规划：无限发生的自然剧场：龙华设计产业园总部大厦的核心在于其对“自然剧场”概念的创新运用。设计师没有将建筑视为封闭的玻璃盒子，而是将其打造成一个开放、共享的城市组成部分。通过巧妙的布局，三栋塔楼围绕下沉广场，形成一个兼具观演功能的公共空间。这种设计打破了传统办公建筑的单调，将城市、山林与建筑紧密连接，为公众提供了驻足、交流的场所。首层和二层分别设计为城市展厅和城市公园，与周围环境有机融合，形成一个充满活力的公共平台，实现了建筑与自然、城市与人的和谐共生，体现了对人文本质的深刻理解。

建筑：无限发生的绿色内核：该项目在建筑设计上突出了“绿色内核”的理念，旨在创造一个与自然紧密相连的生态办公空间。设计师通过设置连续的室外露台，形成垂直绿化公园，为员工提供舒适的休憩空间。同时，打破传统办公楼的封闭形象，通过错位结构和室内天窗引入自然光线，模糊室内外边界，拉近人与自然的距离。此外，项目还积极响应“自然积蓄、自然渗透、自然净化”的城市发展理念，设置多样化的绿色海绵设施，彰显了对可持续发展和生态友好的追求。这些设计细节共同营造了一个充满生机和活力的工作环境。

室内：触发灵感的精神场域：室内设计延续了开放和共享的理念，力求打造一个能够激发灵感的工作场所。项目取消了大量实墙，将各个功能空间（如会议室、展厅）设计成独立的“艺术品”，营造出在城市中漫游的体验。这种设计模糊了功能之间的界限，赋予空间更大的灵活性，员工可以自由选择工作环境。垂直中庭的设置打破了水平和垂直空间的界限，促进了交流与互动。通透的玻璃和观景窗将室外环境引入室内，模糊了室内外的界限，最终实现了建筑与环境的完美融合。这些设计细节体现了对使用者体验的关注和对设计公司文化的深刻理解。

The density of cities is increasing, and the space available to the public is decreasing. The desire for nature is imprinted in the genes of every urbanite. If architecture is not a closed glass box, but a positive component of the city, open and shared, and organically connected to the surrounding environment, we can return more nature and space to the public... Next to Shenzhen North Station, between the city and the mountains, Longhua Design Industrial Park, as the first engineering design industrial park in Shenzhen and the headquarters base of four design units, is born green. As one of the project owners and also the project designer, Huayang International controls the entire process of the project from concept to implementation, aiming to create a "dream design headquarters" and put future office building ideas into practice.
城市密度越来越大，释放给公众的空间越来越少，对自然的渴望，印刻在每一个都市人的基因里。如若建筑不是一个封闭的玻璃盒子，而是城市的积极组成元素，开放共享并有机链接周边环境，我们就能将更多的自然与空间还给公众……在深圳北站旁，在城市与山林之间，龙华设计产业园，作为深圳市第一个工程设计产业园、四家设计单位的总部基地，衔绿而生。华阳国际作为项目业主之一，同时也作为项目设计方，总控项目由概念到落地的全过程，志在打造“梦想中的设计总部”，将未来办公建筑的思考付诸实践。

01 Planning
Infinite Natural Theater

The initial conceptual thinking originated from Huayang International's reflection on the changes in office building design needs over the past 20 years.. How does architectural form reverse human mental states and behavioral patterns? What kind of living and office environment is needed for work? Should corporate headquarters create benefits for the wider public? The concept of 'natural theater' followed. The ancient Greek theater was a direct and thorough expression of public spirit, not only a place for watching plays and performances, but also a place for expressing personal thoughts and conducting gatherings and exchanges. We also hope to build a public platform in the city as an enterprise in this headquarters park, to recreate the original humanistic spirit of human society. In the overall layout of the park, three towers surround the sunken square, with audience platforms and windows on both the first and second floors, and stepped balcony terraces on each level. The sunken square below serves as the stage, while the stacked platform windows and terraces serve as the audience seats, forming a grand theater in the park that showcases stage plays of daily life at different times. The project is located in the business center area of Shenzhen North Station, adjacent to Shenzhen North Station to the east and Hongmu Mountain Country Park to the west. It is one of the urban interfaces of Shenzhen's "City of Design". Based on the "design" background of the park enterprises and the role of the site as a node of the urban greenway, the project will set the first and second floors as urban exhibition halls and urban parks respectively, forming a double layered composite public space, and connecting the east urban area, west suburban park, and south north station square through the second floor greenway. With a green and open attitude, it connects the mountains and the city, providing a space for the public to stop and communicate.
01 规划
无限发生的自然剧场

最初对概念的思考，源于华阳国际 20 年来对办公建筑设计需求变化的反思。建筑形式如何反向推动人的精神状态与行为模式？工作需要怎样的生活办公环境？企业总部是否应为更广泛公众创造利益？ “自然剧场”的概念随之而来。古希腊剧场是公共精神直观彻底的表现形式，不仅是看戏看表演的地方，更是表达个人思想、开展集会交流的场所。我们同样希望在这个总部园区里，以企业的身份，在城市里搭建起一个公共平台，重现人类社会原初的人文精神。园区整体布局中，三栋塔楼围绕着下沉广场，首层及二层均设有观众挑台及视窗，再往上则设置层层后退的阳台露台。以下沉广场为舞台，层叠往上的挑台视窗及露台则是观众席，总体形成一个园区大剧场，不同时段上映生活的舞台剧。项目位于深圳北站商务中心区，东接深圳北站，西连红木山郊野公园，是深圳“设计之都”的城市界面之一。基于园区企业的“设计”背景以及场地作为城市绿道的节点角色，项目将首层及二层分别设置为城市展厅及城市公园，形成双层复合公共空间，并经二层绿道连接东侧城区、西侧郊野公园及南侧北站广场，以绿色开放的姿态，连接山与城，为公众提供驻足、交流的空间。

02 Architecture
Infinite occurrence of green core

The design of "green content" in architecture is also based on the public and humanistic expression of the "natural theater", creating a green space that is in contact with nature and a shared place of interconnection and interaction in all aspects, creating breathable and naturally growing buildings and spaces.. Unlike traditional office buildings with enclosed floor spaces and single glass exterior walls, the project draws on common cultural architectural techniques to create a more three-dimensional and rich space. Firstly, the creation of a continuous green network, with outdoor terraces on each floor of the building, forming a continuous vertical green park from bottom to top, creating a pleasant resting space for people to stay. Next is the creation of design style, breaking through the conventional closed box image of office buildings and creating richly layered indoor and outdoor spaces. It is worth mentioning that a set of landscape windows have been set up on the second floor of the podium in different orientations, providing a close-up view of the park square. The theater, where the city and nature change every day, is staged in real time, allowing the building to radiate more enduring vitality over time. The floating platform in the tower integrates balconies, terraces, and shared spaces, providing a panoramic view of the East and West Hills from a high altitude. At the same time, in addition to the rich terrace and retreat spaces, the design cleverly utilizes the misalignment of the building structure, and opens indoor skylights that pour natural light into local spaces on lower floors, weakening the boundary between indoors and outdoors and bringing people closer to nature. The park actively responds to the urban development model of natural accumulation, natural infiltration, and natural purification, and sets up diverse green sponge facilities based on building and landscape conditions. Currently, the project has obtained the LEED green building pre certification in the United States.
02 建筑
无限发生的绿色内核

建筑“含绿量”的设计同样基于“自然剧场”的公共性与人文性体现，全方位营造一个与大自然接触的绿色空间和互联互动的共享场所，创造出可呼吸的、自然生长的建筑和空间。有别于传统办公建筑封闭的楼层空间以及单一的玻璃外墙，项目借鉴文化建筑的常用手法，创造更立体丰富的空间。首先是连续绿色网络的营造，建筑每层都设置室外露台，从而自下而上形成连续的垂直绿色公园，创造让人乐于停留的休憩空间。其次是设计格调的营造，突破常规办公楼封闭的盒子形象，创造层次丰富的室内外空间。值得一提的是，裙楼二层在不同朝向设置了一组景观视窗，近看园区广场，城市与自然每天变化的剧场实时上演，让建筑随着时间的推演，散发愈加恒久的生命力。塔楼中的空中飘台，把阳台、露台及共享空间融为一体，提供高空俯瞰东城西山的开阔视野。同时，在丰富的露台、退台空间之外，设计巧妙利用建筑结构的错位，在低楼层的局部空间也打开倾泻自然光的室内天窗，弱化室内与室外的边界，拉近人与自然的距离。园区积极响应自然积蓄、自然渗透、自然净化的城市发展方式，结合建筑及景观条件设置多样性绿色海绵设施，目前该项目已获得美国 LEED 绿色建筑预认证。

03 Interior
The spiritual field that triggers inspiration

Returning to the interior space, as the office headquarters of a design company, what kind of space do designers aspire to?? Firstly, it should be cultural, paying more attention to the humanistic needs and emotional experiences of users; Secondly, it should be open to promote work communication and inspire inspiration, which is also a response to the theme of "natural theater". A space that can be infinitely extended, making the building a headquarters building, not only carrying the function of office, but also a platform for people to gather, communicate, experience and share emotions and culture. We have also innovatively introduced the approach of cultural architecture, eliminating a large number of physical walls. On both sides of the "street" space inside the building, each functional room such as a conference or exhibition hall is displayed as an independent artwork, creating an outdoor feeling as if wandering in the city. The boundary between functions is blurred, and the overall space is more flexible, providing people with the freedom to choose and switch between different environments such as independent privacy and shared openness. The layers are connected by a vertical atrium, breaking the boundaries between horizontal and vertical spaces and stimulating more vitality and communication. The transparent glass and occasional "observation windows" actively introduce the outdoor environment into the interior. At night, the diffused light from the interior permeates the quiet working and constantly moving images into the outside, further blurring the boundaries between indoor and outdoor, and integrating the building with the environment.
03 室内
触发灵感的精神场域

回到室内空间，作为设计公司的办公总部，设计师憧憬何种空间？首先应该是文化的，更关注使用者的人文需求及情感体验；其次应该是开放的，以促进工作交流并激发灵感，这同样是对“自然剧场”主题的回应。一处可以无限延伸的空间，让建筑作为总部大厦，不仅承载着办公的功能，更是一个人们聚集、交流、体验和分享情感与文化的平台。我们同样创新引入了文化建筑的做法，取消大量实墙，建筑内部的“街道”空间两侧，每一个诸如会议、展厅的功能房都像一个独立的艺术品陈列其中，在室内创造出仿佛在城市中漫游的室外感。功能与功能之间的界限模糊化，整体空间更加弹性，可以为其中的人们提供独立私密、共享开放等不同环境的自由选择、随意切换。各层之间通过垂直中庭连接，水平和垂直的空间界限因此被打破，从而激发更多的活力和交流。通透的玻璃，与不时出现的“观景窗”，将室外的环境积极的引入到室内，到了夜晚，室内漫射出来的灯光将安静工作和不断走动的影像渗透到室外，进一步模糊室内外的界限，使建筑与环境融为一体。

04 Materials
Poetic Expression of Clear Water Concrete

As the first engineering design industrial park in Shenzhen, we respond to design aesthetics with the most authentic materials. The project uses clear water concrete as the main building material, 108 clear water concrete wall columns, and approximately 24000 square meters of clear water concrete wall surface. It is poured and formed in one go with millimeter level construction accuracy, achieving the texture of an art exhibition hall and carrying the sediment of time. The interweaving of light and shadow under different sky conditions constantly conveys natural emotions and provides users with immersive spatial experiences between different textures. The biggest feature of the exterior wall is the hidden design of the glass curtain wall. At the junction of the plain concrete wall and the curtain wall, a groove structure is used to achieve the effect of hiding the curtain wall frame. By weakening the components, the details are visually "disappeared", creating a strong contrast between the heaviness of plain concrete and the lightness of glass, shaping a pure and concise artistic conception, and conveying the humanistic style of the design enterprise.
04 材料
清水混凝土的诗意表达

作为深圳第一个工程设计产业园，我们用最本真的材料回应对设计美学的思考，项目使用清水混凝土作为主要的建筑材料，108 根清水混凝土墙柱，约 2.4 万平米清水混凝土墙面，一次浇筑成型，毫米级施工精度，达到艺术展馆的质感，自带岁月的沉淀。不同的天色，光与影的交错，不断传达自然的情绪，也为使用者带来在不同质感之间沉浸变换的空间体验。外墙的最大特色在于玻璃幕墙的隐藏设计，在清水混凝土墙体与幕墙交界处均采用凹槽构造实现隐藏幕墙边框效果。通过对构件的弱化处理，使细部在视觉上“消失”，从而使得清水混凝土的厚重与玻璃的轻透形成强烈反差，塑造纯净简洁的意境，传达设计企业的人文格调。
