与环境共生的设计理念：该项目最令人印象深刻的在于其对环境的尊重与融合。酒店巧妙地将建筑融入了陡峭的山坡之中，通过植草屋顶的设计，将建筑的高度巧妙地控制在道路之下，最大限度地保留了海景的视野通透性。这不仅是对当地自然环境的尊重，也是一种可持续的设计理念。建筑师深入研究了嵊泗岛独特的地理特征——悬崖、礁石、野沙滩，并将其作为设计灵感，通过材料的选择和整体风格的塑造，使建筑与环境融为一体，而非突兀地立于其上。这种设计理念体现了建筑师对自然的敬畏和对地域文化的深刻理解。

建筑语言的纯粹与创新：项目在建筑风格上选择了极简主义的表达方式，摒弃了不必要的装饰，以纯净的白色体块、质感的毛石墙面和原始的礁石作为主要元素。这种“Less is More”的设计哲学，不仅体现了对自然的向往，更传达了一种质朴的生活态度。在客房布局方面，项目巧妙地利用了地块的坡度和最佳海景方向之间的夹角，通过客房的扭转，创造了生动而富有变化的立面。这种创新的设计手法打破了传统酒店立面的单调感，同时确保了客房视野的开阔。共享浅水泳池的设计更是画龙点睛之笔，它取代了客房之间的隔断，实现了结构转换，也为旅客提供了共享交流的空间。

功能与美学的完美平衡：该项目在满足酒店功能性的同时，也兼顾了美学上的考量。在追求最大化客房数量的前提下，建筑师通过巧妙的布局和设计，成功地平衡了客人隐私与建筑整体美学的关系。底层客房顺应地形，二三层客房转向海景，这种设计策略使得每个客房都能享受到最佳的视野，同时也赋予了建筑独特的形态。此外，共享空间的设计，如两层通高的休息交流厅，不仅提升了酒店的整体品质，也为旅客创造了更多的互动机会。这种对功能和美学的双重追求，使得嵊泗夕会悬崖酒店成为一个兼具实用性、舒适性和视觉享受的优秀建筑作品。

The hotel is built on a slope between the sea and the left bank road, with the lower part of the building embedded into the hillside. The hotel adopts a grass covered roof, and the height of the roof is controlled not to be higher than the road. Riding on the left bank road, the sea view is unobstructed. The unique geographical features of islands, cliffs, reefs, and wild beaches provide a perfect environment for the hotel. Like the current trend of exquisite camping, wild luxury vacation hotels meet people's needs for both nature and comfort.
酒店建在大海和左岸公路之间的斜坡上，建筑下部嵌入山坡。酒店采用植草屋面，屋面的高度被控制不高于道路，在左岸公路上骑行，海景一览无余。海岛、悬崖、礁石、野沙滩，特殊的地理风貌为酒店提供了完美的环境。与当下流行的精致露营一样，野奢度假酒店满足了人们对自然与舒适并存的需求。

The architectural style blends the local style, with clean white blocks, textured rubble walls, and rough coastal reefs becoming the main landscape elements. Similar to the minimalist style of modern Nordic culture, removing unnecessary artificial objects, it reflects a love for nature, indifference to external objects, and a level view of life. It is a simple and warm "less is more" after the development of material civilization to its extreme.
建筑风格融合了当地风貌，干净的白色体块、充满质感的毛石挡墙、海岸原始粗犷的礁石，成为主要的景观元素。类似于现代北欧的极简风格，剔除不必要人造之物，体现的是对自然的热爱，对外物的淡然，对生命的平视，是一种物质文明发展到极致之后的质朴，是充满温度的“less is more”。

Hotel buildings are highly functional, and operators often need to maximize the number of guest rooms, and the layout of these rooms is crucial in shaping the formation of the building form. In resort hotels, the separation between adjacent balconies often appears redundant, but it is still necessary to balance guest privacy with the overall aesthetic integrity of the building. The traditional method is to divide the facade into grids, with each room treated as a unit. However, due to the unique terrain features of slopes and sea views, this project has gradually developed another solution.
酒店建筑高度功能化，运营商通常需要最大化客房数量，而这些客房的布局在塑造建筑形式的生成至关重要。在度假型酒店中，相邻阳台之间的分隔往往显得多余，但在平衡客人隐私与建筑整体美学完整性方面仍然必要。传统方法是将立面划分为网格，每个房间作为一个单元。而本项目因为坡地和海景的特殊地形特征，一步一步地走出了另一种解法。

The slope of the plot faces east, and the best sea view direction is northeast, forming a slight angle between the two. If the direction is consistent, the guest rooms will be arranged in terraced layers along the hillside, just like the Liujia Mountain residential complex, which will form a similar architectural prototype. However, the interesting thing about this project is that this angle brings a completely different result. The guest rooms on the ground floor follow the slope direction to conform to the terrain, while the main guest rooms on the second and third floors turn towards the sea view direction to provide a better view.
地块的坡度面向东方，最佳海景方向是东北方向，在两者之间形成一个轻微的夹角。如果方向是一致的，客房将沿着山坡以梯田层的形式布置，就如同六甲山集合住宅一样，会形成一个类似的建筑原型。但是，这个项目的有趣之处就在于，这个夹角带来一个完全不同的结果。底层的客房为了顺应地形沿着山坡方向，二层和三层的主要客房则转向海景的方向，以提供更好的视野。

After this twisting action, the building facade and shape immediately became vivid. Afterwards, a shared shallow water swimming pool was placed between the ground and second floors, replacing the partitions between guest rooms, and cleverly achieving the height required for structural transformation. Dig out a two-story high hall on the sea side of the guest room as a place for passengers to rest, communicate, and share, while keeping the depth of the guest room within a reasonable range. At this point, the form of the building is basically established.
这个扭转的动作之后，建筑立面和造型立刻变得生动了起来。之后，在底层和二层之间置入共享的浅水泳池，替代客房之间的隔断，并巧妙的实现了结构转换需要的高度。在客房背海一侧挖出一个两层通高的厅，作为旅客休息交流和共享的场所，同时使得客房的进深控制在合理的范围之内。至此，建筑的形态基本确立。
