素院,起折的曲径迷园 / 大舍建筑
项目亮点:"素院"项目的核心魅力在于其对江南传统居住空间与现代设计理念的巧妙融合。设计师从艺术家岳敏君的“迷宫”系列作品以及江南园林的文化渊源中汲取灵感,创造性地提出了“曲径迷园”的空间概念。这种理念并非简单的复制,而是通过一条螺旋折线,重新组织了江南传统住宅的“进”的序列,营造出一种回环往复、路径交织的独特空间体验。这打破了传统住宅的等级结构,赋予了空间自由感,也为项目的后续多元化功能提供了可能性。
设计精髓:项目的精髓在于其对场地和环境的深刻理解与回应。利用水池挖掘的土方就地平衡,堆砌出微地形,与螺旋形建筑相互呼应,共同营造出一种“假山”的意境。这种设计手法巧妙地将建筑与自然融为一体,使得空间不再是单调的平面,而是充满了起伏变化和探索的乐趣。同时,设计也注重保留和利用原有的空间布局,将艺术展览、图书、瑜伽、茶室等多种功能融入其中,使得“素院”成为一个多功能、多层次的文化中心,体现了设计对空间使用的深刻思考。
空间创新:“素院”在空间上的创新性体现于对“螺旋”元素的运用和对江南园林意境的现代演绎。螺旋形的布局打破了传统空间的线性叙事,创造出路径的重叠和空间的交织,使得每一次行走都充满了未知的探索。这种设计手法赋予了空间一种流动性和连续性,也使得不同功能区域可以自然地融合在一起。此外,项目对中心庭院内树木的精心保留和利用,更是赋予了空间以时间性和生命力,体现了设计对自然、人文与建筑和谐共生的追求,也为使用者带来了独特的感官体验。

The building is located in Dayu Village, Malu Town, Jiading District, Shanghai, which is rich in grapes. There are some rural factories in the village that have been suspended due to ecological reasons. In 2008, the government planned to use the land of these factories to introduce artist studios as a cultural renewal and revitalization plan to enter the countryside.
建筑位于上海嘉定区盛产葡萄的马陆镇大裕村,村里有一些因为生态原因而被停用的乡办工厂,在 2008 年政府计划利用这些工厂用地引进艺术家工作室,作为一项文化进入乡村的更新与振兴计划。

Artist Yue Minjun's studio is part of this plan, but it has been vacant since the construction was completed in 2011 due to unforeseen circumstances. It was recently taken over by local fashion brand Di Su and transformed into a comprehensive cultural center. The architectural concept originated from the initial dialogue with the artist, based on his "Maze" series of art works and their cultural connection with Jiangnan gardens, giving rise to the spatial concept of "Maze Maze Garden".
艺术家岳敏君的工作室是这个计划中的一部分,但是工作室在土建于 2011 年封顶后因故一直处于空置状态,直到最近由本土时尚品牌地素接手,将其打造为一个综合文化中心。建筑构思源自与艺术家最初的对话,基于他的“迷宫”系列艺术作品及其与江南园林的文化关联,产生了“曲径迷园”的空间概念。

The design has reorganized the traditional residential space in Jiangnan characterized by "entering" with a spiral line. In the spiral extension within the 50 meter square base, it can be observed that the end of the spatial sequence continuously turns back to the side of the beginning, and new paths and spatial overlaps are also generated.
设计以一条螺旋折线,将以“进”为特征的江南传统住宅空间进行了重新组织。在 50 米见方的基地内的螺旋延展中,可以发现空间序列的末端不断转回到了开端的一侧,新的路径和空间的透叠也随之产生。

Due to the excavation of the water pool, the soil is balanced on site and a small hill is piled up according to the intention of spatial experience. The spiral space undulates accordingly, and the architecture and terrain together form a subtle and weak "rockery" that allows people's bodies to feel the ups and downs, is open and continuous, and the "winding path maze garden" is formed.
因为水池的挖掘,土方就地平衡,并根据空间体验的意图堆出一个小山包来,螺旋空间随之起伏,建筑和地形共同形成了一个可以让人的身体可以感受上下的、旷奥的、且具有连续性的微而弱的“假山”,“曲径迷园”便形成了。

On the basis of the original spatial layout design, Suyuan integrates various formats such as art exhibitions, books, yoga, tea rooms, hotels, etc. Its spatial use is basically in line with the original layout of studios, living rooms, study rooms, tea rooms, guest rooms, etc.
素院在原设计的空间布局基础上,融合了艺术展览、图书、瑜伽、茶室、酒店等多种业态,其空间使用和原本的工作室、客厅、书房、茶室、客房等布局基本完全吻合。

This also means that the universality of traditional residential spaces in Jiangnan has been brought into the previous graphic transformation, and the hierarchical structure of traditional residential spaces has been deconstructed by spiral graphics, gaining a sense of freedom, which has been proven in the reuse of Suyuan.
这也意味着江南传统居住空间在使用上的通用性在先前的图解转换中被带入了,同时传统民居空间的等级结构也被螺旋图解解构,获得了一种自由感,这在素院的重新使用中得到了证明。

中心庭院的 13 棵细枝的树木 15 年来仿佛变成了一棵树,伴随着建筑的时间并适应着空间向上生长,是建筑不变的使用者。
