At the headquarters of this developer, the steel frame structure of the factory outlines the overall layout, echoing the historical origins of its brick kiln. The space is deconstructed and cleverly embedded in sequence. The design abandons the traditional commercial atmosphere and emphasizes the concept of "openness to the community", sharing the brand vision with the public, and cleverly integrating the reinterpreted factory aesthetics and Taiwanese forest imagery into the urban texture.

The design abandons the monotonous square structure and accurately interprets the brand vision through non-traditional architectural expressions. The building adopts a highly approachable architectural posture, integrating public spaces with retail areas and dissolving the boundary sense commonly found in corporate buildings. Through this multifunctional design, the project attempts to reinterpret the collage like urban landscape of Taiwan, cleverly integrating the artistic conception of natural mountains with the architectural language of industrial architecture, and shaping a brand new urban prototype.

The architectural layout follows the logic of "form follows function", just like the natural addition of control rooms in factories due to emerging demands. The architectural mass group adopts multiple geometric forms and presents organic shapes by observing the factory form. These units are embedded in the steel structure grid and adjusted in angle according to the site contour. The fan-shaped layout blurs the hierarchical relationship and primary and secondary flow of building facades. The continuous corner space design makes the building's light and shadow changes vividly and interestingly throughout the day. The external staircase connecting the ground floor and the first floor deliberately adopts a non coherent design, imitating the fragmented characteristics of factory space. The building utilizes common materials from factories for minimal decoration, fully preserving the original texture of the industrial environment.
建筑布局遵循“形式追随功能”的逻辑，如同工厂中因需求涌现而临时增设控制室一般自然。建筑体量群采用多元几何形态，通过观察工厂形态来呈现有机造型。这些单元被嵌入钢结构网格之中，并依据场地轮廓调整角度。扇形布局模糊了建筑立面的层级关系与动线主次。连续的转角空间设计使建筑全天光影变幻生动有趣。连接地面层与一层的外部楼梯刻意采用非连贯设计，仿效工厂空间的碎片化特征。建筑真实运用工厂常见材料，仅作最小限度装饰，充分保留工业环境的原始质感。

These three highly distinctive and vibrant entities with Taiwanese characteristics are carefully integrated into a building rich in local culture. They go beyond simple combinations of forms, sublimating into profound reflections of the internal state of society, ultimately presenting a unique picture of the interweaving and coexistence of nature, architecture, and urban culture.
