可持续设计的卓越实践: 林克商学院在可持续设计方面树立了典范。项目获得了EDGE Post-construction和LEED Gold等多项认证,充分证明了其在环境保护和资源节约方面的努力。通过EDGE战略,项目实现了能源、水和材料的显著节约,展现了对可持续发展理念的深刻理解。在建筑材料的选择上,项目采用了裸露的混凝土柱、大面积玻璃面板等,这些材料的选择既考虑了建筑的视觉效果,也兼顾了声学性能,体现了对材料真实性和效率的重视。这不仅降低了环境负担,也为用户提供了健康、舒适的使用体验。

室内设计的创新与实用: 林克商学院的室内设计在满足实用功能的同时,也注重营造舒适宜人的学习环境。室内设计团队巧妙地运用暴露的混凝土柱和大型玻璃面板,创造出一种简约而现代的风格,这种设计在保证声学效果的同时,也加强了室内外之间的视觉联系。更值得称赞的是其照明设计,通过结合自然光和人造光,为不同的功能区域提供了最佳的光照方案。公共区域采用漫射照明,营造出轻松愉悦的氛围,而教室和学习区则结合自然光,为使用者提供舒适的学习环境,体现了设计者对细节的关注,也提升了整体设计水平。

By Perkins& The new headquarters of Link Business School designed by Will signifies innovation and integration with nature. This is a sustainable building that blends innovation and unique design with nature, leaving an impressive impression. This 9600 square meter building was put into use at the end of last year.

The client has a special emotional attachment to this project. As the new headquarters is located just a few steps away from the old campus, they hope to fully integrate into the environment of this new campus. Working here will bring back many interesting memories for them; Will, the architect of the project, Leandro Gushiken, shared.

This 8-story building is surrounded by vegetation and natural light, establishing a special connection with the surrounding environment. The garden balcony bridges the gap between the exterior and interior, creating a symbiotic relationship between nature and the built environment. Classrooms, administrative spaces, collaboration areas, and centralized areas occupy their surrounding areas, fully utilizing the view, ventilation, and light. The central circulation axis connects the floors, not only as a simple passage, but also as a way to fully utilize the space. In addition, this college also has laboratories, cafes, and outdoor terraces on the roof.

As a reflection of the practical and innovative methods of the institution, interior design values the authenticity and efficiency of materials. The design team uses exposed concrete columns, large glass panels, and vinyl coverings in an elegant and timeless combination to ensure good acoustic performance and visual connection between the environment. Another highlight is lighting, which aims to emphasize volume and meet different usage requirements. Public areas have scenery and diffuse lighting, while classrooms and study areas combine natural and artificial light to make users feel comfortable.

Perkins& Guilherme Meneses, the project designer responsible for the project, revealed the challenges faced in developing such projects: "Both the client and our team have many imaginations about this project, so we must create an organized reasoning process and establish clear steps to deliver the main areas before the start of the academic year

The project has also obtained a series of sustainability certifications, such as EDGE Post construction and LEED Gold.
