多层互动与空间流通的精巧设计:建筑设计中的“层叠”概念是该项目的核心。设计团队通过巧妙的空间布局,将两栋学校建筑连接起来,创造出一种富有层次感和流动性的空间体验。食堂位于一楼,通过双层高度的大厅与现有小学相连,营造出室内外景观的互动。多功能室面向街道,以通透的玻璃立面展示室内活动,增强了建筑的公共性。带顶庭院作为室内外空间的过渡,并配备了菜园,为学生提供了丰富的活动空间,这些设计细节体现了建筑师对空间功能的深入思考和对学生需求的关注,创造出一种开放、互动、充满活力的学习环境。
可持续设计理念与材料的运用:该项目在可持续设计方面也展现出卓越的专业水准。设计团队充分利用自然通风和采光,降低能源消耗。玻璃幕墙配有遮阳卷帘,可以根据天气变化自动调节,控制室内光线和温度。操场采用透水地面,有助于雨水管理和环境保护。此外,项目还设置了菜园,鼓励学生参与种植,增强了他们对环境的意识。这些措施体现了建筑师对可持续发展的承诺,同时也为学校营造了一个健康、舒适、环保的教学环境。建筑师在材料的选择上也注重环保,进一步提升了项目的可持续性。

The expansion project of Finkville School is located in a diverse urban environment with strong cultural and architectural features. The school was built in the 1960s and is located adjacent to several important historical sites, such as the ancient stone walls surrounding the playground, the famous Ponts Couverts bridge nearby, and the River Il.

The project design fully respects the existing architectural heritage. The expansion mainly accommodates the cafeteria for kindergarten and primary school students, built along Finkville Street, becoming a common interface between the two schools, emphasized by a courtyard. The design concept is to create a layered building that emerges from the playground. These levels interweave with each other, cleverly connecting the two school buildings. The overall architectural appearance aims to present the characteristics of porous and lush vegetation.
该项目设计充分尊重了现有的建筑遗产。扩建部分主要容纳幼儿园和小学学生的食堂,沿芬克维勒街而建,成为两所学校之间的共同界面,由一个庭院加以强调。设计理念是创造一种从操场“涌现”的层叠式建筑。这些层次相互交错,巧妙地将两栋学校建筑连接起来。整体建筑外观旨在呈现多孔且植被茂盛的特点。

The cafeteria is located on the first floor and offers a variety of outdoor views. There is also a lobby on the first floor that connects the existing elementary school with the expansion, designed with a double height that allows for both indoor and outdoor views. The multifunctional room stands out in the project, easily visible from Finkville Street. Indoor activities are displayed through spacious glass facades. Finally, there is a covered courtyard as a transition between the indoor space and the playground. This structure can also be used as a terrace, equipped with a vegetable garden, and can be accessed from the school playground.
食堂位于一楼,可欣赏到多种户外景观。一楼还设有一个大厅,将现有的小学与扩建部分连接起来,通过双层高度设计,既能看到室内也能看到室外区域。多功能室在项目中脱颖而出,从芬克维勒街上就能轻松看到。室内活动通过宽敞的玻璃立面展示出来。最后,室内空间与操场之间设有带顶庭院作为过渡。该结构还可用作露台,布置有菜园,可从学校操场进入。

The buildings on the playground form multi story structures of different heights, providing ample shade. The glass surface is equipped with a roller blind connected to a weather sensor. Natural ventilation is achieved through air intakes and roof windows to ensure effective air circulation. The playground has a minimum asphalt perimeter to ensure traffic and safety. The remaining parts adopt a permeable surface that can absorb rainwater. A small hill covered with vegetation separates the asphalt from the amusement area, with a vegetable garden next to it. Near the school, a lawn was laid as a boundary marker.
操场上的建筑形成了不同高度的多层结构,提供了充足的遮阳。玻璃表面装有与天气传感器相连的卷帘。通过进风口和屋顶窗实现自然通风,确保空气有效流通。操场设有最小范围的沥青周边,以确保通行和安全。其余部分采用透水表面,可吸收雨水。一个植被覆盖的小丘将沥青与游乐区分隔开,旁边设有菜园。靠近学校处,铺设了一片草坪作为边界标志。
