深圳市龙岗区龙岭学校改造 / 一境建筑
校园空间再利用与功能整合:该项目在有限的城市空间内,成功地将原有建筑与扩建部分巧妙融合,实现了建筑面积的大幅增加。设计师保留了部分原有建筑,并在其基础上新建了十二层高的主教学楼,形成了一个高效的连接枢纽。这种“新旧结合”的设计策略不仅节约了成本,也保留了校园的历史文脉。更重要的是,项目打破了传统校园的封闭性,通过丰富的公共空间、连廊、以及多样化的活动场所,将校园内部的不同功能区域有机地串联起来,为学生创造了充满活力和互动性的学习环境。
创新教育理念与趣味化设计:项目最令人印象深刻之处在于其对未来教育理念的深刻理解和实践。设计师没有仅仅满足于增加建筑面积,而是着力打造了一个充满趣味性和探索性的学习环境。通过“知识山丘”和“登山道”等元素的引入,激发了学生的学习兴趣和主动性。此外,项目还充分利用了校园的屋顶空间,打造了一个生态植物区和屋顶农场,让孩子们在自然环境中学习和实践。这种设计理念颠覆了传统校园的刻板印象,将学习、娱乐、社交等元素融为一体,为学生提供了更全面的成长空间,体现了对未来教育发展趋势的深刻思考。
社区融合与多功能复合:该项目不仅关注校园内部的设计,还积极探索了校园与社区之间的连接。设计师在校园与社区的交界处设置了双层文化艺术体育中心,为社区居民和学生提供了共享的活动空间。这种设计策略打破了校园的围墙,促进了社区居民与学生的互动交流,体现了“开放”的设计理念。同时,四层通高的立体图书馆、多样化的活动空间等,也满足了学生在不同领域的需求,使校园成为了一个集阅读、娱乐、社交和学习于一体的多功能复合体。项目将校园打造成了一个“村中城”,使得教育设施成为社区公共服务的一部分,体现了设计师对于社会责任的担当。

Longling School is a state-owned private school with a nine-year compulsory education system located in the center of Buji Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen. The original campus was established in August 1988, formerly known as Longling Primary School. After 33 years, in order to provide a better learning environment for children, the school launched a "renovation and expansion plan" in 2021. On the basis of the original total construction area of 18173.71 square meters, it is planned to expand to 68237.47 square meters and construct a 9-year school with 72 classes. Considering the tight supply of school places in this area, it is necessary to retain the seven story Chinese English laboratory building, the five story primary school teaching building adjacent to the playground, and the cafeteria dormitory building in the expansion to maintain the normal operation of the school.
龙岭学校于深圳市龙岗区布吉街道中心,是一所九年一贯制义务教育的国有民办学校。原校区建立于 1988 年 8 月,原名龙岭小学,经历了 33 年的岁月后,为了给孩子们提供更好的学习环境,学校在2021 年启动了“改扩建计划”。在原总建筑面积 18173.71㎡ 的基础上扩建至 68237.47㎡,规划建设72班九年制学校。考虑到本片区学位供应紧张,因此在扩建中需要保留七层的中英文实验楼、紧挨操场的五层小学教学楼和食堂宿舍楼,以保持学校的正常运转。

Longling School is located in the urban village of Buji City, with tight land use and a large plot ratio. It needs to expand the building area to more than three times its original size within a limited space, creating a multifunctional campus for students while ensuring seamless integration of the new and old campuses, which poses a huge challenge to the design. The transformation of education and the campus buildings that carry functions are inseparable from each other. In the past, schools were centralized, single linear teaching spaces. Nowadays, education is diversified, and the passive mode of absorbing knowledge is gradually being abandoned. Stimulating interest, guiding students to learn actively, and cultivating their self-awareness and talents are the trends of future education. Therefore, in the renovation, the designer created a fun filled "knowledge hill" and a hiking trail that symbolizes "there is a way in the mountain of books" for students to explore the future path spontaneously. Considering the unique geographical location of the campus, the renovation and upgrading is not just about a school, but also about building a campus style 'village within a city'.
龙岭学校地处布吉城中村,用地紧张,容积率较大,需要在有限的空间内把建筑面积扩大至原来的三倍以上,为学生创造功能复合的校园的同时还要保证新、老校园的无缝融合,无一不是对设计的巨大挑战。教育的变革与承载功能的校园建筑彼此影响密不可分。过去,学校是集中式的单一线性教学空间。而现在,教育是多元化的,被动吸收知识的模式逐渐被摒弃,激发兴趣,引导学生去主动学习,培养他们的自我意识和特长,才是未来教育的趋势。因此在改造中设计师创造了一座充满趣味的“知识山丘”,和一条寓意着“书山有路”的登山道让学生们自发探索未来的道路。结合校园处在的独特地理位置,改造升级的不仅是一所学校,而在建造一座校园式的"村中城"。

In order to increase the teaching area, six buildings in the old campus were demolished and only three were retained. A new twelve story main teaching building was built in the middle of the old campus. The main school building is arranged in a zigzag pattern in the floor plan, serving as a link between the old teaching buildings. The ground floor is elevated, forming a wind and rain corridor, allowing teachers and students to travel conveniently in any weather. In order to make children's break time more interesting, we have created rich atrium spaces and a five meter wide teaching corridor between the teaching buildings. On the left side of the original teaching building preserved next to the playground, a six story "Dequ Building" has been added, which includes climbing walls, art classrooms, and labor classrooms, as well as a two-story cafeteria, tightly connecting the campus from its scattered state and merging into different functional courtyards.
为了增加教学面积,拆除旧校区中的六栋建筑物,只保留三栋,在旧校区中部新建一座十二层高的主教学楼。主教学楼在平面布局中呈回字型,承担起了串联旧教学楼的任务,底层架空,形成风雨连廊,让师生在任何天气都能便利出行。为了孩子们的课间时间更加有趣,我们在教学楼间创造出了丰富的中庭空间和宽达五米的教学走廊。在操场旁保留的原教学楼左侧新增了一栋六层高,囊括攀岩墙、艺术教室、劳动教室的“得趣楼”和两层高的食堂,使得校园从原来的散落状态紧密地联系在一起,向内合为成不同功能的院落空间。

The "Eye of Dragon Ridge Art Museum", which symbolizes the spirit of Dragon Ridge, is placed between the old and new canteens. It is an independent circular building between teaching buildings, with the second floor serving as a campus corridor landscape pool and an interior campus art museum. A hiking trail that integrates transportation, guidance, recreation, and other functions unfolds near the playground, efficiently connecting various interesting courtyards, gardens, and outdoor activity spaces scattered throughout the campus, like a wonderful campus adventure about to begin. Due to its location in a densely populated urban village, there is a lack of supporting public services such as sports and reading in the surrounding area.
象征着龙岭精神的“龙岭之眼美术馆”被放置在新旧食堂之间。它整体是一个独立在教学楼之间的环形建筑,二层作为校园连廊景观水池使用,内部是一个校园美术馆。一条整合交通、导向、游憩等功能“登山道”从靠近操场展开,将散落在校园的各个有趣的中庭、花园、户外活动空间高效的串联在一起,就像一场奇妙的校园冒险即将启程。由于地处城中村城市密度大,周边缺乏运动、阅读等公共服务配套。

In order to connect the campus with the city, a dual layered cultural, artistic, and sports center integrated with the community has been placed at the junction of the campus and the community. The entire double decker runway is supported by V-shaped structural columns, creating a sharp contrast between the orange red ground and the gray white concrete columns, which is both beautiful and dynamic. Local residents can share their use with students during off peak hours while ensuring safety. A four story high three-dimensional library, located on the sixth to twelfth floors of the main school building, with corresponding entrances on each floor for students to enter during breaks.
为了让校园与城市连接,一座与社区融合的校内双层文化艺术体育中心被放置在与社区的交界处。整个双层跑道运用V型结构柱支撑,橙红色的地面和与灰白色的混凝土柱子形成了鲜明的对比,既美观又具有活力。在保证安全的情况下当地居民可以与学生错峰共享使用。四层通高的立体图书馆,位于主教学楼的六至十二楼,每层都有相应的入口,可以让学生在课间进入。

This is a public space that combines reading, entertainment, socializing, and learning. The four story high walls of the library incorporate white wave elements, as if entering a sea of books. The Mincong Theater, Black Box, Multi functional Classroom, Golf Gym, Shooting Room, Concert Hall, Badminton Gym, Pottery Classroom and other spaces are overwhelming and can meet any interest needs.
这里集合了阅读、娱乐、社交、学习的公共空间。图书馆四层通高的墙壁运用了白色的波浪元素,仿佛进入了书籍的海洋。敏聪剧场、黑匣子、多功能教室、高尔夫球馆、射击室、音乐厅、羽毛球馆、陶艺教室等空间应接不暇,可以满足任何兴趣需要。

Ascending to the roof of the campus, there is a circular ecological plant space connected to the house farm. Nurture children's curiosity to explore nature, making every corner of the campus a learning place to practice more natural knowledge through farming. Defining future campuses with scenarios, education is no longer constrained by space, like a huge "mountain of books" integrated with the city. Children can gain inspiration and explore the mysteries of schools through a "hiking trail" between terraces, gardens, and wheat fields, and spend the most interesting youth.
登至校园的屋顶,是一个环形的生态植物空间,与屋农场相连。呵护孩子们探索自然的好奇心,让校园的每一处都是学习场所,在耕种中实践更多自然知识。用场景定义未来校园,教育不再受到空间的约束,就像一座与城市结合的巨大“书山”,孩子们可以通过一条“登山道”在露台、花园、麦田间获得灵感、探索学校的奥秘,度过最有趣的年少时光。
