In a recently vacated hollow space, the newly built market hall has re woven the texture of the city. It provides a peaceful resting space that echoes the church square from afar. The market hall will retreat inward at two boundaries, creating a front courtyard square on the side facing the main street, and opening up a small alley to connect it with the constantly changing core area of the block. By thickening the remaining two boundaries, the market hall forms a closed service space. The hall is located on a gentle slope, presenting a distinctive yet timeless style: it is like a quiet place in the city, open, vibrant, and hospitable.
在最近腾空的一处中空空间里，新建的市场大厅重新编织起城市的肌理。它提供了一个宁静的休憩空间，与教堂广场遥相呼应。市场大厅将两处边界向内退让，从而在面对主街的一侧打造出一片前庭广场，并开辟出一条小巷，将其与街区不断变化的核心区域相连。通过加厚剩余的两处边界，市场大厅形成了封闭的服务空间。大厅坐落于一处缓坡之上，展现出一种既显著又不显突兀、历久弥新的风貌：它宛如城市中的一处静谧之所，开放、充满活力且热情好客。

The design inspiration for this hall comes from the heritage of simple and orderly urban facilities, which enhance the outdoor living quality of the city. It is a shelter that expresses its own characteristics with minimal materials, utilizing the skills of local craftsmen: using concrete (for floors and ancillary buildings) and wood (for frames, exterior wall coverings, joinery, and roofs). To ensure the durability and maintainability of the facility, its technical structure and composite components are clearly visible. The natural wood colored larch roof can promote ventilation in winter and bring cool air in summer.
这座大厅的设计灵感源自那些简约而有序的城市设施遗产，这些设施提升了城市的户外生活品质。它是一座以最少材料表达自身特色的庇护所，运用了当地工匠的技艺：采用混凝土（用于地面和附属建筑）和木材（用于框架、外墙覆盖、细木工和屋顶）。为了确保设施的耐用性和可维修性，其技术结构和组合部件均清晰可见。原木色的落叶松木瓦屋顶在冬季能促进通风，在夏季则能带来凉爽空气。

The scissor type structural principle used for columns and beams makes the appearance of load-bearing and stabilizing components appear smoother. The alternating combination of wooden frames (flipping every other truss) adds a sense of agility to this repetitive structure. The roof panels arranged in a fish scale pattern are laid on the rafters suspended from the rafters. In sharp contrast, the ancillary buildings form a thick and seamless boundary, maintaining continuity with the concrete floor. These ancillary buildings have installed large practical windows on fixed or movable wooden panels. By using the counterweight system on the pulley, the sunshade can be easily opened, thus opening the entrance to the vending booth, bar, and exhibition booth.
立柱与横梁所采用的剪刀式结构原理，使承重与稳定构件的外观显得更为流畅。木框架的交替组合方式（每隔一个桁架便翻转一次）为这种重复性的结构增添了灵动之感。鱼鳞状排列的屋顶板材铺设在悬挂在檩条上的椽子上。与之形成鲜明对比的是，附属建筑形成了厚重、浑然一体的边界，与混凝土地面保持连贯性。这些附属建筑在固定或可活动的原木面板上安装了大面积的实用窗户。通过滑轮上的配重系统，可轻松开启遮阳板，从而打开售货亭酒吧和展览展位的入口。
