设计策略与校园肌理的传承：“上海大学延长校区建设改造项目”展现了对校园肌理的深刻理解和尊重。设计团队巧妙地运用“见缝插针、借天不借地”的策略，在有限的校园建设用地内，保留了高质量的既有建筑，并在新旧建筑之间寻求和谐共生的关系。这种策略不仅最大限度地利用了现有资源，也有效地传承了老校区的历史风貌，避免了大规模推倒重建可能带来的文化割裂。新建建筑以谦逊的姿态融入环境，展现出一种尊重历史、面向未来的设计理念，为校园带来了新的活力，同时也保留了原有的文化底蕴，实现了历史文脉的延续。
建筑形态的逻辑与创新：电影学院的设计在建筑形态上体现了内部功能和空间之间的逻辑关系。建筑的基座采用了温暖的红色清水砖，与老校区的建筑风格相呼应，营造出亲切感和历史感。而上部的悬浮建筑则通过钢桁架支撑系统实现了大跨度和灵活的空间布局，创造了独特的内部体验。U形玻璃体量悬浮在校园的绿树红墙之上，与周围环境形成鲜明对比，并以一种全新的建筑语言，对话了周围的环境。这种新旧对比的手法，既是对既有校园环境的尊重，也是对建筑创新性的大胆尝试，展示了设计团队对建筑形态的精准把握和对创新技术的娴熟运用。
空间组织与文化氛围的营造：美术学院的设计则充分考虑了不同专业对教学空间层高的需求，采用了错层式布局。通过引入中庭、大台阶和坡道，构建了一种类似美术馆的行走动线，既解决了功能需求，又营造了互动、穿插的空间层次，为学生提供了良好的学术氛围。这种设计巧妙地利用了空间，鼓励学生之间的交流和互动，激发了创作灵感。此外，项目还注重开放性和共享性，将建筑空间与城市文化生活有机结合，将校园打造成城市文化的一部分。这种设计理念不仅促进了校园内部的学术交流，也对周边产业发展起到了积极的推动作用，体现了建筑设计对城市文化和区域产业生态的深刻影响。

The Yanchang Road Campus of Shanghai University covers an area of 19.2 hectares. The project has built and renovated a series of buildings within the existing campus complex, including the Academy of Fine Arts, the Film Academy, and the Film and Television Production Exchange Education Experimental Training Base. It is an art education building group that integrates functions such as scientific research, teaching, experimentation, training, exhibition, and communication.
上海大学延长路校区占地 19.2 公顷，项目在既有校区建筑群内新建、改建了包括美术学院组团、电影学院组团、影视制作交流教育实验实训基地等的一系列建筑，是集科研、教学、实验、实训、展示、交流等功能为一体的艺术教育建筑群体。

The campus renewal is located in the middle of the campus, with a total construction area of 73000 square meters. The harmonious coexistence of new and old buildings has become the focus of consideration in this project plan. In the context of limited land for existing campus construction, the design adopts the strategy of "seizing every opportunity and borrowing from the sky without borrowing from the land". The high-quality existing buildings within the construction scope are preserved, injecting new vitality into the old campus while inheriting the campus texture. The newly constructed building integrates into the campus with a humble and peaceful attitude, presenting a spatial pattern of integration and coexistence of new and old buildings, aiming to inherit the historical style of the old campus while showcasing the unique cultural temperament of the two colleges.
校园更新位于校区中部，总建筑面积为 7.3 万平方米，新老建筑的和谐共生成为本项目方案考虑的重点。在既有校园建设用地有限的情况下，设计采用“见缝插针、借天不借地”的设计策略，建设范围内质量较好的既有建筑被保留下来，在传承校园肌理的同时，为老校区注入了新的活力。新建建筑以谦逊平和的姿态融入校园，呈现出新老建筑融合共生的空间格局，旨在传承老校区历史风貌的同时展现两大学院独特的文化气质。

The architectural form of the Film Academy reflects the logical relationship between internal functions and space. The solid exterior wall of the building, which serves as the base, is constructed with red clear water bricks, and the warm colors, materials, and building scale correspond to the old campus; The entrance hall and communication space adopt a tall door and window system, introducing the external landscape into the interior, forming a campus landscape that integrates indoor and outdoor spaces.
电影学院的建筑形态体现了内部功能和空间的逻辑关系。作为基座的建筑体量采用红色清水砖砌筑的实体外墙，温润的色彩、材质与建筑尺度与老校区相呼应；门厅及交流空间采用高大门窗体系，将外部景观引入室内，形成室内外空间融合的校园景观。

The suspended building on the upper part of the Film Academy is supported by six core tubes and achieves flexible large space through a steel truss support system, creating a unique spatial effect inside the building. The horizontally stretched U-shaped glass volume is suspended above the green trees and red walls of the existing campus, creating a dialogue with the surrounding environment using a new architectural vocabulary.
电影学院上部的悬浮建筑体量由六个核心筒承托，并通过钢桁架支撑体系实现了悬挑和内部的灵活大空间，其在建筑内部也创造出了独特的空间效果。水平舒展的U型玻璃体量悬浮在既有校园的绿树红墙之上，用一种全新的建筑语汇与周围环境产生对话。

Different majors in the Academy of Fine Arts have different requirements for the height of teaching spaces. Therefore, the design adopts a staggered layout, while introducing a central courtyard, large steps, and ramps to form a walking path similar to an art museum inside the art academy. At the same time as solving the problem of floor height requirements, the interactive and interwoven spatial hierarchy also provides students with a good academic atmosphere for mutual observation, learning, and creation. And the rich internal space naturally generates a staggered facade form.
美术学院的不同专业对教学空间层高有不同需求。因此，设计采用错层式布局，同时引入贯通中庭、大台阶和坡道，在美院内部形成类似美术馆的行走动线。层高需求问题得到解决的同时，互动穿插的空间层次也为学生提供了互相观摩学习和创作的良好学术氛围。而丰富的内部空间自然生成了错落有致的立面形态。

Shanghai University is located in a bustling city, and the construction of the college can better drive the development of surrounding industries. Through the campus, many related cultural formats have emerged. This is not only a campus renewal project, but also an important urban cultural project. Open and shared parks and architectural spaces will become an organic part of urban cultural life and regional industrial ecology.
上海大学地处闹市，学院的建设能够更好地带动周边产业的发展，通过校园衍生出周边的诸多相关文化业态，这不仅是一个校园更新项目，更是一个重要的城市文化项目，开放、共享的园区以及建筑空间，将成为城市文化生活和区域产业生态的有机组成部分。
