项目整体概念:这个项目最令人印象深刻的地方在于它对场所精神的深刻理解和巧妙运用。建筑师没有简单地将酒店置入村落,而是深入研究了马营村的历史、地貌和生活方式。设计灵感来源于隐蔽的马营城堡,通过“归整”院落、利用夯土色调、引入光影,将建筑巧妙地融入环境,实现了与村落的和谐共生。建筑师对“光”的运用堪称点睛之笔,将西侧实墙作为“幕布”,捕捉四点钟的阳光,营造出慵懒、恬淡的氛围,充分展现了设计对细节的极致追求和对场所精神的尊重,创造了独特的体验。
空间布局的精妙:酒店内部的空间布局也极具匠心。嵌套围合的整体结构,将入口接待区、客房区和配套活动区巧妙地组织在一起,形成了连续的空间体验。大堂、休息区、庭院沿着同一轴线排列,室内外通过墙体饰面和超大玻璃门连接,弱化了边界感。客房设计更是亮点频出,不同类型的客房均配备私汤和庭院,在保证私密性的同时,又拥有开阔的景观视野。尤其是标准间内“一大一小”两个庭院的设计,以及套房内独特的loft空间,都体现了设计师对空间尺度的精准把握和对居住舒适度的极致追求。这种多样化的空间组合满足了不同客人的需求。
对在地性的诠释:项目的最终呈现,是对在地性的精彩诠释。建筑师深入挖掘了当地的材料和元素,并将其巧妙地融入设计之中。淡黄色的建筑色调与村庄的老玉米、夯土城堡的颜色相呼应,实现了建筑与环境的和谐统一。项目不仅仅是提供住宿,更是一次对乡村生活方式的深度体验。通过景观庭院、观景露台等设计,让住客能够充分感受野鸭湖的景色和柳林的意境,营造出一种远离城市喧嚣,融入自然怀抱的意境。这种将建筑、环境和体验融为一体的设计理念,使得这个项目具有了持久的生命力,值得我们深入学习。

Maying Village is located in Yanqing District, Beijing, and is named after Maying Castle. Maying Castle was first built during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, with a rectangular overall shape and a rammed earth wall structure. It was once an important military castle and warm station along the Yulin Road between Yanqing and Yulin Fort. Nowadays, the artificial traces of the castle have been wiped away by the wind of the past, making it difficult to distinguish its original square shape. The rammed earth city walls have weathered into a part of the natural environment, nestled against the willow forests on the cliffs that have grown here for over seventy years. Old corn can be seen drying or neatly stacked everywhere in the village, creating a typical atmosphere of northern Chinese villages. To the northwest of the village, there is the Wild Duck Lake Wetland. Looking around, there are no more buildings blocking the view, and the four fields are open and distant.
马营村在北京市延庆区,因马营城堡而得名。马营城堡始建于明朝嘉靖年间,总体呈长方形,城墙为夯土结构,曾为延庆至榆林堡之间榆林道沿线重要的军事城堡和暖铺驿站。如今城堡的人工痕迹被往日的风抹得失去了棱角,难以辨别原本的方正模样,夯土城墙风化成自然环境的一部分,与在此地生长了七十多年的崖头柳林相依相偎。村子里随处可见正在晾晒或堆放整齐的老玉米,典型的中国北方村庄氛围呼之欲出。村庄西北方向更远些是野鸭湖湿地,放眼放去,因为并无更多建筑遮挡视线,四野开阔辽远。

The ARVO 16:30 hotel project is located in the northwest corner of the edge of Maying Village, separated from the mountains outside the village. The design team imitated the hidden nature of the Ma Ying Castle, consolidating several courtyards in the village into one place and building a castle to catch trees protruding from the walls. It looks almost completely integrated into the village scene on the outside. The light yellow buildings, the medium yellow of the old corn in the village, and the earthy yellow of the rammed earth castle blend deeply and lightly in color, allowing the buildings to fully embrace the original living conditions of the village.
ARVO 16:30 酒店项目位于马营村边缘的西北角,与村外山野一路之隔。设计团队模仿隐入自然的马营城堡,将村中几个院子归整到一处,也搭一座城堡,在里面接住探出围墙的树,外观上看起来几乎完全融进村庄场景。淡黄色的建筑和村里老玉米的中黄、夯土城堡的土黄深深浅浅地同色辉映,让建筑充分接纳村庄的原有生活状态。

When I first went to see the project site, the sunshine at 4 o'clock in the afternoon was evenly shining on the southeast facing plot, and the tree shadows cast by the willow forest on the northwest side of the site provided ample romantic nutrients for the project. This is also the reason why the design team decided to build a long solid wall on the west side of the site adjacent to the village road, which is a "curtain" for light and shadow projection. In a courtyard with ample lighting conditions, sunlight pours onto these "curtains" one by one, and the light and shadow flow like tiny stars on the walls. The hotel atmosphere is lazy and peaceful in the jungle of light and shadow.
第一次去看项目场地的时候,下午四点钟的阳光正均匀地打在东南朝向的地块中,场地西北侧的柳林投下的树影给项目提供了充分的浪漫养分。这也是设计团队决定在紧邻村路的场地西侧拉起一道长长的实墙的原因,墙体是光影投射的“幕布”。在拥有充足光线条件的庭院中,阳光向一片片这样的“幕布”倾泻,光影宛若细碎星斗流转于墙头,酒店氛围在光影丛林中慵懒、恬淡。

Due to the elevation of the site being nearly 2 meters higher than the village road, we took advantage of the situation to lift this continuous exterior wall off the ground. The wall fell at the site elevation, but hung high above the village road, taking advantage of the elevation difference between the site and the village road to form a one person height gap as the main entrance of the hotel. The elevated walls create a natural transition space between the hotel's interior and surrounding environment - guests walk through the woods, enter the courtyard from the natural environment, and follow the ramp upwards to reach the hotel lobby.
由于场地标高高于村路将近 2 米,我们借势将这道连续的外墙抬离地面,墙体落于场地标高,但高悬于村路之上,利用场地与村路之间的标高差异,形成一人高的空隙作为酒店主要入口。抬高的墙体为酒店内部与周围环境创造了自然过渡空间 —— 住客穿过树林,从自然环境中钻进院子,沿着坡道迂回向上,抵达酒店大堂。

The overall spatial layout of the hotel is nested and enclosed, divided into three parts: the entrance reception area, the guest room area, and the related supporting activity area. In the entrance reception area, the hotel lobby, rest and leisure area, and other functional spaces alternate along the same axis as the courtyard along the walls. The use of the same type of wall decoration indoors and outdoors, as well as large-size glass sliding doors, make the indoor space and landscape courtyard layer by layer, weakening and eliminating the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, allowing pedestrians to flow in a continuous space.
酒店整体空间布局嵌套围合,分为入口待客区域、客房区域、相关配套活动区域三个部分。在入口待客区,酒店大堂、休息休闲区等功能空间与院落沿着墙体依次交替在同一轴线上,室内外同种墙体饰面的使用和超大尺度玻璃推拉门,使得室内空间与景观庭院层层递进,室内外的边界被弱化消弭,人行其中,在连续的空间中流动。

Set up an outdoor landscape terrace on the second floor of the hotel lobby, with the view facing towards the west side of the willow forest and the wild duck lake, allowing for a panoramic view of the lush greenery. As an extension of rural scenery, the landscape courtyard also frames the sunset and branches in the west through the square windows on the walls. After accurately locating the original tree positions on the site, the plants were reconfigured in the courtyard to restore the wind sound between branches and leaves in the past site, and to create relaxed nodes for the continuous spatial rhythm.
给酒店大堂的二层设置室外景观露台,视线面向西侧柳林与野鸭湖方向打开,绿意葱葱尽收眼底。景观庭院作为乡野风景的延伸,墙上的方窗同样会框出西边的夕阳与枝条。对场地原来的树木位置进行准确定位后,在院中重新配置植物,还原过去场地里枝叶间的风声,也为连续的空间节奏打下松弛的节点。

According to the different number of guests that can be accommodated, guest rooms are divided into three types: standard rooms, suites, and courtyard types. Among them, courtyards and alleys lead to secluded paths, making the layout of guest room clusters relatively independent but not too scattered. Each room is equipped with an independent private soup and courtyard, striking a balance between openness and tranquility. It offers a panoramic view to the outside while ensuring privacy during rest. At the same time, customized furniture is provided for all guest rooms, with steel plate and wood embedded furniture balancing the thickness of materials and colors in a slender floating form, continuing the overall texture of the building.
依据可容纳住客人数的不同,客房分为标准间、套房和院落型等三种类型,其间院落和巷道曲径通幽,让客房组团布局相对独立但不过于分散。每间客房均配备独立的私汤和庭院,在开放与静谧之间寻得平衡,既拥有向外开放的景观视野,也能保证休息的私密性。同时,为所有客房定制家具,钢板与木材嵌合的家具以纤细漂浮的形式平衡了材质与颜色的厚重,延续建筑整体质感。

Two courtyards, one large and one small, are set up in the standard room. A small courtyard of about 3 square meters is excavated inside the room to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. The transparent floor to ceiling glass restores the scene of watching the sleeping crabapple flowers in the courtyard at 4 o'clock in the morning. The larger courtyard is at the end of the room. bathing pool and trees divide the courtyard in two, and the leaves fall on the water and make quiet ripples.
标准间内设置一大一小两个庭院,在房间内部挖一个约 3㎡ 的小庭院,将盥洗室与卧室分隔开,通透的落地玻璃还原了在凌晨四点看院中未眠海棠花的场景。更大些的庭院在房间的尽头,汤池与树木将院落一分为二,叶子落在水面泛起宁静的涟漪。
The suite rooms are a three story loft space connected by a spiral staircase. The first floor is the living room, connected to a dedicated independent courtyard and also leads to the hotel's public activity area; The bathing pool on the top floor facing the window is like a floating boat. The bottom of the boat is the arc ceiling of the bedroom on the middle floor. The bedroom and bathing pool share a vertical open window. The villages outside the window are green and the shadow is spreading over the fields.
套房客房为三层的 loft 空间,由旋转楼梯串联。首层是起居室,连接着专属独立庭院,亦通往酒店公共活动区;最高层面向窗口的汤池宛若一叶漂浮的小舟,船底是中间层卧室的弧形天花板,卧室与汤池共享竖向垂直的开放窗口,窗外村庄群山凝碧,影子正漫过田野。

At the deepest part of the hotel are courtyard style rooms, which are more suitable for families or small groups to stay in. 2-3 rooms share a courtyard, and the combination of private soup and plants is the focal point of the room's view outside the window, as well as the island where guests gather. In order to inject more vitality into the rural experience, the design team integrated various public activities into the hotel, interspersed with supporting spaces such as restaurants, swimming pools, barbecue areas, camping areas, outdoor ceremony venues, etc. The restaurant is located in a separate area north of the hotel, separated from the guest room area by a swimming pool, a sunken courtyard, several steps, and a village road. The U-shaped building connects the restaurant with the entertainment room, enclosing a shallow pool and reflecting the metal spiral staircase at the end.
酒店最深处则是院落型客房,这里更适合家庭或小团体入住,2-3 间客房共享一个院落,私汤与植株的组合是客房望向窗外的视线焦点,也是客人相聚的岛屿。为了给乡野体验注入更丰富的生命力,设计团队将多种公共活动整合于酒店之中,穿插设置了餐厅、泳池、烧烤区、露营区、室外仪式场地等配套空间。餐厅被设置在酒店主体之北的独立区域,与客房区隔着一块泳池、一方下沉小院、几级台阶和一条村路。U 字形的建筑将餐厅与娱乐活动用房连在一起,围合起一洼浅池,倒映尽头的金属旋梯。

If brick houses are the daily life of rural areas, then the pure and unified geometric form and light yellow tone indicate the differences between this house and other rural residences. If rural inns are a daily escape from the city and sleep, then the "suburban theme park" that adds more awareness and perception to the act of living is an exaggeration and amplification of the fashionable living experience. 16: The sunshine of 30 always connects the secular needs and dreams of guests. It is not only the best filter for clocking in and taking photos, but also makes this project a castle that captures light and vegetation.
如果说砖房子是乡土的日常,那么纯粹且统一的几何形式与淡黄色调则示意着这个房子与其他乡居的差异。如果说乡间旅店是短暂逃离城市而眠的日常,那么为居住这一行为附加更多意识和感知的“郊野主题乐园”,则是时髦版居住体验的夸张与放大。16:30 的阳光始终连接着客人的世俗需求和心愿梦境,它不仅是打卡拍照最好的滤镜,也使这个项目成为一座接住光线和草木的城堡。
