建筑概念与设计理念：横琴铁建广场的设计理念“环”、“通”、“融”体现了Aedas对城市环境的深刻理解。 “环”的设计语言——标志性的“天空之桥”，巧妙地将四座塔楼连接起来，创造了一个独特的环形空间体验。这种设计不仅在视觉上令人印象深刻，也极大地提升了空间的流通性和互动性。“通”则体现在为使用者提供充足的社交场地，结合配套设施和屋顶花园，营造了舒适宜人的办公环境，满足了现代办公对于社交和休闲的需求。“融”体现了项目功能的多元化，将办公、商业零售、休闲娱乐功能融为一体，打造一个综合性的城市空间，使项目更具活力和吸引力。

空间布局与功能整合：该项目在空间布局上展现了卓越的创新能力。 “天空之桥”的设计策略解决了分散体量与多元业态整合的难题，利用三维闭合环形动线构建高效空间网络。裙房和塔楼的设计相互呼应，通过观光电梯连接商业裙房和屋顶“天空之桥”，形成垂直方向上的空间联动。屋顶露台与塔楼的连接，以及空中办公花园会所的设置，在百米高空创造了一个多功能的复合空间，充分激活了高区价值，为使用者提供了独特的体验。这种空间布局充分考虑了人流的导向和体验，提升了建筑的商业价值和使用价值，实现了功能与美学的完美结合。

材料与细节的精妙：项目的材料选择与细节处理同样令人印象深刻。“天空之桥”的香槟金色铝板与银色铝板的搭配，赋予了建筑优雅而富有动感的视觉效果。为了应对珠海的季候风与台风，设计者在桥底细节处设置了滑动支座，确保结构的稳定性。塔楼立面的玻璃幕墙以竖向线条为主，结合铝制金属格栅和装饰条，呈现出独特的视觉效果。Low-E中空玻璃和隐蔽式开启扇的应用，不仅提升了建筑的节能性能，还营造了如同雨中珠帘般的视觉美感。这些细节处理体现了设计师对建筑品质的极致追求，也展现了技术与艺术的完美融合，将项目打造成一个集自然美景、科技创新与人文关怀于一体的综合性城市地标。

Like a floating artwork in the sky, the golden curved design of the building winds like waves, perfectly blending the natural agility with modern refinement. The huge glass curtain wall not only blocks the sea breeze of Zhuhai, but also offers a panoramic view of the magnificent sea view and the bustling city outline of Macau. Standing on the observation deck, the ultimate experience of strolling through the clouds makes people forget about time and feel as if they are at the intersection of dreams and reality.
犹如一座漂浮于天际的艺术品，建筑金色的曲线设计如海浪般蜿蜒，将自然的灵动与现代的精致完美融合。巨大的玻璃幕墙不仅抵挡珠海的海风，更将壮阔的海景与澳门繁华的城市轮廓尽收眼底。站在观景平台上，云端漫步的极致体验让人忘却时间，恍若置身于梦境与现实的交汇之中。

The Hengqin Railway Construction Square, designed by Dr. Andy Wen, academician and global design director of Aedas, and his team, deeply integrates design difficulties and the corporate culture of China Railway Construction, responding to the urban environment with the design concepts of "environment", "connectivity", and "integration". 'Ring' represents a loop, with the iconic circular 'Sky Bridge' of the building as the main design language. 'Tong' represents connectivity, providing users with ample social space, combined with supporting facilities and rooftop gardens, to create a pleasant and comfortable office environment. 'Integration' symbolizes fusion, integrating office, commercial retail, leisure and entertainment functions.
由 Aedas 院士及全球设计董事温子先博士（Dr. Andy Wen）携团队设计的横琴铁建广场，深度结合设计难点及中国铁建的企业文化，以“环”“通”“融”的设计概念回应城市环境。“环”表示循环，以楼宇突出标志性的环形“天空之桥”为主要设计语言。“通”代表贯通，为使用者提供了充足的社交场地，结合配套设施以及屋顶花园，营造出怡人舒适的办公环境。“融”象征交融，集办公、商业零售、休闲娱乐功能于一体。

Hengqin Railway Construction Square is located in the core of the new district - the northeast port service area of Hengqin Island. It not only enjoys convenient transportation and industrial agglomeration advantages, but also has unique natural landscape resources. The plot is located to the west of Huandao East Road, facing Xiaohengqin Mountain, with a broad view that allows for a panoramic view of the sprawling coastline, while also facing Macau across the water; On the east side, it is connected to the southern headquarters of Shenhua Group through the urban road, forming a dual linkage between industry and nature. With the implementation of 24-hour customs clearance, Hengqin Railway Construction Square has become an important link in the integrated development of Zhuhai and Macao.
横琴铁建广场位于新区的核心 —— 横琴岛东北部口岸服务区，不仅享有便捷的交通与产业聚集的优势，还拥有得天独厚的自然景观资源。地块西临环岛东路，与小横琴山相望，广阔的视野可将绵延的海岸线尽收眼底，同时与澳门隔水相望；东侧则通过都会道与神华集团南方总部相接，形成产业与自然的双重联动。随着 24 小时通关口岸的实现，横琴铁建广场成为珠澳一体化发展的重要纽带。

The project includes four towers and commercial podiums. In response to the integration challenges of dispersed volume and diverse business formats, the team innovatively proposed the design strategy of "Sky Bridge": a golden connecting bridge connects the four towers within the plot, and through a three-dimensional closed circular flow, an efficient spatial network is constructed to fully unleash the value of high-altitude areas. The skirt box and cloud shaped design echo the tower design, and the sightseeing elevator leads directly from the commercial skirt to the rooftop sky bridge.
项目包含四座塔楼和商业裙房，针对分散体量与多元业态的整合难题，团队创新提出“天空之桥”的设计策略：金色的连桥将地块内的四座塔楼相互连接，通过三维闭合环形动线，构建出高效的空间网络，充分释放高空区域价值。裙房盒子以及云状造型与塔楼造型呼应，观光电梯从商业裙房直通屋顶天空之桥。

The layers of terraces on the roof are connected in a circular manner with the tower, and the aerial office garden clubhouse forms a multifunctional composite space at a height of 100 meters. From the urban landscape to the panoramic view of the coastline, the tower's high area value is maximally activated, making people feel like they are in the midst of a "mountain peak" in the city. The commercial retail podium on the ground floor is arranged along the street, facing the spatial challenges of linear expansion and deep penetration. The design adopts a flat circular flow line that echoes the inner and outer commercial streets, attracting people to enter the commercial flow line and adding vitality to the future central business district. The enclosed layout creates a square space in the center, with flagship stores set up at the street corners to form a street corner square, and the commercial main facade is shaped like a box on one side of the urban road. Two types of commercial facades are designed in a staggered manner, while considering the placement of advertising spaces. The curved shape of the podium is combined with the entrance and exit of the first floor. The landscape plaza on the ground and rich green spaces, combined with the rooftop garden in the sky, create a three-dimensional vertical landscape for the future central business district.
屋顶露台的层层退台循环串联塔楼，空中办公花园会所在百米高空共同构成了一个多功能的复合空间。从城市景观到一览无余的海岸全景，最大程度激活了塔楼高区价值，让人仿佛置身于都市中的“山峰”。底层的商业零售裙楼沿街布置，面对线性展开与纵深渗透的空间难题，设计采用内外商业街相互呼应的平面环线动线，吸引人群进入商业流线，为未来的中央商务区增添活力。围合式布局在中央构建出一片广场空间，街角设置主力店形成街角广场，都会道一侧以盒子造型塑造商业主立面。两种商业立面交错设计，同时考虑广告位设置，裙房曲线造型与首层出入口相互结合。地面的景观广场和丰富的绿色空间，结合空中的屋顶花园，为未来的中央商务区营造出三维垂直景观。

The dynamic curve of the "Sky Bridge" is presented by champagne gold aluminum panels paired with silver aluminum panels on the exterior. In order to resist the invasion of monsoons and typhoons, sliding supports are set up in the details of the bridge bottom to ensure the stability of the bridge structure. The tower facade glass curtain wall is mainly composed of vertical lines, with aluminum metal grilles and decorative strips on the surface. The glass curtain wall uses Low-E insulated glass, combined with concealed opening fans, to create a visual effect like a pearl curtain in the rain, elegant and beautiful.
