空间叙事的创新探索:同济大学艺嘉楼在空间体验上进行了大胆的创新,将“漫游垂直校园”的理念贯穿始终。设计者巧妙地利用坡道、楼梯、连廊等立体化空间,串联起地下到屋顶花园,营造出如中国园林般的连续空间序列。这种“步移景异”的设计手法打破了传统建筑的单调性,创造了丰富的空间层次和视觉体验,使建筑本身成为一个动态的、可探索的场所。这种设计理念不仅提升了建筑的趣味性和吸引力,也为师生提供了多样的活动和交流空间,极大地促进了校园文化的活力。

内外兼修的建筑语言:艺嘉楼在外观上采用了简洁有力的石质体量,与内部丰富的空间形成了鲜明的对比。这种内外反差的设计策略,使得建筑既具有现代感,又不失内涵。同时,该项目在结构和材料的选择上,也体现了对可持续发展的重视。近40.5%的结构构件采用混凝土预制装配体系,不仅提高了建造效率,也减少了建筑垃圾的产生。此外,建筑与结构“一体化设计”的理念,也使得各种管线、设备与建筑本身融为一体,提升了建筑的整体美观性。

生态与技术的完美融合:艺嘉楼在节能环保方面也展现出卓越的设计理念,引入了热力学技术,通过中庭和烟囱的设计,实现了自然通风,降低了碳排放。这种设计不仅提升了建筑的舒适度,也减少了对能源的依赖,是建筑设计中生态与技术相结合的典范。此外,建筑还采用了“浮筑抗震系统”,提高了建筑的安全性能。综上所述,艺嘉楼通过对空间、结构、材料、技术和生态的综合考量,打造了一个充满生机与活力的校园公共文化中心,为未来的建筑设计提供了有益的借鉴和启示。

The Jiading Campus of Tongji University was founded in 2002, but it still lacks an attractive public cultural core. The Yijia Building (Student Activity Center) has been given a heterogeneous and catalytic role, aiming to provide a spatial experience different from teaching and the college, and become a strong anchor for activating campus cultural vitality.
同济大学嘉定校区始建于 2002 年,校园尚缺乏一个具有吸引力的公共文化核心,艺嘉楼(学生活动中心)被赋予了异质化和触媒化的角色,期望提供不同于教学与学院的空间体验,成为激活校园文化活力的一个强有力的锚点。

Yijia Building is located at the southeast end of the campus, adjacent to the teaching and dormitory areas, facing the lake view lawn to the southwest. The building adopts a combination of 2 and 9 floors, becoming a landmark on the east side of the south entrance axis of the campus, echoing the library on the west side. The design is based on the concept of "roaming the vertical campus", connecting the underground to the rooftop garden through three-dimensional spaces such as ramps, stairs, and corridors, forming a continuous spatial sequence like a Chinese garden, with different scenery as one moves.
艺嘉楼位于校园东南端,毗邻教学区与宿舍区,西南面向湖景草坪。建筑采用 2 层与 9 层组合,成为校园南入口轴线东侧地标,与西侧图书馆相呼应。设计以“漫游垂直校园”为理念,通过坡道、楼梯、连廊等立体化空间串联地下至屋顶花园,形成如中国园林般的连续空间序列,步移景异。

The architectural roaming path simultaneously connects a rich and diverse functional space, providing a "boundaryless composite functional space" where teachers and students can sit, lie, chat, observe, read, think, feel, and perform. The exterior of the building adopts a stone like volume controlled by system modulus, which is concise and powerful, and forms a differentiated strategy with the rich space inside. The building foundation adopts an overall "floating seismic system", with a 2-meter high isolation layer set between the foundation and the basement level, and the upper components designed to reduce the fortification intensity by one degree.
建筑漫游路径同时串接起丰富多样的功能空间,提供一个师生可坐、可躺、可聊、可观、可读、可思、可感、可演的“无边界复合功能空间”。建筑外部采用系统模数控制的磬石般体量,简洁有力,与内部丰富空间形成差异化策略。建筑基础采用整体“浮筑抗震系统”,在基础与地下一层之间设置 2 米层高隔震层,上部构件按设防烈度降低一度设计。

Strengthening the "integrated design" of architecture and structure, nearly 40.5% of the structural components of the building adopt concrete prefabricated assembly system, and the concrete prefabricated ribbed beam column system is integrated and displayed with lighting fixtures, sprinklers, lighting, air ducts, etc.
强化建筑与结构 “一体化设计”,建筑近 40.5% 的结构构件采用砼预制装配体系,砼预制密肋梁柱体系与灯具、喷淋、采光、导风等一体整合和展现。

Introducing thermodynamic technology into the design and establishing a comprehensive analysis model for fluid dynamics, the main building adopts a combination of atrium and thermodynamic chimney to guide the dominant wind vertically through the building, achieving maximum natural ventilation during transitional seasons; The public atrium of the podium building can achieve large-scale facade opening and top ventilation during transitional seasons. Reducing carbon emissions by 7% throughout the entire lifecycle of the building is equivalent to planting 250000 trees on the Jiading campus.
设计引入热力学技术,建立流体动力学整体分析模型,主楼采用中庭与热力学烟囱结合,引导主导风垂直贯穿建筑,实现过渡季节最大化自然通风;裙楼公共中庭可在过渡季节实现大面积立面开合和顶部通风。建筑全生命周期整体减少 7% 的碳排放,相当于在嘉定校区种植了 25 万棵树。

Yijia Building provides a model of "ecological assembly construction" that integrates space, construction, and performance through the systematic integration of architecture, structure, thermodynamics, and other aspects. The design creates rich spatial textures and natural experiences both indoors and outdoors in the building. Walking through it, the interplay of light and shadow, wind passing through the space, and the stunning scenery of trees, trees, and lakes make the building a vibrant "container of light and wind".
艺嘉楼在建筑、结构、热力学等的系统整合,提供了一个空间、建构、性能融为一体的“生态化装配建造”范例。设计造就了建筑室内外丰富的空间质感和自然体验,穿行其中,光影运转、风过空间、树丛湖面景致扑面,建筑成为一个充满生机活力的“光与风的空间容器”。
