设计理念的延续与深化： KOKO Market二期项目延续了一期对于“平热”与“淡景”的哲学探索，并将建筑与自然的融合提升至新的高度。项目并非简单地模仿自然，而是从生态和“微环境”出发，通过对木质材料和再生材料的巧妙运用，营造出工业与自然交织的对比美学。这种设计态度体现了对自然的敬畏，并试图在设计中传递对自然的深刻理解和尊重。建筑师通过改造闲置建筑，赋予其新的生命力，体现了可持续发展的理念。整体设计是对前沿设计理念的实践，也与项目所在地麓湖的整体定位相契合。

空间设计的流动性与互动性： 项目在空间设计上追求流动性，通过精准的扩建与加建，创造了连续且无高差衔接的空间体验，宛如自然生态系统般生长。这种设计手法使得建筑内部空间与外部环境相互渗透，消解了传统建筑的边界感。特别值得称道的是，下沉庭院的设计，它成为连接内外空间的枢纽，鼓励人们驻足、交流，创造了丰富的空间体验。这种开放、流动的空间设计，不仅满足了功能需求，也提升了使用者在空间中的体验感，使得商业活动更具吸引力。

材料与光影的诗意表达： 项目对材料的选择与运用非常讲究，特别是对光影的控制，营造出诗意而灵性的空间氛围。建筑师巧妙地运用了薄膜材料，使阳光透过时产生柔和的光影效果，如同树叶般，随着日夜交替，赋予空间动态感。清水混凝土、裸露的钢结构、半包裹的老木头以及攀援的植物等材料，都展现了材料随时间推移而呈现的自然美感。这些细节的精心处理，使得建筑充满了生命力和情感，真正体现了“轻柔”的设计主题，也与项目希望表达的自然和谐理念相呼应。

In the exploration of the first phase of CPI Island renovation, we started from the philosophical concepts of "peaceful heat" and "light scenery" proposed by Kiyoshi Sakata, and created a peaceful, natural, and poetic urban space. In this CPI Island Phase II design, we have continued these profound philosophical explorations while further moving towards a closer and more humble relationship between architecture and nature.
在一期 CPI 岛改造的探索中，我们从鹫田清一提出的“平热”与“淡景”的哲学观念出发，塑造了一个平和自然、诗意感知的城市空间。在这次的 CPI 岛二期设计中，我们延续了这些深刻的哲学探索，同时进一步迈向了建筑与自然之间更为紧密而谦逊的关系。

The second phase project is located on the southeast side of the first phase and is transformed from two independent model houses. These two buildings, which were once forgotten, are now revitalized through meticulous design techniques, forming a natural interweaving and atmosphere rich overall market.
二期项目位于一期的东南侧，由两栋独立的样板房单体改造而成。这两栋同样曾被遗忘的建筑，如今通过细致的设计手法重新焕发生命力，形成了一个自然交织、氛围浓厚的整体市集。

The design adopts an intervention rather than a dominant attitude, and we continue to use the technique of spatial expansion and the integration of "micro terrain". The small building added in the southeast corner of the site forms a staggered and inward wrapped "market space" with the original building, creating a pattern that meets both functional use and rich spatial experience.
设计采取一种介入而非主导的姿态，我们继续采取了空间拓展与 “微地形”融合的手法。在场地东南角加建的小单体与原建筑形成高低错落、向内包裹的“市集空间”，创造了既满足功能使用又具备丰富空间体验的格局。

1. Continuous Nature

Centered around the concept of "continuity of nature", the design incorporates a large amount of wood and recycled materials. The steel structure and warm wood texture together create a contrasting aesthetic that interweaves industry and nature.. Starting from the "microenvironment" of ecology and nature, rather than simply imitating nature, this humble design attitude is a profound expression of the philosophy of "imitating nature".
1. 连续的自然

围绕“自然的延续性”之一概念，设计采用了大量木质材料和再生材料，钢铁结构与温暖的木质肌理共同营造出一种工业与自然交织的对比美学。从生态和自然的“微环境”出发，而非单纯地模仿自然，这种谦逊的设计态度正是“效法自然”哲学的深刻表达。

2. Flowing Space

The fluidity of space has become another core pursuit of design.. Through precise expansion and addition, we have created a continuous and seamless spatial experience, growing and continuing like a natural ecosystem. Entering the market hall, the sunken courtyard inside interacts organically with the external environment, encouraging people to stop and communicate in this intertwined realm of nature and artificiality. A mobile space can also better carry the "narrative of life" and meet the living and operational needs of various businesses.
2. 流动的空间

空间的流动性成为设计的另一核心追求。通过精准的扩建与加建，我们创造了一个连续且无高差衔接的空间体验，宛如自然生态系统般生长延续。进入市集大厅，室内的下沉庭院与外部环境有机互动，鼓励人们在这个自然与人造交织的界域中驻足、交流。流动的空间也能更好的承载“生活的叙事”，符合各种商业的入住和运营需求。

3. Gentle Materials

The sensitivity of materials to light and shadow is particularly prominent in this project.
. The thin film material of the dome, like leaves, transmits soft light and shadow in the sunlight, alternating between day and night, creating a poetic and spiritual spatial experience. Clear concrete, exposed steel beams and columns, semi wrapped old wood, and climbing vines and green plants naturally evolve over time and seasons, endowing the building with life and emotion.

3. 轻柔的材料

材料与光影的敏感性在本项目中尤其突出。拱顶的薄膜材料如同树叶一般在阳光下透射出柔和的光影，白天与夜晚交替变化，营造出充满诗意与灵性的空间感受。清水混凝土与裸露的钢结构梁柱、半包裹的老木头、攀援而上的藤蔓绿植，随时间和季节而自然演变，赋予建筑生命与情感。
