设计理念的创新性与深度:该项目最令人印象深刻的是其设计理念与教育主题的完美融合。建筑师巧妙地将“十年树木,百年树人”的教育理念转化为具体的建筑语言,通过清水混凝土框架结构和“茁壮树林”的隐喻,生动地诠释了于漪女士的教育思想。这种从场地文脉出发,结合周边环境和城市肌理,再进行概念提炼的设计手法,展现了建筑师对设计主题的深刻理解和对建筑语言的精准把握。清水混凝土的运用,不仅体现了建筑的朴素和耐久性,更与教育的本质相呼应,表达了一种“返璞归真”的教育理念,使建筑本身成为传播教育精神的载体。
空间处理的精细与实用:项目在有限的基地条件下,展现了出色的空间组织能力。建筑师充分利用场地北侧的杉树林,将其融入建筑设计,形成内外相连的绿色空间,为建筑使用者创造了舒适宜人的环境。同时,针对四平路与建筑之间的界面关系进行了精心设计,通过底层空间退让,形成城市尺度的廊下空间,改善了人行道的体验,也为建筑增添了开放性和公共性。建筑内部的功能布局也考虑周全,东侧立面通过立柱与后退的界面设计,为教室和办公室提供了室外阳台,从而解决了噪音和采光问题,体现了设计对细节的关注和对使用者体验的重视。
对城市文脉的尊重与回应:该项目并非孤立地存在于环境中,而是积极回应了周围的城市环境。项目选址在城市交通干道与学校之间,面临着复杂的城市环境和场地限制。建筑师通过对基地周边环境的深入分析,针对性地解决了城市界面、噪音、采光等问题,并通过建筑设计对城市“伤痕”进行修补。尤其值得称赞的是,建筑师利用底层退让和檐廊的设计,为城市空间提供了公共性,使建筑与周围环境和谐共生。这种对城市文脉的尊重和积极回应,使得该建筑成为一个具有社会责任感的建筑作品,也为城市更新提供了有益的经验。

The Yuyi Education and Teaching Thought Research Center project is located near the intersection of Siping Road and Dalian Road in Yangpu District, Shanghai, at the southeast corner of Yangpu Senior High School. The east side is Siping Road, and the south side is a high-rise residential community. Over the past 20 years, due to the construction of subway lines 10, 8, and the underpass of Siping Road, the urban environment along Siping Road has been greatly affected, leaving long-lasting wounds that are difficult to heal.
Given the specific geographical location and environmental characteristics, Yuyi Center has adopted modern architectural techniques as the basis for its body design, forming a simple and powerful architectural volume; Adopting a simple and powerful plain concrete frame structure with strong expressive tension, it creates a richly layered and virtual real spatial image. This project carefully analyzed the relationship between the building and the surrounding site, and optimized the interface relationship between Siping Road and the building through the retreat of the bottom space of the building, forming an important repair of the urban scar space.
于漪教育教学思想研究中心项目位于上海杨浦区四平路与大连路的交叉口附近,杨浦高级中学的东南角。东侧为四平路,南侧为高层住宅小区。在过去 20 多年间,由于地铁十号线、八号线和四平路下穿通道的修建,四平路沿线的城市环境受到很大影响,留下了长久难以愈合的创伤。
鉴于特定的地理位置和环境特征,于漪中心以现代建筑的构成手法为体形设计的基础,形成了简约造型、刚劲有力的建筑体量;采用朴实有力以及具有强烈表现张力的清水混凝土框架结构,塑造了层次丰富、虚实结合空间形象。该项目通过认真分析建筑与周边场地的关系,通过建筑底层空间退让,对于四平路与建筑之间的界面关系进行了梳理和优化,形成了关于城市伤痕空间的一次重要修补。

In the process of deeply considering the urban environment, the architectural design of Yuyi Center has meticulously organized the internal structure and behavioral flow lines, and carefully considered the internal functional layout, spatial presentation effects, structural form symbolism, and other aspects of the building. The architectural design relies on the lush forest on the north side of the existing site, using a clearly defined concrete frame to continue the expressive image of this area of fir trees, forming a thriving forest that connects the inside and outside. This metaphor represents the theme of "ten years of trees, a hundred years of people", highlighting the cornerstone role of Ms. Yu Yi's long-term cultivation of basic education in talent cultivation.
于漪中心的建筑设计在深度考虑城市环境过程中,针对内部构造与行为流线进行了精密组织,针对建筑的内部功能布局、空间呈现效果、结构形式象征等方面进行了周密考虑。建筑设计依托现有场地北侧的繁茂树林,采用轮廓清晰的混凝土框架来延续这一片杉树林木的表现意象,形成内外相连的茁壮林地,以此隐喻“十年树木,百年树人”的主题,从而彰显于漪女士长期耕耘其间的基础教育在培养人才方面的基石作用。

In the conceptual development stage, the architectural design formed a conceptual idea through the cedar forest on the north side of the site - this cedar forest is not only a transitional area between the research center and Yangpu Senior High School, but also provides a good site feature for the research center, making the architectural meaning and educational spirit related to trees and people - ten years of trees, a hundred years of people. Through metaphorical association, this design concept does not engage in concrete expression from the appearance image, but uses more restrained forms and spatial language to create, and focuses on solving specific site problems, in order to develop the quality characteristics of architectural space.
Therefore, the water fir forest in the site is not only symbolic, but also an important clue for organizing the internal space of the building and forming the architectural form. The building of the research center is made of plain concrete material, which strengthens the composition relationship between the supporting columns and beams. It continues the image of the cedar forest on the exterior and expands to the urban interface to the maximum extent on the main facade facing Siping Road, forming a "thriving forest" to metaphorically represent Ms. Yi's plain original intention of teaching and educating people, highlighting the simple and timeless educational philosophy.
在概念发展阶段,建筑设计通过基地北侧的杉树林形成概念构想 —— 这片杉树林既是研究中心与杨浦高级中学之间的过度区域,同时也为研究中心提供了很好的场地特征,使得建筑寓意与教育精神在树木与树人方面产生关联 —— 十年树木,百年树人。通过隐喻性的关联,这一设计概念不是从外观形象上去从事具象性的表达,而是采用更加克制的形式和空间语言来进行创作,并且集中关注于具体场地问题的解决,以此发展建筑空间的品质特征。
于是,场地中的水杉林并不止于象征性的作用,它也成为组织建筑内部空间、以及构成建筑形体的重要线索。研究中心建筑采用清水混凝土材质,强化表达了支撑柱和横梁的构图关系,在外观上延续了杉树林的意象,并在面向四平路的主立面上向城市界面进行最大程度的展开,形成一片“茁壮树林”, 用以隐喻于漪女士教书育人的平实初心,彰显朴实无华而又代代相承的教育教学思想。

Behind the formal metaphor and conceptual expression, there is another challenge posed by the many limiting factors of the base. The research center is located between Yangpu Senior High School and Siping Road, creating a tension between the inward facing research center and the outward facing city. On the one hand, as an internal education and training base, the research center needs to create an inward facing environment that is conducive to use in close proximity to noisy traffic arteries; On the other hand, the research center building needs to retreat from the existing buildings on the west and south sides, and also needs to respond to the urban scale of Siping Road, the main urban road on the east side. It also needs to respond to the environmental atmosphere of the water fir forest on the north side. With the deepening of the scheme design, the architect comprehensively considered the site characteristics, surrounding environment, internal functions of the building, spatial organization and other factors, and through more refined design deduction, designed various issues at a deeper level.
在形式隐喻与概念表达的背后,则是存在诸多限制因素的基地所提出的另一方面的挑战。研究中心处于杨浦高级中学与四平路之间,于是在内向化的研究中心与外向化的城市交界之间形成了一种张力——一方面,研究中心作为一个内部的教育培训基地,需要在紧贴嘈杂交通干道的情况下形成利于使用的内向环境;另一方面,研究中心建筑对外既需要退避西、南两侧的现状建筑,又需要对东侧城市主干道四平路做出城市尺度的应对,对于北侧的水杉林也做出环境氛围回应——随着方案设计的深度推进,建筑师将场地特征、周边环境与建筑内部功能、空间组织等因素综合考虑,通过更为精细的设计推演,对各方面议题在更深入的层面上进行了设计。

The overall shape of the architectural design site of the research center is relatively regular, and the distance between the site and the high-rise residential building on the south side is very close. The distance between the site and the internal teaching building of Yangpu Senior High School on the west side is also very small. Therefore, the height of the newly constructed building is controlled at 24 meters to avoid reducing the efficiency of site use due to the expansion of spacing with surrounding buildings. The west and south facades are almost treated as solid surfaces, with only necessary doors and windows. The east facade facing Siping Road and the water fir forest facing north are the key building interfaces that need to be addressed.
研究中心的建筑设计场地总体形状较为规则,场地与南侧高层住宅楼距离很近,与西侧杨浦高级中学内部教学楼间距也很小。因此,新建造建筑控高 24 米,以避免与周边建筑之间因为扩大间距而降低场地使用效率,西、南两侧立面几乎以实面处理,只开设必要的门窗。面向四平路的东侧立面和面向北侧的水杉林则是成为需要重点处理的建筑界面。

Siping Road is an important urban transportation artery that runs from Yangpu District to Hongkou District. The research center base is located at the intersection of Siping Road and Dalian Road, which is affected by the underpass. The motor vehicle lane and non motor vehicle lane are all offset towards the west, resulting in significant compression of the sidewalk. After the launch of the research center project, the original New Medical Union Outpatient Department building was demolished, and this interface became the most important facade facing the city of the research center. The architect retreated the first floor interface by 5 meters, and the second floor and above buildings were cantilevered outward, forming a city sized corridor space at the Siping Road interface, giving pedestrians a sense of place to stay. The eaves corridor extended northward until the entrance of Yangpu Senior High School, and the preserved cedar forest integrated into the urban landscape through the lowered wall.
The three to five story building facades on the east side also provide outdoor balconies filled with greenery and natural light for classrooms and offices through columns and setback interfaces, allowing the windows of these rooms to avoid facing the noisy city main roads. The architect maintained the functional requirements of the interior of the building and achieved the urban and open nature of the research center through the treatment of the east interface, which allowed the urban interface of the building to intersect with people's daily lives in a reasonable way.
四平路是贯穿杨浦区至虹口区的一条重要城市交通干道,研究中心基地所在四平路与大连路口受到下穿通道的影响。机动车道、非机动车道、都向西侧偏移,导致人行道受到极大的压缩。研究中心项目启动后,原新医联门诊部建筑被拆除,这个界面成为研究中心面向城市最为重要的立面——建筑师将一层界面后退5米,二层及以上建筑向外悬挑,在四平路界面形成了一道城市尺度的廊下空间,让来往行人有了可停留的场所感,檐廊向北侧延展直至杨浦高级中学门口,保留的杉树林透过降低的围墙融入到了城市景观中。
东立面的三层至五层建筑立面也通过立柱与后退的界面,使得教室和办公室获得了充满绿植和自然光照的室外阳台,让这些房间的窗户避免直面嘈杂的城市主干道。建筑师通过东侧界面的处理,即维护了建筑内部功能的属性要求,又实现了研究中心的城市性与开放性,以合理的方式让建筑的城市界面和人们的日常生活有了交集。
