The project is a modular seaside villa with three buildings, each elaborately built for three sisters. Their good memories of vacationing in this place can be traced back to their youth. Each house adopts an equal frontal design to ensure fairness and harmony, and each house has a central garden open to the sky, injecting light and greenery into the interior.
该项目是一个模块化海滨别墅，一共三栋，分别为三姐妹精心打造，她们对在这个地方度假的美好回忆可以追溯到她们的青少年时期。每栋房屋都采用等正面设计，以确保公平与和谐，每栋房屋都有一个向天空开放的中央花园，为室内注入光线和绿意。

The plan aims to maintain consistency with the original scale and format to construct a moderately lightweight seaside villa while providing a balance between public life and privacy. Therefore, the project is considered more suitable as a two-story residence rather than a series of typical multi story residences. The connection is achieved through the transformation of colors and the concave of lower levels on the street facade. There is no solid wall on the front, which makes the room and public space clearly visible.
该方案旨在与原始的规模和格式保持一致，以建造一座适度的轻型海滨别墅，同时提供公共生活和隐私的平衡。因此，该项目被认为更适合作为一座两层住宅，而不是一系列典型的多层住宅。通过色彩的转变和街道立面较低层次的凹进来实现衔接，正面没有实墙，这使得房间和公共空间都清晰可见。

Each residential unit is located by the seaside, with a unique sense of hierarchy between the living room and kitchen. These spaces are seamlessly connected by a double height corridor that opens up to the sand dunes, blurring the boundary between the built environment and the natural landscape.

Throughout the project, the color change of this baseline was maintained, celebrating a more sustainable modular building approach - lower level modules are light blue, and higher level modules are white. The choice of light blue powder color is a poetic reference to the fading blue and white wooden boat, which may have been pulled to the beach, and it is also a deliberate reference to the historic fiber beach huts in the area.

The light blue color blends the building with the vast sky and turquoise like waters. As the ferry sailed towards the observation point, people could intermittently catch glimpses of the sky and sea through the trees and cultivated land in the natural landscape.

From the street, it can be seen that the materials and colors of this building have a strong diversity, including a clear oil hardwood deck, two paint colors, earth colored exposed stone lanes, anodized aluminum window frames, and bedroom colored interior walls facing the street.

During the construction process, each residence consists of four prefabricated modules, which are fully completed at the Block factory in Brisbane. These modules were subsequently transported to the island by rented barges and carefully lifted into place within two days.
