多维度空间体验与人性化设计：该项目的精髓在于其对多维度空间体验的极致追求和对人性化设计的深刻理解。通过错落有致的扶梯系统，将人流自然地引向不同的维度，形成层层递进的探索动线，打破了传统商业的“楼层”桎梏。此外，设计还打造了多个24小时开放的功能节点，如露天剧院、滑板公园和互动水景广场等，满足了市民购物、休闲、社交的多重需求。这种设计不仅增加了场所的活力，更重要的是，它创造了一种“视觉对话”的互动体验，让人们在不同的空间维度中穿梭，感受城市生活的多元魅力，将建筑变成一个充满活力、互动性和包容性的公共空间。

商业的公园式表达与社会价值：“公园商业”模式是该项目最核心的创新点，它颠覆了传统商业模式。设计团队将商业活动与公园景观融为一体，将店铺的外摆区与休憩平台无缝衔接，将公共空间转化为创意展场。这种模式不仅提升了商业的吸引力，更重要的是，它将消费行为转化为空间活力的一部分，将城市公共空间打造为一个充满活力的社交场所。这种设计也赋予了建筑更深层次的社会价值，它不仅仅是一个商业中心，更是一个城市情感的交换场域和市民生活的发生器，重塑了人与城市之间的关系，为城市的可持续发展注入了新的活力。

On the north central axis of Chengdu, a 2.4-kilometer-long "aerial green vein" winds and weaves the urban texture, commercial vitality, and natural landscape into a flowing picture. This is the Hyperlane, a commercial park that breaks through traditional commercial boundaries, jointly created by Aedas, ASPECT, and BPI. At present, the first phase of the Super Line Park project has been completed and delivered. It is not only a new urban consumption format interwoven in three dimensions of "road commercial green corridor", but also an innovative experimental field that breaks boundaries and integrates nature and culture. Here, the boundary between commerce and parks is completely broken, and urban life is redefined.
在成都北中轴线上，一条长达 2.4 公里的“空中绿脉”蜿蜒展开，将城市肌理、商业活力与自然景观编织成一幅流动的画卷，这便是由 Aedas 携手 ASPECT、BPI 共同打造的超线公园（Hyperlane） —— 一座打破传统商业边界的超线性空中立体公园商业。目前超线公园一期工程已竣工交付，它不仅是“道路-商业-绿廊”三维交织的新城市消费业态，更是一个打破边界、融合自然与人文的创新实验场。在这里，商业与公园的界限被彻底打破，城市生活被重新定义。

The project spans 12 plots and cleverly creates an open-air strolling garden on the third floor of the building, seamlessly connected to each other through aerial bridges, forming a continuous urban landscape corridor. Through spatial exploration, it awakens the vitality of the block, connects the urban texture, and constructs a natural dialogue between people, city, environment, and industry. Drawing inspiration from "syllables, rhythms, and rhymes", music elements are integrated into the architectural form and facade design, making the building flow and unfold like a symphony, echoing the geographical characteristics of the site adjacent to Sichuan Conservatory of Music. At the same time, the design also created numerous 24-hour open functional nodes, such as open-air theaters, skateboard parks, graffiti parks, and interactive art installations, to jointly build an all-weather urban stage that meets the multiple needs of citizens for shopping, leisure, and socializing.
项目横跨 12 个地块，设计巧妙地在建筑三层打造出露天漫步花园，并通过空中连桥彼此无缝连接，形成连绵不断的城市景观长廊，在空间探索中唤醒街区活力、连接城市肌理，构建人、城、境、业的自然对话。并从“音节·音律·音韵”中汲取灵感，将音乐元素融入建筑形态与立面设计之中，使建筑如同乐章般流动展开，呼应地块毗邻四川音乐学院的地理特点。同时设计还打造了众多 24 小时开放的功能节点 —— 如露天剧院、滑板公园、涂鸦公园和互动艺术装置 —— 一同构建出全天候的城市舞台，满足市民购物、休闲、社交的多重需求。

The first phase of the project that has been put into operation will transform the design concept into a surprising spatial experience. Stepping into it, the most intuitive feeling is that the physical boundaries of traditional commerce quietly dissolve as we move - there are no closed box like buildings, but instead a three-dimensional urban interface interwoven with pocket parks, three-dimensional corridors, and open shops. Here, the architectural framework and public space form an organic symbiotic relationship: the staggered and overlapping aerial platforms are naturally connected through ramps and stairs, like a city path guiding exploration; Carefully curated shops and cultural activities attract visitors with diverse needs in a continuous stream; And the rest nodes scattered in the flow line transform the flowing crowds into lingering scenery. This closed loop of "space attraction activity activity activation business feedback space" is reshaping the energy flow pattern of urban public life.
已投入运营的一期项目，将设计理念转化为令人惊喜的空间体验。步入其中，最直观的感受是传统商业的物理边界在行进间悄然消融 —— 没有封闭的盒子式建筑，取而代之的是由口袋公园、立体连廊与开放店铺交织成的三维城市界面。在这里，建筑骨架与公共空间形成了有机的共生关系：错动叠合的空中平台通过坡道、阶梯自然衔接，如同引导探索的城市路径；精心布局的精选店铺与文化活动，源源不断吸引着不同需求的来访者；而散布动线中的休憩节点，又将流动的人潮转化为驻留的风景。这种"空间吸引活动-活动激活商业-商业反哺空间"的闭环，正在重塑城市公共生活的能量流动模式。

01. Flowing Multi Level Scene

The innovation of the project lies in using a three-dimensional street network to deconstruct the traditional commercial "floor" constraints.. At the east entrance, a set of staggered escalator systems naturally lead the flow of people to different dimensions - from the ground floor to the open platform on the second floor, and then extend through a cantilevered corridor to the third floor garden, forming a progressive exploration route. The 8 sets of escalators set between building blocks are not only transportation carriers, but also the visual focus of spatial drama.
01. 流动的多首层场景

项目的革新性在于用三维街巷网络解构传统商业的"楼层"桎梏。东侧入口处，一组错动的扶梯系统将人流自然引向不同维度 —— 从地面层直达二层开放平台，再经由悬挑连廊延伸至三层花园，形成层层递进的探索动线。建筑体块间设置的 8 组扶梯不仅是交通载体，更成为空间戏剧的视觉焦点。

What truly activates the vitality of space is the "visual dialogue" generated by the three-dimensional layering. When people stand on the suspended platform on the second floor, they can overlook the smooth curves drawn by skateboarders in the pump road park on the ground floor; Looking down from the third floor garden, one can capture the interesting scene of children chasing the misty forest on the interactive water landscape square. This cross dimensional interweaving of lines of sight, combined with the staggered flow of people continuously transported by escalators, keeps the venue at an appropriate level of liveliness.
真正激活空间生命力的，是立体层叠产生的"视觉对话"。当人们站在二层悬挑平台，可以俯视地面层泵道公园里滑板少年划出的流畅曲线；而从三层花园向下望，又能捕捉到互动水景广场上孩童追逐雾森的有趣画面。这种跨维度的视线交织，配合扶梯持续输送的错峰人流，让场所始终保持着恰到好处的热闹浓度。

02. 24-hour Vitality Field

Two 24-hour pocket parks, with distinct personalities, bind different aspects of urban life together.

The North Pump Road Park creates an extreme stage for roller skating, balance bikes, and BMX scooter enthusiasts to freely gallop; The interactive water landscape square is a resting space where movement and stillness coexist. Children can chase and shuttle through the misty mist. As dusk falls, the light strips gradually light up, adding a unique charm to the City Walk that runs and strolls at night, keeping the entire venue vibrant at night.

02. 24 小时活力场

两处 24 小时开放的口袋公园，以迥异的性格黏合着城市生活的不同切面。北侧泵道公园为轮滑、平衡车与 BMX 小轮车爱好者打造出自由驰骋的极限舞台；而互动水景广场则是动静相生的休憩空间。孩子们可以在氤氲水雾中追逐穿梭，当暮色降临，灯带渐次亮起，为夜跑漫步的 City Walk 增添了别样的韵味，让整个场地在夜晚依然保持着旺盛的生命力。

In addition, the plots are connected by bridges, forming a natural urban observation deck based on multiple routes, enhancing the nature of walking and making the passage itself a worthwhile experience to stop at. The figures of young people taking selfies and the trajectories of jogging runners interweave here.

03. Park style expression of commerce

Under the underlying logic of spatial empowerment, commerce presents a humanistic reconstruction.

The store is no longer a closed commercial container, but has integrated into the landscape sequence of the three-dimensional park - the external display area of the store seamlessly connects with the rest platform, and the market activities will transform the public space into a creative exhibition venue. This "commercial activity parkization" model naturally transforms consumer behavior into a part of spatial vitality, like an endless party.
03. 商业的公园式表达

在空间赋能的底层逻辑下，商业呈现出人本主义的重构。店铺不再是封闭式商业容器，而是融入了立体公园的景观序列 —— 店铺的外摆区与休憩平台无缝衔接，市集活动更会将公共空间转化为创意展场。这种"商业活动公园化"的模式，使得消费行为自然转化为空间活力的一部分，犹如一场永不落幕的派对。

The successful operation of the first phase of the Super Line Park has verified the feasibility of the "park business" model in Chengdu. With subsequent land development, this aerial green vein will catalyze more complex spatial interactions - evolving from a consumer destination to a social relationship generator. We hope to transform warm architecture into an emotional exchange field and a true generator of citizen life in the multidimensional interaction between people and space, and reconstruct the relationship between people and the city. As Dr. Andy Wen said, when space learns to accommodate the spontaneous order of the city, steel and cement have the vitality to breathe together with the city.
