空间布局与功能组织： 维德学校新教学楼在空间布局和功能组织上展现了卓越的设计理念。项目充分利用了场地特质，将建筑置于高层建筑与低矮房屋之间，巧妙地在不同建筑尺度之间建立了联系。其核心设计在于一个贯穿四层的双层挑高有顶庭院，这个庭院不仅是建筑的中心，更是连接各种功能空间的枢纽，将休闲区、餐厅等公共空间巧妙地串联起来。这种布局方式促进了交流互动，营造出了一种开放、包容的教育环境，极大地提升了学生的体验感。这种设计是对传统学校模式的创新和突破。

设计与环境的互动： 该项目在设计上体现了对环境的深刻理解和积极回应。建筑师充分利用了场地靠近海滩的优势，在设计中融入了与运河和大海相关的元素，为学生和社区创造了独特的环境。屋顶开放的露天广场设计，更是将建筑与周围景观融为一体，拓展了户外活动的可能性。材料的选择也体现了对环境的尊重，预制混凝土和水泥砖的运用，不仅加快了施工速度，也赋予了建筑朴素而有力的美感，同时易于维护，体现了可持续的设计理念，并使其更具有教育意义。

材料与建造工艺： 维德学校新教学楼在材料选择和建造工艺上，体现了对效率和美学的完美结合。预制混凝土和水泥砖的运用，不仅缩短了施工周期，也赋予了建筑独特的质感和视觉效果。裸露的材料表面，如同一件装置，展现了建筑的结构美学，同时便于维护，节约了后期成本。铝制框架的巧妙应用，则为建筑增添了现代感。这种建造方式既体现了经济性，又突出了建筑的教育特征，让学生在日常学习生活中就能直观地感受到建筑的构造与材料，从而实现寓教于乐的设计目标。

The new teaching building of Vide School is located on Canal 6, 50 meters away from the beach. In addition to being close to the beach, the strategic location within the plot also provides important elements for the project: it used to be an empty space between high-rise vertical buildings facing the sea and houses and villages facing the mainland. Therefore, school buildings operate on the boundaries between adjacent building scales and seek ways related to canals and the sea to create a unique environment for students and local communities.
维德学校的新教学楼位于 Canal 6，距离海滩 50 米。除了靠近海滩外，该地块内的战略位置也为该项目提供了重要元素：它曾经是面向大海的高层垂直建筑和面向大陆的房屋村庄之间的空地。因此，学校建筑在邻近建筑规模之间的边界上运作，并寻求与运河和大海相关的方法，为学生和当地社区创造一个独特的环境。

This building with a total area of 4500.00 square meters is divided into four floors: the first floor is arranged around a covered courtyard with double height, which runs vertically through the entire building and includes more collective functional spaces such as a leisure area and a restaurant. The first floor is the administrative office area, while the upper two floors are classrooms, laboratories, and art classrooms, which can be accessed through a large auxiliary space. The roof is fully open, serving as a large open-air plaza that can meet various purposes and complement the surrounding landscape, expanding the possibilities of outdoor activities.
这栋建筑面积达 4500.00 平方米的建筑共分为四层：首层围绕着一个拥有双层挑高的有顶抵达庭院布置，该庭院纵向贯穿整栋建筑，设有休闲区和餐厅等更为集体的功能空间。一层为行政办公区，而上面两层则为教室、实验室和艺术教室，可通过一个大型辅助空间进入。屋顶完全开放，作为一个大型露天广场，可满足多种用途，并与周边景观相得益彰，拓展了户外活动的可能性。

In order to accelerate the construction speed, the construction method used is precast concrete, and the walls are made of cement bricks with aluminum frames. These materials are exposed to the outside, like devices, endowing the building with educational features and facilitating its maintenance.
为了加快施工速度，采用的建筑方法是预制混凝土，墙壁由带铝框架的水泥砖制成。这些材料被暴露在外，就像装置一样，它们为建筑赋予了教育性特征，并方便其维护。
