This is an innovative architectural project that blends bold fault art styles with elements of regionalism, rural style, romanticism, and psychedelic architectural traditions. This project is rooted in the concept of future architecture, breaking through the boundaries of creativity and integrating architecture and music in an extraordinary and harmonious way.

In this landscape of malfunctioning art style, traditional materials - brick structures and terracotta patterns - are given new forms, and the architectural structure is reinterpreted at every angle of the walls and floors. The straight line becomes distorted, the shape undergoes distortion, creating a visual kaleidoscope effect that is both orderly and chaotic. The building facade is like a vivid canvas, paying tribute to musician Joy Orbison. The constantly changing patterns on it attract people's attention and challenge fixed form concepts. These architectural structures draw inspiration from Sam Prekop's oil paintings and are symphonic chapters of natural colors, evoking a sense of eternal movement. Over a length of 100 meters, the bricks gradually transition from red to white, creating a harmonious transition with adjacent buildings.

This' third space 'is not just a physical place, but also a sensory and emotional experience. It is a place where architectural innovation and artistic expression intersect, inviting everyone to rethink their understanding of space and reality. Here, unique elements of the past and future, tradition and avant-garde are integrated, allowing people to glimpse the possible appearance of future architecture. The building is located on the site of a former university dormitory named after French chemist Henri Pariselle. In addition, a large ceramic mural from the original building has now been installed in the restaurant, adding a sense of depth that transcends time to this space with a soft and psychedelic atmosphere.

The seemingly casual but not insignificant naming of this building under the name (S) pace Paris Saint Germain brings it into line with the past: since the establishment of Cit é Scientifique in 1960, its development has been like a city constantly reshaping itself, evolving without completely erasing the traces and aspirations of the past.
