建筑策略的巧妙融合：Sagehaus项目展现了建筑设计对可持续性和用户体验的深度思考。其核心在于平衡建筑的实用性、节能性与独特的个性。设计团队巧妙地将公共空间打造为雕塑般的整体结构，既提供了足够的热质量，又赋予了建筑独特的视觉特征。楼梯被精心设计，成为连接不同楼层的焦点，鼓励人们使用，从而减少对电梯的依赖，体现了对可持续性的积极实践。此外，建筑在立面设计上，通过大面积开口的雕刻，巧妙地利用自然光，同时避免了阳光直射带来的热量，展现出对被动式设计的深刻理解，并在实践中取得了良好效果。

通风与空间布局的创新：该项目最引人注目的亮点之一是其对通风系统的创新设计。建筑师将Sagehaus比作“风之穹顶”，通过巧妙的倒置雕刻空间，引导并增强雅加达的微风，为员工营造舒适宜人的环境。封闭式的通风走廊设计，促进了不同规模团体的交流与放松。更进一步，屋顶被巧妙地设计为大型休闲绿色屋顶兼办公室健身房，将工作与休闲完美结合。在空间布局方面，项目注重功能性的深度整合，设计了高安全性的文件室、灵活的开放式办公空间、不同规模的会议室以及门厅袖珍花园和休闲区域，促进了短距离连接，提升了用户体验。

可持续性和地域性的完美结合：Sagehaus项目成功地将可持续设计理念与热带气候条件相结合，为热带地区的可持续办公建筑树立了典范。项目采用了穿孔的城市建筑结构，尽管规模宏大，却能保证所有区域的自然采光和通风。这种设计理念不仅考虑了建筑本身的可持续性，还兼顾了用户的使用体验。花园式卫生间的设计就是一个很好的例子，它在热带环境中提供了最佳的舒适度，同时最大限度地降低了能耗。此外，项目的整体设计也充分考虑了雅加达的地域特征，例如，对微风的引导和利用，都体现了对当地气候条件的深刻理解和巧妙应对，实现了建筑与环境的和谐统一。

This project aims to address the paradox between balancing two goals: on the one hand, to maintain a flexible and creative "blank canvas" filled with various possibilities; On the other hand, it is necessary to provide a safe and efficient learning and working environment. This design strategy creates three visually interconnected horizontal areas: a public space for creative and social activities below, an efficient and controllable office environment in the middle, and a flexible public garden activity area on the roof above.
本项目旨在解决平衡两个目标之间的悖论：一方面要保持灵活且富有创意的“空白画布”，充满各种可能性；另一方面要提供一个安全高效的学习与工作环境。该设计策略打造了三个视觉上相互连通的水平区域：下方是用于创意与社交活动的公共空间，中间是高效且可控的办公环境，上方屋顶则是灵活的公共花园活动区域。

The Sagehaus office is like a 'wind dome', an inverted sculptural space designed to guide and enhance the gentle breeze of Jakarta, passing through shaded and sheltered gathering and social spaces, creating a pleasant and safe environment for all employee activities. The enclosed ventilation corridors between each block have been carefully designed to achieve maximum comfort and interaction, providing a space for communication and relaxation for groups of different sizes. This wind guide design has been proven to be both successful and extremely comfortable, able to continuously deliver cool breezes even in high humidity environments in Jakarta. At the same time, the roof is designed as a large leisure green roof and office gym.
Sagehaus 办公室宛如一座“风之穹顶”，是一个倒置的雕刻感空间，旨在引导并增强雅加达轻柔的微风，使其穿过阴凉且遮蔽的聚会与社交空间，为所有员工活动营造一个宜人且安全的环境。各区块之间的封闭式通风走廊经过精心设计，以实现最大程度的舒适与互动，为不同规模的团体提供了交流与放松的空间。这种导风设计已被证明既成功又极为舒适，即便在雅加达高湿度的环境下，也能持续送来凉爽的微风。与此同时，屋顶被设计为一座大型休闲绿色屋顶兼办公室健身房。

This design aims to integrate building strategies, while ensuring the efficient and energy-saving performance of the building, and shaping its unique personality. The public space at the core of the site is designed as a sculptural overall structure to provide sufficient thermal mass. At the same time, the design of stairs has become a focal point, encouraging people to use them and providing a viable alternative to elevators.
该设计旨在融合建筑策略，在确保建筑高效节能性能的同时，塑造其独特个性。场地核心的公共空间被设计成雕刻般的整体结构，以提供足够的热质量。与此同时，楼梯的设计成为了一个焦点，鼓励人们使用楼梯，并为电梯提供了一种可行的替代方案。

In terms of facade design, by carving large openings, sufficient natural light can enter the interior through the "slices and holes" of the facade while reducing direct sunlight heat. All concave and indirect openings are carefully designed to avoid direct sunlight and prevent the greenhouse effect from occurring.
在立面设计方面，通过雕刻出大面积开口，在减少太阳直射热量的同时，仍能让充足的自然光透过立面的“切片与孔洞”进入室内。所有内凹和间接开口均经过精心设计，以避免阳光直射，从而防止温室效应的产生。

From the perspective of user functionality, this multi-purpose design hides a high security file room deep in the center, surrounded by flexible open office spaces, and a series of small to large conference rooms on both sides, interspersed with a pocket flower garden and leisure area in the lobby. This layout promotes short distance connections within each floor, making it easy for people to move between traditional desks, meeting rooms, rest areas, and leisure spaces within the building. All areas are designed to be equally accessible and present subtle changes between different floors. A common feature of each floor is that the services and bathrooms are located in separate wing buildings, designed as garden style bathrooms to ensure optimal comfort in tropical environments while minimizing energy consumption.
从用户功能性的角度来看，这一综合用途的设计在中心深处隐藏了一个高安全性的文件室，周围环绕着灵活的开放式办公空间，两侧则是一系列从小型到大型的会议室，中间还穿插着门厅袖珍花园和休闲区域。这种布局促进了每层楼内的短距离连接，便于人们在传统办公桌、会议室、休息区和建筑内的休闲空间之间移动，所有区域均设计为可平等访问，并在不同楼层间呈现细微变化。各楼层的一个共同特点是，服务和卫生间位于独立的翼楼中，设计为花园式卫生间，以确保在热带环境下实现最佳舒适度，同时最大限度地降低能耗。

Sagehaus Office Garden is a specially designed office for professional sportswear products located in western Jakarta. This office combines high-density office space with diverse activity areas. Its design sets a new example for sustainable offices in tropical climates, presenting a large and dense urban building structure with perforations. Despite its grand scale, it allows all areas to achieve natural lighting and ventilation.
