空间重塑与蒙特梭利教育理念的融合: 本项目最引人注目的亮点在于其对原有现代主义建筑的改造策略,尤其体现在对空间重构的精妙运用。设计团队紧密结合蒙特梭利教育理念,将“环境即教育”的核心思想融入设计之中。 通过在屋面、地面和出入口设置多个庭院,以及在庭院中运用不规则几何形态的设计,有效地打破了原有建筑的僵硬感和单调性。这种空间重塑不仅优化了建筑的采光和通风,更重要的是,它创造了丰富、充满趣味的儿童活动空间,激发了孩子们的好奇心和探索欲望,完美地实现了建筑与教育的深度融合。

挑檐系统的创新与光影的动态表达: 设计中,挑檐系统成为了组织空间的关键要素,展现出极高的设计技巧。通过延伸廊道空间至庭院,形成了半围合的檐下灰空间,既增强了庭院的场所感,又巧妙地解决了建筑的遮阳需求,体现了设计师对功能和美学的完美平衡。更令人赞叹的是,设计团队基于深圳的日照数据,对挑檐进行了参数化设计,创造出富有韵律感的波浪形态。阳光穿过错落的挑檐,在地面投射出灵动的光影,为儿童活动空间注入了生机与活力,将建筑的实用功能与艺术表现力完美结合。

立面改造与景观细节的匠心独运: 本项目在立面改造和景观细节处理上同样展现了设计师的匠心。 封闭的西立面被巧妙地解放,通过低矮窗洞结合嵌入式书包柜的设计,创造了可供活动、休憩的复合界面,同时引入自然光线,实现了室内外空间的趣味联动。此外,将原有单调的白色立面外包木纹面板,使得建筑更贴近自然,营造出温馨、亲切的氛围。景观细节方面,院子中设计的凸起的异形树池,既是绿植载体,又成为了可供攀爬的游戏装置,这种多维度的设计充分考虑了儿童的活动需求,体现了对细节的极致追求。

Due to limited budget during the initial construction of Nanshan Kindergarten affiliated with Shenzhen University, the original building was only composed of simple white geometric blocks with a single material. The construction site adopts a regular geometric layout, which leads to a homogenization of children's activity space. In addition, the idle roof further compresses children's activity possibilities. The west facing main facade adopts a closed design with fewer openings, which effectively blocks the problem of western sunlight, but leads to the dual problems of insufficient natural lighting and lack of spatial interaction in the interior. Based on the Montessori educational philosophy of "environment is education", the design team transformed this modernist building into an educational venue that meets the needs of children's growth through a systematic spatial reconstruction strategy.
深圳大学附属南山幼儿园在建园初期由于预算有限,原建筑仅以简单的白色几何体块构成,材质单一。建筑场地采用规整的几何布局,导致幼儿活动空间趋于同质化,加之屋面闲置,进一步压缩了儿童的活动可能性。其西向主立面因采用开洞较少的封闭式设计,虽有效阻隔了西晒困扰,却导致室内自然采光不足与空间互动性缺失的双重问题。基于蒙特梭利教育理念"环境即教育"的主张,设计团队通过系统性空间重构策略,将这座现代主义建筑转化为契合儿童成长需求的教育场所。

Space reconstruction is the core strategy of this renovation. The design team has created multiple courtyards on the roof, floor, and entrances and exits of the building. The roof is equipped with activity areas and ecological lawns, connected by a undulating exploration path; The activity area in the courtyard adopts irregular geometric design, breaking the original rigid and stiff geometric pattern, and establishing a space order full of childlike fun.
空间重构是本次改造的核心策略。设计团队在建筑屋面、地面及出入口打造了多个庭院。屋面设置了活动区和生态草坪,通过一条起伏的探索小径串联;中庭的活动场地采取不规则的几何形态设计,打破原有拘谨、生硬的几何格局,建立起富有童趣的空间秩序。

The eaves system centered around the courtyard has become a key element of spatial organization. By extending the corridor space towards the courtyard, a semi enclosed gray space under the eaves is formed, which not only enhances the sense of place in the courtyard, but also cleverly solves the need for building shading.
围绕庭院展开的挑檐系统成为空间组织的关键要素,通过将廊道空间向庭院延伸,形成半围合的檐下灰空间,既强化了庭院的场所感,又巧妙解决了建筑遮阳需求。

This design liberates the originally closed west facade - low window openings combined with embedded backpack cabinets form a composite interface for activities and rest, while introducing natural light and creating a fun space for indoor and outdoor linkage. At the same time, the original monotonous white facade is wrapped in wood grain panels to make the interface closer to nature.
这一设计使原本封闭的西立面得以解放——低矮窗洞结合嵌入式书包柜,形成可供活动、休憩的复合界面,在引入自然光线的同时,创造出室内外联动的趣味空间。同时,将原有单调的白色立面外包木纹面板,使得界面更贴近自然。

In order to better cope with shading, the design team parameterized the eaves and adjusted the angle of the components based on Shenzhen Rizhao data. Deeper overhangs were set at the opening to create a rhythmic wave shape that rises and falls. When sunlight passes through the staggered eaves, it projects a dynamic light and shadow scene on the ground, injecting vitality into the children's activity space.
为了更好的应对遮阳,设计团队对挑檐进行了参数化的设计,基于深圳日照数据调节构件角度,在开洞的部位设置更深的悬挑,创造出此起彼伏、具有韵律感的波浪形态,当阳光穿过错落的挑檐,在地面投射出灵动的光影图景,为儿童活动空间注入生机。

In terms of landscape details, the raised alien tree pool designed in the courtyard serves as both a green plant carrier and a climbing game device. This multi-dimensional spatial design continues to stimulate children's curiosity and exploratory desire.
在景观细节处理上,院子中设计的凸起的异形树池,既作为绿植载体,又成为可供攀爬的游戏装置,这种多维度的空间设计持续激发着儿童的好奇心与探索欲。
